This high standard, beautiful decorated villa with brand new contemporary furniture throughout awaits you. We have furnished the villa to a high standard to offer the luxury boutique hotel feel, but with all the self catering amenities you need to enjoy a home from home feel, including free WIFI and air conditioning throughout.

Enter the spectacular entrance hall with spiral stone staircase with balcony overlooking the double height hallway. Enjoy entertaining in the modern open plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen has new fully fitted appliances offering all amenities, oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, American fridge/freezer and kitchen equipment to cater for all needs. An adjoining utility area is large enough for storage of suitcases and golf clubs with access to an outside terrace with an airer for drying towels and clothes.

Beautifully modern furnished large dinning and living area to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Large flat screen tv with cable, with Free WIFI. However, you will be tempted away with large doors from the living room flowing onto the huge private south facing terrace overlooking the beautiful heated pool. Enjoy the relaxing surroundings with views across Vilamoura and the sea. The terrace is fully equipped with large table and chairs to enjoy sunrise at breakfast or evening meals in pleasant ambiance and incredible sunset views. These views can also be enjoyed from your heated pool, great for fun with family or relax with a drink.

Offering you 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms to provide ample private space. Downstairs master bedroom provides a king size bed, with doors flowing onto the large terrace and pool. The luxury large en-suite bathroom offering you a double size shower and a bath made for two. The master bedroom also has a large walk in wardrobe for all your clothing needs.
The upstairs master bedroom provides another king size bed and doors opening onto a large balcony with private seating area enjoying the beautiful sea views. The en-suite provides a luxury bathroom with a large shower.
Third bedroom is furnished with twin beds with doors opening on to another terrace with sea views and spectacular sunsets. There is a beautiful en-suite bathroom with shower.
All bedrooms offer large flat screen tv’s with cable.
We have 2 additional folding single beds which can be available to accommodate upto 8 guests (for children use only). The beds can be used in the living room or downstairs bedroom.

This amazing villa offers many outside spaces to enjoy with people or is large enough to find a space on your own. The terraces have table and chairs for outside dining, relaxed seating areas with large built in BBQ. Sun loungers to soak up the sun and chill out by the pool with outside pool shower and grass area with private drive with electric gates.
The pool is heated, this is included in the rates. The heated pool can really make a difference even in the summer months and helps to make those late season holidays as enjoyable as any other time of year. Please note that the temperature of the water when heated is dependent on the external temperature / weather. Cold overnight temperatures and rain will mean that the water may be cooler. We cannot guarantee a temperature of the water, however it should be between 5-8 degrees warmer than a non heated pool.

There is a large garage to hide away the car or use to play table tennis sheltered from the hot sun, there is also additional carport areas for additional shaded easy parking.

You will have your own gardener and pool attendant. They visit the villa once to twice a week depending on the season, they maintain the outside areas to a high standard for you to enjoy. You do not need to do anything they will arrive and leave without requiring any of your time. Leaving you just to relax and enjoy the surroundings in the the beautiful Algarve sunshine.
You will be welcomed by a member of our management team to make your arrival as relaxed and easy as possible, where we will talk you through the facilities and hand over the keys to your luxury villa.

We aim to cater for all your needs to allow you to escape to your perfect luxury holiday. If that involves not wanting to cook then there are also nearby restaurants.
The Oasis 24 restaurant is a short walk to provide meals at any time of the day or night, with additional eating options along the N125 or 10mins drive gives you a huge range of restaurants around Vilamoura Marina. If staying in is your preference just relax by the pool, enjoy the sunset with a cool jug of sangria.

Those golfers that want to get to the golf course are spoilt for choice. There are 3 nearby golf courses Millennium, Laguna and Victoria which are a short few minutes drive away.

There are facilities nearby in the 5 star hotel Anantara for those who would like to relax in luxury, enjoying a day in the spa with a massage and beauty treatments.

The villa is a great place to spend days to relax or as a base to use the many golf courses or sightseeing the beautiful Algarve coastline with Faleisa beach and Vilamoura beach only a few miles away, no more than 10mins drive away.
