The villa is placed parallel to the liquid element, thus with the use of large glass surfaces on the three sides, a visual relationship between the liquid element, the common areas, and external spaces is achieved. Located close to the coastline of Agioi Apostoloi, the visitor experiences the transparency of the building, as well as the theatricality of the ground floor spaces throughout the day.

Indoor facilities
Set on two floors, a 4 bedroom villa, the ground floor is made up of a double-height open living area with a smart screen TV with satellite channels, a dining room, and in the same place a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and a bathroom that suits the needs of every guest. One bedroom with two single beds and a communal bathroom with a shower is located on the completely transparent ground floor, removing the need for enclosures. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with flat TVs. One of them has an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and the other one has an amazing view from a private terrace. The wonderful sense of transparency is provided by the extensive use of glass even in the bathroom walls.

Outdoor facilities
The outdoor area is equipped to embrace ultimate relaxation with an infinity pool that extends the living room towards the garden area and has a section for kids, too. The outside areas are an extension of the house with a private garden lawn, a fenced garden, sitting sun loungers, a BBQ, and right next to it, a dining area. Don’t forget that there is free parking on-premises.

Villa L1 is part of a complex with two luxury villas, one close to the other, each with its own facilities and amenities.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.
