The Villa has a spacious lounge with comfortable seating and Chromecast TV, free Wi-Fi available throughout the Villa, Air conditioning (extra cost) Fully equipped kitchen with dining area, Fridge freezer, Built in Microwave, Oven and Hob, Washing machine and Dishwasher.

There is a family bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink and mirror.

Master bedroom contains a king size bed, dressing table with a stool, bedside cabinets, full length mirror and dressing room with fitted wardrobes plus air conditioning and patio doors overlooking the swimming pool en suite bathroom room fully tiled with WC, shower over the bath and a bidet , double sinks and large mirror.

Bedroom 2 : King Size bed with dressing table, beside tables,fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.

Bedroom 3: two single beds, fitted wardrobes patio doors leading to pool area and air conditioning.

The large 1500sqm plot includes off street parking for 2 cars, a path all around the villa with private garden area's, a huge private 12m x 6m solar covered swimming pool with steps allowing easy access into the pool. Depth of pool 0-9m going down to 1-80m. There are 6 sun loungers, a large glazed pergola with outside seating area which has a three seater sofa and two chairs, large wrought iron dining table and chairs for 6 people,BBQ area with preparation sink, on a spacious tiled area around the pool with an outdoor shower.

There is a small shop in the village of Triquivijate also a cafe bar called La Cruzada which provides food and drinks. A riding centre Crines Del Viento which offers daily excursions and riding lesson's.

A Damage Deposit of €200 is taken on arrival and once a final inspection of the property on day of departure is satisfactory it will be returned.

Fuerteventura Airport is approx. 15min transfer.

The villa is a 10 minutes drive away from Caleta where you will find the beaches,Lidl and Mercadona supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants.

There is a spar supermarket in the Atlantico centre bowling, cinema, shops and restaurants.

Across the road from the Atlantico is a championship Golf Course.

What a fantastic villa. We stayed here Feb 2025. The villa was spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday. The locations is quiet, extremely peaceful, and perfection situated for an easy commute by car to more popular touristareas if you want.more popular

Fantastic Villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the villa was perfect for our needs with the pool being of generous proportions. The location was excellent with it being a quiet area but a short drive away to local supermarkets and bars. We hope to come back soon !!!

Great Villa , lovely pool

Lovely villa in a great location, close to airport. Villa was excellent kids loved the pool and wifi. Nice and quiet but convenient for shops and restaurants.supermarket 10 mins away and choice of restaurants in either Antigua or local resort which also had nice beach. Car is needed if you want to explore and for trips out but we found most days we didn't need to leave the Villa just stay in and relax around the pool and with a BBQ

Lovely, Relaxing Family Holiday

We are a family of four with two teenage sons and we have just got back from two relaxing weeks at this villa. The villa was ideal for us and we especially enjoyed the large pool. We hired a car and enjoyed exploring the island and its beautiful beaches. Communications with Deana both before and during our stay were great and John and Paula, who live in the neighbouring villa were so helpful and kind, whilst at the same time, respecting our privacy. We were very sad to leave: thank you for a lovely family holiday.

Excellent stay in an amazing place

This is the second time that I have stayed in this villa. I stayed just before Christmas and enjoyed it so much that I took my daughter with me for the second stay during the Easter holiday. Deana the owner - Her communicates were excellent. She advised me of availability and costs for the requested dates( no additional charge to stay until our late flight home and not kicked out at 1200 as with some villas ) .There were no additional charges as with some other villa owners. ie breakage or deposit and service charges. The payments were made by bank transfer very quick and easy and Deana confirmed receipt . The villa was extremely good value for money!!! The local area -Triqui is a quiet village. There are quite a few ex-pats there including (Paula and John in the next villa that look after it. They are lovely people and are on hand if you need anything but let you get on with your holiday and are not intrusive). There are local bars and a new English bar and restaurant called Jordan’s which I was informed was very good but didn’t have the time to visit on this occasion. There is a hair dressers, and local shop etc. It is a good base for visiting all the island as you are quite central. You will need a car if you stay in Triqui as it is a few miles from the nearest town, ie,Antigua and Caleta De Fuste approx 10-15 minutes away and the airport is approx. a 10-minute journey. The Villa - It is a beautiful villa set in large grounds with views of the mountains.There is a very large pool. It is not heated but does have the benefit of a solar cover. You can really get some lengths done if you are in the mood. There is storage containing some pool toys and the pool is clean and cleaned weekly. Plenty of spare towels inside. There is a lovely large patio area with plenty of seating and sunbeds if required. Security lighting outside around the villa. There is a well equipped kitchen with the usual appliances. I note that a review mentioned a problem with the water being delayed when you turn the tap on in the kitchen. I think that the owner must have resolved this issue as it worked perfectly well the whole stay. The villa interior is very clean and well decorated throughout and smelt beautiful. The beds are really comfortable especially in the middle room. The 3 rd bedroom is more for children with 2 single beds. English TV and wifi ( the wifi worked outside near the patio area so my daughter was pleased to have access to (anti 😊)-social media ( yawn).

