Crystal Tower est un complexe orienté golfe et lagon qui offre une piscine intérieure chauffée avec bain à remous, 1 $. 5 millions de dollars "beach club" piscine en bord de mer avec rivière lente, et une piscine extérieure supplémentaire située plus près des unités, au deuxième étage. Le club de plage est accessible par un "walk over" climatisé. Sont également inclus des barbecues communautaires, une fantastique salle de jeux pour les enfants et un sauna. Ajoutez tout cela à l'emplacement incroyable de Gulf Shores et vous passerez d'excellentes vacances en famille.

Crystal Tower 1806 est un magnifique condo de deux (2) chambres, deux (2) salles de bain avec vue directe sur le golfe pouvant accueillir confortablement 6 personnes. Cette unité a un espace de vie, salle à manger et cuisine à plan ouvert que toute la famille peut apprécier. Le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit Queen, d'une chaise confortable, d'une télévision HDTV Smart TV pour diffuser vos émissions préférées et d'un accès au balcon. La cuisine entièrement équipée a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour préparer et cuisiner un merveilleux repas pour vos invit��s et la salle à manger a des sièges pour tous.

Juste à côté du salon, la chambre principale comprend un lit king-size, une télévision haute définition, une salle de bains privée et un accès au balcon privé par la porte coulissante en verre. La deuxième chambre sur le côté opposé de l'unité offre un lit Queen, TV HD et partage l'accès à la deuxième salle de bain complète. La laveuse / sécheuse est située dans le hall près de la porte d'entrée.

This is such a great place to stay! The views are amazing, the pool and beach were everything we hoped for! My kids loved it here! It is the perfect distance from all the restaurants and shops. The unit was clean and the beds were very comfy. We will be back!

2 bedroom, 2 bath Crystal Tower condo gets 5 stars from my family. Very comfortable, clean, well stocked with kitchen needs. Will consider this condo again.

Always stay at crystal towers, best set up and pools. Room was great, awesome view, had small issue with fridge but was fixed super fast. No complaints - great stay.

Great location!

Property location is perfect! Condo is great for a family, 4 adults and 2 children. The pool areas are really nice and kept up! Our only thing we didn’t like is the check in/out process. We had to go to a total different location to pick up and drop off the keys, which was 15 minutes away from the property itself.

Property was great my only complaint is the check in process and the lock on the door. You have to drive a few miles to pick up a key for the property and then when you leave take the key back to the office. A drop box at the property would be nice. Also the key for the door didn't work very well. A more modern door code lock would make check in much easier as well. Use maker in fridge didn't work very well. With all that said the overall experience was amazing and we'd definelty come back to this property again. Just a few inconveniences but those didn't ruin or detour our trip.

Great location and property with awesome view!

Crystal Tower is really nice property with multiple pools, indoor and outdoor. Very easy access to the beach. We liked this unit because of great view being up so high! The unit was very clean, kitchen is well stocked with any tool or utensil you could think of using, however no spices or any condiments. We cooked often, so it was a nice benefit. We would stay here again when we return to Gulf Shores

Fun stay but bad bad couch bed

We loved the condo and all the amenities. We did have to go buy a blow up mattress because the pull out couch was worse than horrible!!! The couch itself needs to be replaced. Once that was done, we had an amazing time!!!! Would stay here again and bring a blow up mattress. Besides the couch, I have one other suggestion. Black out curtains in the master bedroom would be a great idea!!! Again, thank you for a pleasant stay and look forward to staying again!

Nice place, cleaning crew needs to learn how to dust

Nice accommodations. Great views. It's the 18th floor so if you don't like heights, don't rent. Beachball properties people were very polite and responsive. Security is good. Pools and hot tubes are clean and well maintained. Beach access is good. The only negative was that the cleaning crew doesn't seem to know how to dust. Sinks, countertops and bathrooms were clean but there was a layer of dust on the furniture. Bring toilet paper and paper towels because there isn't enough for more than a day or 2.

Loving Gulf Shores!

Everything was top notch! The only thing I could offer is to write down what should be in the packet with the keys. I didn’t find the parking pass until 2 days later. Also we did not get the bracelets and didn’t know about it because it wasn’t written on the packet. But it was not a big deal just a suggestion! Things were great!!!

Great Beach and Pool Access

Wonderful property with AC over the road bridge leading to the 3rd pool and beaches. Condo was great and roomy; even had a 10x10 tent and beach umbrella. The condo was clean with the exception of the floors needed to be mopped. Our feet were dark brown after walking barefoot in the condo. They had been vacuumed and swept but not mopped. The sink in the 1st bathroom was a slow drain- 10 minutes or more to drain; used the kitchen sink instead. Other than those 2 items it was great.

