Audrey We have a comfortable home for guests . It’s disappointing to read your review . I realize there was an issue with one of our 4 showers which Was resolved as soon as you informed us . The shower was not broken as you say but just the holder, which was fixed hopefully same day you told us . I apologize that one of your towels had a mark on it .I hope You received The new towels we delivered to you on the same day . We Try Our best to resolve any queries as soon as possible. Our maintenance manager is very close to house and resolves queries very quickly as soon as guests inform us . . I think it might have helped if you had informed us sooner . We usually leave a welcome gjft and actually do a shop for visitors if they request . Maybe if we knew your arrival time and more details it’s no problem to leave in some provisions . It is possible to heat the pool at request of guests . It takes 4-5 days to get the pool . As you had only requested to heat the day before , it took some time for temperature to rise . Unfortunately , heating the pool has lo be an extra cost becoase of the utility Cost. You will have maybe missed this information on the website . I am glad that you appreciated the view and villa and that I was able to sort your requests while you were on holiday . We are keen for guests to have a great time at our family home . We are disappointed with your review and hiope you enjoyed most of your holiday whilst you were at our home

Emilie, Thanks for taking the time to review our property You arrived at our villa with 2 electric cars amd charged them each day without asking or mentioning to us . We have diffusers and scented devices though out our house because we like them . The drain was blocked amd that’s why there was a smell . That was resolved immediately the maintenance man realized . It would have been resolved immediately if you had told us . Simple task to fix. . Unfortunately you decided to wait until your review to tell us . All showers work amd were working . One shower wall attachment was broken , probably by previous guest . This was fixed as soon as you told us . The WiFi was over 2 floors of house , just on 2 floors and restricted on the top floor where the children's bedrooms are . We have 4 children amd we did not have WiFi in the villa for many years . We have upgraded our WiFi with extenders to cover entire villa and pool area , so we can enjoy music at the pool and when playing board , now that our children are older . We didn’t want WiFi in the kids bedrooms . We enjoy music from Spotify , Amazon , Apple and personal lists while playing board games out on the patio on our beautiful outdoor garden furniture with the best view of the lagoon in the entire village . We enjoy our coffee in the coffee maker and salads too . We were very reluctant to put our house on any renting platform . We have a simple home in a beautiful location and we prefer to have guests who hold the same values as us for family and who want to have a positive impact on peoples lives . We opened our home for people to enjoy . It’s disappointing when we are 2 professionals letting people use our home and some guests , not many , just 2 , you and another family from France didn’t seem to enjoy it . Many lessons to be learnt for all . Every day is a school day .
