Where do I start. The garage doors to the parking deck do not work we were told that they have not worked in over a month. This lead to my e bike being stolen. It was parked in the bike rack in the garage and yes I should have locked it but it was gone in one day. That’s when we found out that the camera system at this facility does not work and after 4:30 pm there is no security to enforce any of there pool and spa rules. Let’s move to the actual condo. The living room furniture is way past needing replacement and when I contacted the leasing company they told me that they would get us some new furniture but that never happened.There are several artificial plants that are covered in dust and so are the end tables and the coffee table. The grout in the master bathroom shower has a lot of mold on it and the bath towels are very used and rough.This unit is in need of a deep cleaning and some upgrades. This was the most that I had ever paid for a rental and do not believe that I received what I paid for. I will never lease from this company or stay at the condo building again.
