Cozy Lux Pool House, Kriopigi

This spacious, fully equipped, 3 bedroom pool house is located in Kriopigi, one of the most beautiful green villages in the first peninsula of Halkidiki.
It is part of a very well cared complex that is located on the top of a privileged wooded hill offering an amazing view of the Gulf of Toroneos and the Aegean Sea. At the edge of the hill about 100m away, there is an external elevator used from the guests to transfer them to one of the greatest sandy beaches in Halkidiki through a grove of pine trees.
The property has shared use of a large swimming pool with sun beds, shaded parking spaces, a barbeque space and of course all of the above are part of the garden full of palm trees, lemon trees and flowers in an area of more than 3000 sq.m. 
On the first floor of the house there is a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms and an additional bathroom, 2 of the bedrooms with double beds, and one with 2 single beds. All the spaces offer direct access to verandas where guests can enjoy the panoramic view of the garden the pool and of course the sea. The complex is a family complex that consists of two building blocks . Each of this block have two apartments in the ground floor and two maisonette that occupies first and second floor.
Please keep in mind that the swimming pool is in use from 1st of May until the 15th of October and the lift is in use from the end of May until October. However the sea is always accessible through the steps.
