Sleeps up to 9 guests 6 in the main villa and 3 in the private newly built annex with separate access.
Large lawned garden and plenty of sunbathing space. From entering the villa you will find downstairs one double bedroom with ensuite,wardrobes and ceiling mounted TV. Also downstairs a separate W/C.
Open-plan lounge with plenty of comfortable seating. Workstation area, dining table for capacity of villa and a luxury fitted kitchen with all the equipment you require for your stay.
Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms with double beds in each and both with shower ensuites. Also upstiars to the rear of the villa there is a super laundary room with auto washing machine tumble dryer, Ironing board/ Iron. From the laundary room there is a balcony to hang out all your washing.
All bedrooms have wall mounted TV's although channels are limited to Turkish or you can bring your own Amazon stick. Ensure you set up Mobdro on your stick before coming on holday.
From the kitchen patio doors there is a covered veranda with dining capacity of the villa which looks directly on to the pool and gardens. Allowing you to keep your eye on the little ones.
The garden walls are glass privacy windows therefore you can see out but no one can see in. There is car port at the end of the garden should you have a vechicle. The garden gate is security locked and can only be open from inside, visitors must press the call button for you to open to open the gate.
The newly built annex is attached to the main villa but no direct access into the main villa. It has one double bed and one single bed. Ensuite with shower toilet and basin. There is also a TV plenty of lights hanging space and draws. Along with kettle, fridge and coffee/tea tray.
The whole villa including annex is fully air conditioned.
