Two-bedroom ground floor apartment located on the Sandbanks peninsular and a short stroll to beautiful sandy beaches.
The Space:
Two-bedroom, two-bathroom, ground floor apartment located on the Sandbanks peninsular just a short stroll to beautiful blue flag sandy beaches. The apartment benefits from a patio area which is open directly onto the communal garden areas.
Spacious open plan living / dining and kitchen areas. Wall mounted large flatscreen TV with freeview facility, DAB radio and Echo Dot music systems. WIFI services. Sliding doors to patio area with garden furniture which opens directly onto the Marina Court communal gardens with some sea glimpses. Fitted kitchen with granite surface breakfast bar area, feature 6 burner gas hob, fan-assisted double oven, American style double width fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer / dryer. Comprehensively equipped. Master bedroom (5ft kingsize double) with ensuite shower room (mains double shower, sink and toilet). Second bedroom (2x 3ft single beds). Family bathroom (bath with mains shower shower over, sink and toilet).
Parking - 1 allocated parking space.

The famous chain ferry across the mouth of Poole Harbour links Sandbanks to the beautiful Purbecks with dune-backed beaches, and huge areas of National Trust-owned countryside. The delights of Swanage and its restored steam railway are a short distance beyond, as are the dramatic cliffs of the Jurassic Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
