Privet Annexe/ garden room / studio / underfloor heating

The Annexe is part of my home. it's at the end of the garden. The Annexe is self contained. My place is in Winton. Its close to Winton high street and Charminster (close to all shops, bars, restaurants, language schools and university) There' s selection of take away , restaurants including Wetherspoon, Conto lounge, Lidl & Iceland.
Access to the Annexe is via coded locked gate and then a ket let you in to the Annexe.
The Annexe is not attached to the main house but it's part of the home , hence respect of the people around would be appreciated.
The garden is shared with main house and Annexe.The main house has some building work and I can only apologies for some building mess and not perfect view.
To reassure you at this difficult time, Annexe is disinfected by very powerful UV light for one hour , after every guest.
Free parking on the road.
I will leave the key in the safe place for you, so you don't need to worry about your arrival time.
When it comes to checkout, you , just need to lock up and return the key to the safe place.
Please remember to lock the garden gate too.