Overall good

The property was just as the pics. Of course I wouldn’t rate it clean but it was ok. Dirty pillow looked like blood and mucous on it, brown recluse found in guest bath, beds were uncomfortable, especially pull out couch and guest bedroom. I did bring to the attention of management during checkout and they stated they would take care of it. I was unhappy that the keys were left in an unguarded pick up box, as I felt that was unsafe. It was hard to find a cart on the property. Overall, other than the beds, pillow, and brown recluse, it was perfect. Absolutely beatiful view.

Great location and pool

I’m giving a 1 star for the cleanliness because I had to sweep and mop when I got there. There was sand and hair still in the floor. The couch was not comfortable, it felt broken down. The couch bed was unusable because of how thin the mattress was. The master bed’s box springs were broken. I didn’t like that I had to drive 10 minutes out of the way to pickup and drop off my room keys. The room door was hard to open at times. The biggest disappointment for us was the cleanliness. Even though I did extra cleaning when I got there I never looked under the bed, but when my family and I were packing up and did a last minute check to make sure we didn’t leave anything behind, we happened to find 2 dirty pull-ups under the bed. Both of my kids are older so those were differently left behind from the previous guest, and should have never been left by the cleaning people if they had down their job properly.

Furniture in room needs to be updated. Pullout so bad nobody able sleep on it. Only decent bed was the queen bed. Door needs major work with locks and door it self sticks and hard to open. I got bruises on side from having to bump it open each time. When we got to room housekeeper was at door cause she was unable to get in and took us while to figure out issue with the locks. Security’s key wouldn’t even work. Then we had to wait for her to finish making beds and put stuff in bathrooms which was crappy since had wait till 4pm to check in and was ready to start vacation. Don’t free get key by no means cause if you have to have someone open door for you beachball properties will charge you $50. When they already knew was having issues with door and locks but never said anything when we picked up keys. I will got book this room again.sliding door was noted to open slowly cause would come off tracks. Only good thing about room was the view. Pool don’t book thinking lazy River there was no flow.

Crystal Tower is a wonderful complex with a beautiful view. Our room was mostly clean and well stocked, however it needed some tlc. The front door is almost impossible to open and slams shut with extreme force that made going in and out a little dangerous. The water/ice dispenser was completely covered with mold to the point that the refrigerator probably needs replaced and was an inconvenience due to not being able to use the water/ice which is needed for a hot day on the beach. The furniture on the balcony was literally held together with tape and was very worn out, the pillows on the couch were dirty, the master bathroom needed some rugs to prevent slipping and a new shower curtain rod as the one in there currently is badly rusted. The apps on the tvs all needdd updated and since we didn't know the login for the Google account associated with them we could only use one streaming app in each room. The pool was amazing and the covered pedway made a walk to the beach and pool area not only safe, but kept us cool. The staff member at the Beachball office that greeted us upon check in was bubbly and friendly. I had an issue with a staff member who was working at Crystal Tower and Beachball was as helpful as they could be, given it wasn't really anything they could remedy. I would use Beachball again in the future as they were very helpful and kind.

Great location, clean & well stocked!

We stayed 4 days here and enjoyed our time! The pools are great! My kids couldn’t get enough of the pools, we had to drag them to the beach! The WiFi was strong. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything was very clean. The couch is very dated, which you can tell in pictures, but I covered it with a sheet they provided and it was just fine! The 18th floor trek is made easier by the elevators. The view is incredible.

The condo was very dirty,We took pictures and showed to Jason and he didn’t even apologize.

The condo was not acceptable,Have pictures,Dirty sheets,Stove and refrigerate were dirty,floor in bath room had hair on it.I could not believe and the property manager sent me an email and said they would refund cleaning cost.No apologies!!!I can send the pictures and email.Still haven’t received cleaning fee.The lady that owns the condo needs to be aware.Very disappointing!!

This guest was moved to a different unit prior to check in. They were not happy with the accommodations and decided to leave a poor review. The review does not reflect this condo in any way. We don't have a Jason on stay.

Softball vacay

The place was clean and homey -Daughter loved being able to hang out with softball team during day there- we loved the view from bedroom and balcony

Fantastic!

Great condo, great location, great amenities! Fantastic for kids and grown ups. We will definitely stay here again. My only complaint was the condition of the mattress in the fold out couch in the living room; it was thin and the springs poked you when you laid down. My son ended up sleeping on the floor because of it. We'd rent the same unit again, but bring an air mattress.