Excellent sejour, deux semaines dans une jolie maison, grande piscine pour le bonheur de tous

Excellent séjour à Triquivirate. La maison que nous avons louée a répondu à nos attentes. Attention nous sommes chez des anglais il n'y a donc pas de cafetière , The Time oblige ! Hormis une installation de fortune pour le café, la maison était confortable et équipée. Une superbe piscine très appréciée par tous nous a rafraîchis tout au long de la journée et soirées. Nous avons loué une voiture ce qui est indispensable pour visiter l'île mais aussi pour les courses et le bord de mer (10 minutes). Un séjour à conseiller, la propriétaire est disponible par mail (en anglais) et la personne ressource sur place est également disponible (en anglais aussi). Attention Fuerteventura porte bien son nom c'est venté mais cela permet de bien supporter la chaleur.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Es war ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Ein sehr gepflegtes und sauberes Haus, ein perfekter Pool und ein entspanntes ruhiges Dorf. Von hier aus konnte man alle Ecken der Insel bequem erreichen. Thank you Shona and John for all!

Einfach fantastisch und herrlich ruhig...

Wir waren das 4. Mal auf den Kanaren und das 2. Mal auf Fuerteventura. Dieses Haus mit Pool war mit Abstand das beste was wir bisher auf den Kanaren bekommen haben! Wirklich sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Pool mit seinen 6x12m wurde gut genutzt! Ein Mietwagen ist notwendig...vom Ferienhaus kann man die ganze Insel gut erkunden! Wer Erholung sucht dem ist das Haus wirklich nur zu empfehlen. Shona und John sind ein wirklich nettes Paar (Vermieter), geben gerne hilfreiche Tipps und sind immer zur Stelle, falls was nicht stimmt! Unser Kleinster ist vom Hund (Max) der Beiden ganz begeistert gewesen, ein echt lieber Kerl! Unser Fazit: Wenn es uns mal wieder nach Fuerteventura ziehen sollte, dann werden wir sicher wieder dieses Haus mieten! Es war einfach herrlich...! Get away from it all and relax in the sunshine.

☀️We have just returned from a two week stay as a family of 5. Lovely clean villa with everything you needed. 👍 Plenty of towels and all clean bedding. Check in process with Paula (neighbour) brilliant as we were a late check in and trying to find it in the dark. Paula sorted any problems that arise the very same day. Amazing service. WiFi was much better than we had expected from previous stays I. Fuerteventura/Lanzarote so all three teenage children were happy with that. Pool is a really nice size. We all enjoyed the pool and the fact that I got in it several times a day shows it was warm and refreshing in August. Excellent central location to explore the island. Car is essential. I think we drove every road a car could go from the top to bottom. Of the island. Found some lovely beaches that you can only access with a car. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return. Thankyou communication with owner is very efficient.

Fantastic holiday

Lovely villa, nice and spacious. Neighbours John and Paula are nice and friendly and helpful. Pool is great and the solar cover works well keeping it warm, also had some inflatables and bits in the box for the kids. Kitchen is well equipped but some simple extras like ice packs in the freezer for taking out with you and salt and pepper and washing up liquid would have been an added bonus . Didn't need the air conditioning on as it was cool in the villa Overall had a excellent time and didn't want to come home!!

Lovely property in a nice quiet location

We enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet and peaceful. A car is essential. On the negative side ... The Pool though Large is NOT HEATED and we found it too cold to use. Honestly, it was Freezing Cold ... Pity. as it is a lovely pool. The water heater leaks water in the kitchen. No change of Bed Linen or Towels was provided but as it was Christmas ... perhaps explains this. Overall we loved our stay here and had the pool been heated it would have been 5 star.

Really impressed, happy to recommend

Having not been on this sort of holiday before we didn't really know what to expect but we were really pleased with what we found. The villa was spacious (loads of storage space), well kept and cool! As other reviewers have said the neighbours, Paula and John, were very helpful. We arrived much later than we expected thanks to a prolonged wait at the car hire - and they very generously came and rescued us when we couldn't find the villa in the dark! They gave us some great tips for places to go. They were helpful but not at all intrusive. Lovely pool - bigger than the photos suggest. The poolman came every week to clean. He came early-ish in the morning so as not to infringe on pooltime! With the exception of one night the the villa was very peaceful and quiet. We didn't need the aircon as we were happy to sleep with open windows. I know other reviewers have mentioned mosquitos so we went armed with bug spray but we didn't have a problem with mosquitos during late July/early August. The water supply at the villa takes some getting used to. When you turn the tap on you get a good flow of water for a couple of seconds which then stops! Leave the tap on a short while and water flow is then normal. Once you know what's happening it is fine just a little confusing at first. I would say a car is essential if you stay at this villa. You could manage with taxis but a car gives you more freedom. In short, a lovely place to stay with helpful owner before arrival and helpful neighbours once there. Enjoy

Nice clean andspacious villa with everything you could need supplied within the villa

