Welcome to our beautiful Apartment in South Shields. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.


As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge freezer, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a washing machine, dishwasher and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.


This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a double bed.
The third bedroom contains a double bed.


There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a bath with a shower over it.


Linen, towels, essential toiletries, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 2pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property.
- A washing machine is included for your use.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.

Please note that there is a minimum age requirement of 25 years for each Guest checking in at this apartment, unless if you are working under a Contract locally or checking in as a family with young children.

Photo and address ID'S (Contract details if applicable) will be required before check-in and on arrival for each individual staying with us.

The preauthorization of £250 on your card for any Extras or Damages to the apartment or its furnishings will be taken up to 7 days before check in date.

PREAUTHORISATION FUNDS WILL NOT LEAVE YOUR ACCOUNT,
They will be blocked within your account for the duration of your stay.
THESE FUNDS WILL BE UN BLOCKED after 7 DAYS OF checkout.
