Welcome to your favourite peace oasis!
Elegantly decorated apartment with contemporary style mingle perfectly with modern touch. It is located on the 2nd floor and thanks to the balcony that stretches across the entire apartment, you will enjoy a supernaturally beautiful panoramic view on the Medena Bay.
Apartment has fantastic location and easy access to all interesting sites that this area has to offer.
Close to the beach only 30m away is the perfect choice for couples and families and can accommodate up to four people.
Apartment has one double room with balcony sea view, kitchen fully equipped allowing guests to prepare home-cooked meals, which they can enjoy on the private balcony while overlooking the sea.
We recommend having lunch on the balcony that will, due to a UV-protected tent, keep you safe from sun rays and from the heat during the hottest part of the day.

The location of the apartment is really fantastic, close to interesting natural and cultural sights this area offers. balcony is covered with tent that has UV protection. Oversized windows in living area allow for the natural light to shine through.
The holiday rental has SMART TV with 100 international channels and High speed Wireless Internet, washing machine, massage shower.

Lovely appartment

We have been 1 week in the appartment and really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, walk to the beach and restaurants in a few minutes. From the balcony you have a beautifull view.

Perfect spot in paradise

We chose this spot for a quiet, intimate end to our three week trip in Croatia. So beautiful and quiet and the views from the 3rd floor were panoramic and spectacular. Hosts were friendly, accommodating, and responsive. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

La casa ideale per rilassarsi

La casa corrisponde a quanto descritto, Ăš accogliente, pulita e ben arredata. Dal balcone si gode una splendida vista. Unico neo l'angolo cottura Ăš piuttosto piccolo ma ben attrezzato. Ottimo il parcheggio gratuito e l'accesso al mare.

Sehr erholsam!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und ideal fĂŒr zwei, geht aber auch gut fĂŒr vier Personen. Die Lage ist ideal, die Aussicht grandios. Der Campingplatz nebenan stört ĂŒberhaupt nicht. Ganz im Gegenteil, er bietet eine sehr nahe gelegene Einkaufsmöglichkeit fĂŒr die notwendigsten Lebensmittel und ein Restaurant. Am belebten, aber nicht ĂŒbervollen Strand kann man fĂŒr wenig Geld bequeme Liegen inclusive Sonnenschirm mieten. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder!

Mar De Luxe visit in June

The apartment suited our needs very well, it is on the second floor of a small block containing three rental apartments and acommodation for the owners family. It has a large bedroom with a wardrobe and balcony. The lounge is big enough to have a kitchen area and dining table with plenty room to spare. We used the kitchen to cook some of our meals. The lounge leads to the balcony and overlooks the sea, you can see across the strait to to the island of ciovo, and can watch the boats and ships pass. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with air conditioning. The owner was extremely helpful, she arranged airport transfer for us, her family lives on the ground floor, so you feel that you can look for help at any time if needed. The owner visited us on the first day to talk about the area. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the the centre of Trogir. Trogir has a very congested bridge, we made a considered decision to stay on the mainland to avoid this. There are some fantastic restaurants close at hand, a bakery on the main road, small supermarkets easy to get to and local produce in the market. Overall, we returned home delighted with the apartment Steven and Helen.

I was born and raised in Trogir . My parents built this house in 1976 and I started to live here in 1984 until 1998 when I went to collage in Dubrovnik. Now I live in Trogir with my own family but almost ever day I am at my parents. Just love the place with Mediterranian surroundings and location.

Since I am working in bank as a director , after a busy day I like to relax in Seget Donji and enjoy rest of the day.

In my free time I love to travel , experience new culture , different traditions and I know what someone expects when staying in a vacation rental property. During your stay I will try to be the perfect host telling you what to do, what to see and giving you the best tips about excursions, beaches and restaurants on this area!

You will be welcome by me or my parents . In case of any problem related to the house or anything else during your stay you can always contact us. We do our best for all our visitors to have a comfortable stay. You will have the best treatment in here! We would be delighted if you would share the experiences from your stay with us, let us know what you have enjoyed the most and what was missing!

We can arrange airport transfers, private or group excursions for great prices.
For sure you will have the best tips for your holiday in Croatia!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

What I like the most about Mar deLuxe family house is location. It is close to the sea and beach, just few seconds away and it feels so great that you are able to walk at any time to the sea and just take a swim. No matter is it day or night. There are numerous beaches .

Family house is situated on promenade almost 3 km long that connects old village and Medena Bay ,so if you are stressed after busy day you are able to walk or run, take a bike and just relax along the promenade and smell the fresh air and sea.
The vegetation is mostly made up of olive trees, many oleanders, grapes, lemons, oranges, lavender and rosemary.In Medena you will find may sports facilities as well as children playgrounds.

Seget Donji is a small fishing village where you can still experience the old Dalmatian tradition way of living.You can enjoy from the balconies watching fishermen passing by and if you feel like eating fish buy it fresh from fishermen directly.

Riviera Seget is rich in vegetables and fruits and most residents are involved in fishing or agriculture, which is an advantage for the local restaurants that offer traditional dishes made with local ingredients. Most of them offer a traditional Mediterranean food and have terraces by the sea with view across the bay. This small village gives you advantage to taste local food with great choice of vine.

From here you have good connection with all attractions nearby such as Trogir, Split , Sibenik, Krka Waterfalls, Plitvice National Park, Blue Lagoon on island Drvenik, Split airport.
During the summer season there are taxi boats that connects Seget Riviera with Trogir.
Taxi boats run very often and in 10 minutes you will be in Trogir where you can catch other boat to Split, island Ciovo or ferry to the local islands.This connection is suitable for those traveling without car.

Riviera Seget is suitable for romantic getaway, for families with children , seniors as well for active travellers.