Booked this break for 2 adults specifically because of the large pool. The villa is about 15 minutes by car to Caleta De Fuste which suited us fine; there's not much in the small village the villa is situated in so you'll really need a car to be able to get shopping etc. Good comms with the owner beforehand and really useful having the neighbours in the villa next door. They provided us with the keys on arrival and showed us round and how to use the TV, washing machine, dishwasher etc which was great. Friendly but absolutely not intrusive. We had a late flight home and the neighbours were able to arrange a later exit on our final day- what a bonus. The pool cleaner was also due to arrive on our last day and they also delayed him to give us freedom. The pool was a great size and in fact is slightly wider than the house meaning that there is a breeze comes around the side of the house - because it was a cool wind this was not so good for us however in the height of summer I'm sure this would be a real bonus. The pool has a cover which we were happy to pull off and on each day to keep the water clean and warm. My only disappointment was that the water line was quite grubby which was a bit off-putting. Its a membrane pool rather than tiles and it may be that that was the reason. The patio area between the house and the pool would be quite tight if there were 6 people although it was perfectly fine for the two of us. There's a mass of wasted space behind the pool which would benefit from wider steps down to it (3), and a hot tub and/or pool table and/or a shaded area to sit in. The villa would not be suitable for wheelchair users. Enjoyed looking at the stars at night from the villa - very little light pollution so marvellous views. Very light traffic in the area so its almost silent when you're in bed at night which was brilliant, Make sure you take plenty of anti-mossy stuff as I was bitten several times every evening - plug ins are provided but as the rooms are so large I recommend being well stocked. We hadn't realised that the air-con was chargeable but once we contacted the owner she arranged for it to be made available the same day. Likewise a mid stay clean was chargeable -we were there 2 weeks but fine because we used the washing machine. WI-fi was free and had a good signal. Often parked at the Atlantico Centre an walked along to the marina for a cool drink. Lovely safe beach at Caletta and Costa Calma a powerful one at Corallejo.

Quality Time

Ten days spent in Triquivajate of total bliss. Lovely accomadation set in amongst local mountains and the use of magnificent large pool. Wonderful view each morning from kitchen window of mountain, it felt very free and away from the madding crowds. Would love to return.

Every thing you need is here, neighbours paula and john met us, beautiful villa. Kids loved it, had a large swimming pool with inflatables and pump which saved daddy going dizzy! Definitely will be back, was immaculate, and loved every minute of it, won't be going in hotels with kids anymore after this experience, thank you :) Thoroughly recommended....

Lovely stay, private villa with huge pool

The property is amazing, the pool was a life saver. It was so hot but with the pool it was easier. Had a lovely time, will definitely return

Tastefully villa with a big pool !

Very nice villa with a big pool, quit and relaxing. For us it was also interesting to watch english TV. We spend a relaxing holiday with 3 of our children and we explored Fuerteventura from North to South. We will definitely recommand this villa.

, Lovely looking Villa with good facilities

This Villa has been tastefully decorated very warm and inviting. All rooms are of a good size and a Bathroom plus a Shower room always a bonus. All rooms have adequate space for clothing etc.Kitchen has new dishwasher and Washing Machine everything well maintained and exceptionally clean. One Bedroom with Kingsize Bed overlooking the large pool through the Patio doors very elegant.2nd Bedroom Double Bed nicely decorated and the 3rd Bedroom two single beds very funky decorated with children in mind also included a TV. The Front Room has very tastefully furnished and Decor excellent, nice size Television with numerous English channels Dvd player with good selection of films to watch The Pool area is large and so is the pool plenty of sunbeds and Table and chairs matching 3 seater Settee and Armchairs if not sunbathing.,Short walk up the road to a small shop which has essentials if you run out and fresh baked bread everyday. If you didnt want to stay home a small Spanish bar 5 minute walk. Taxi to Town took about 10 mins if you want better nightlife. Overall I had the perfect peaceful Holiday that I wanted . Will be going back in 2015

Looks as good as the pictures.

We have just come back from a 2 week holiday at this villa. We had a lovely home from home holiday. The villa is lovely and spacious and very homely. The next door neighbours are very friendly and helpful. There are 3 bars/cafes and a little shop in walking distance of the villa with the nearest bar being open all day. The Spanish owner of the bar is very friendly and serves very reasonable priced food and with generous portions sizes. There is also free Wi-Fi at the bar if you ask him for it. It would of been nice to have Wi-Fi in the villa. Car hire is essential. Places we enjoyed visiting were Corralejo, the water park there is great for kids and the best place to eat there is The talk of the town about 3 streets down on the right from the water park. Also the drive to there along the coast is awesome especially when you drive by the sand dunes. We also visited a lovely wind surfing beach just past Costa Calma. The best beach by the villa for children is just behind the euro spar in Caleta de fuste. We also had a lovely meal at an Italian restaurant in Caleta de fuste called Smile. The pool at the villa is a great size but needs to have the filter on more often. The villa would be nicer if there was an option of maid service at an extra fee. Triquivijate is a lovely quiet safe local village. Overall a great base to explore the island and a relaxing holiday away from it all.
