The space

The maisonettes boast private 35 - 40 m2 swimming pools and each is built on a 1.000 sq.m plot. With a total capacity of 15 guests, this property is perfect for various group sizes. With a simple and functional layout, the maisonettes offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. Exterior Features

As you step outside the ground floor, you'll find a refreshing pool. A barbecue area is at your disposal for some outdoor grilling, and a veranda with a sitting area, perfect for both relaxing and dining, awaits you. Covered parking space for one car is available for your convenience. The maisonettes are separated from each other and from the private road connecting all of them by discrete fences offering the desired privacy.

Ground Floor

Entering the ground floor, you'll discover a cosy twin air-conditioned bedroom for a restful night's sleep. The open well-equipped kitchenette provides all the necessities for preparing light meals. A comfortable sitting area with a TV and sealing fan offers relaxation and entertainment plus a large sofa bed comfortable enough for an adult or two young kids.
