From the housekeeping / laundry to the welcoming of each guest we have implemented specific qualification and are complying with all the regulations and recommendations from both DGS (National Health Authorities) and WHO (World Health Organisation).

The Space:

The apartment was recently renovated and is located on the 2nd floor of the apartment block with easy access via an elevator (fits 4). The unit is very spacious with plenty of natural light. It has a modern kitchen, new bathrooms, one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with a queen-sized bed. We have very carefully chosen comfortable mattresses and have handpicked top-quality bed linen to ensure you get a great night’s sleep.

In the kitchen you can find all the necessary utensils for making a meal (various pots, pans, dishes, etc.), a kettle to serve tea and a Nespresso coffee machine. It is equipped with a microwave, oven, glass ceramic cooking plate, kettle, etc. All the knives and appliances provided.

Guest Access:
Access is granted by Keys which are provided to each guest personally and upon arrival.

Please remember we are not a Hotel and therefore there is no reception neither someone in the property. We will always ask for your estimated time of arrival so we can coordinate your welcoming in person and provide all the information and answer to all your questions.

We are available on Whatsapp and will be always connected to you in case you need anything and are 24/7 available on call.

We charge 20€ for every check in after 8pm.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in Rua Faria Guimarães at the hear of Marquês neighborhood. It is one of the most traditional areas of Porto's residencial district with very easy access to public transports including the Marquês metro station located just 3 minutes walking distance.

There is plenty of local commerce such as pastry shops, restaurants and supermarkets just at our doorstep. One can easily walk to the centre of town (15min) or just take the metro to Trindade station (just 2 stops) or São Bento (4 stops). If you are looking into exploring Ribeira tourist area (World Heritage site), very easy: either take a 30minutes walk or hopp on the metro (yellow line direction Sto Ovidio) and exit at Jardim do Morro (5 stops).

The area is very quiet at night, providing a good night of sleep. Also the building has only 1 apartment per floor so there won't be many neighbors, just 5.
Just across our door you will find a self service laundry as well as ironing service.

Getting Around:
Metro:
D line just 3 minutes walking distance.
From the airport E line until Trindade and then change to D line.

Several buses around the block taking you to many destinations, including the beach.

Other Things to Note:
Upon arrival we will personally greet and welcome you, share our great recommendations and also tour the space with you so you get to know the place as if you were home :)!
