Located on the popular peninsula of Halkidiki near the village of Hanioti, the villa is nestled on a slope overlooking the Toroneos Gulf, surrounded by lush greenery. It offers a tranquil and secluded setting while remaining close to the local beach and amenities. From the villa, you can enjoy breathtaking views where the bright blue sky meets the iridescent sea, providing hours of relaxation.
Layout
Sunny Exclusive Tria is the one on the left end of the three villa complex, easily accessible from the private parking area. Modernly furnished and spread over two levels, it comfortably accommodates up to six guests in three air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The ground floor opens into an open-plan space with a fully equipped modern kitchen, a guest WC and a bright, airy living-dining area with patio doors leading to a fenced courtyard. A twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room is located to the left of the kitchen area, with access to the pool terrace.
A marble staircase leads to the upper floor, which hosts two double bedrooms, each with a private balcony—one overlooking the rear and the other one over the pool terrace, offering partial sea views. These bedrooms share a spacious modern bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
Pool and Garden
Patio doors on the ground floor open onto the front terrace, featuring a sitting area and the corner-style swimming pool at the center of the garden. Comfortable sun loungers and sunbathing areas, surrounded by coloured plants, provide a perfect setting for relaxation and all-day sunbathing in an idyllic Halkidiki location.

Sunny Exclusive Tria is a bungalow-style villa situated in a quiet neighbourhood with luxury villas, near a sandy beach and within a well-organised complex. Guests can also access additional indoor pool facilities if desired and on request. Private parking is available, and local amenities, including traditional Greek taverns and some of Halkidiki's famous beaches, are within walking distance or a short drive.
