Le No Wake Zone offre deux chambres à coucher chacune avec un lit queen, salon / salle à manger, salle de bain complète et cuisine au niveau principal. Le niveau inférieur offre une chambre familiale, un espace de couchage supplémentaire avec lits jumeaux et une salle de bain complète. The No Wake Zone dispose d'un grand patio privé et des terrasses environnantes avec les meubles de patio prêts à votre plaisir. Profitez du lac Barkley avec un lancement rapide de votre bateau à la rampe communautaire de bateaux. Il n'est pas nécessaire de sortir sur les routes du comté après une journée amusante sur l'eau. Great property. Clean. Perfect for activities or relaxing. Easy access to LBL/Cadiz/Murray activities. Owner was prompt with responses and easy to work with. Neighbors were great too. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

We loved our stay at the No Wake zone and thats exactly what it is. Very peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. Plenty of parking on the property for vehicles and a boat we enjoyed the local boat ramp that was just right around the corner. Also near by plug in on the property to charge boat batteries if needed. 10/10 highly recommend this place.

Nice home for extra family visiting.

My aunt and I stayed at this property for a week while we went antiquing and thrifting around the area. The property was absolutely beautiful, well maintained, clean, and well stocked with anything you could need for your comfort. The hosts were accommodating and so incredibly kind and generous. You couldn’t ask for better hosts. They also live near by and graciously offered 24/7 availability if anything were to come up - we didn’t need to call for any problems but love that they were willing to help at a moments notice! If you want some great food at a great price, check out Taste of the South in Cadiz. They have a pancake the size of a pizza pan!If you want some great thrifting - Bargain Barn, also in Cadiz. 10/10 highly recommend and we plan on visiting again!

Loved No Wake Zone

My friends and I had a great time during our stay. The home was very, very clean and well kept. The owners live across the street and were very nice. They had the fire pit ready when we arrived and lots of wood stacked near by. She was even nice enough to bring us a fan when it was too hot to sit by the fire :) :) :) . There was also lots to do in Land Between the Lakes and Cadiz. Totally recommend staying at this home!!!

Hunting season in Cadiz.

House is in peaceful neighborhood, quiet & pretty location. Everything in house works well as it should. Only prob lem we had was shower drains were slow couple days due to 10 degree weather. After temp was back to normal works great. At 10 degrees I didnt work well either! No fault to house or owners. Owners are super nice people & I enjoyed meeting them. Would recommend house to anyone looking for place to stay & enjoy their time there. Would stay there again if I am in area.

Wonderful Lake Barkley Getaway

We had a wonderful time at the No Wake Zone. Jan and Steve are wonderful hosts who pay a lot of attention to detail when it comes to ensuring their guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Everything was very clean and comfy and we really wanted for nothing while we were there. The property is on a really relaxing and beautiful lot tucked just a little into the woods by the lake. We really enjoyed sitting outdoors with our family on the back deck and patio during our stay. We'd love to stay here again the next time we're in the Lake Barkley / Cadiz area.

Great getaway!

Loved this place! It was located well for our adventures at Turkey Bay. We found it to be very clean and everything was in good working order. The beds were very comfortable too! The owners were friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a quiet place to getaway for a few days with family or friends, this is it!

Clean and convenient property for fisherman or boating

Property was clean and everything worked properly. Owners were responsive to anything we needed. Local boat ramp was very convenient in the same subdivision. You can park 2 trucks and fishing boats with no problem. Myself and 3 other buddies stayed there, plenty of room. I would definitely recommend. Caught several nice bass in the bay the house is located in.

Beyond Expectations!

What an amazing weekend our family had at this cottage. Jan and Stephen are wonderful hosts and did everything possible to make sure we enjoyed ourselves and felt at home. The cabin was comfortable and spacious and then you add the porches and it was perfect. We were there for the eclipse which was a spectacular event. Part of the reason this weekend was so perfect was because of the friendliness of the community. Everyone went out of there way to help us find what we were looking for and to welcome us. Thank you Jan and Stephen for providing this lovely home for us to enjoy an event we will remember all of our lives! Dale and Lisa
