Enter the building via the rear access from the private car park, leads you directly into the main interior living area. It features a large balcony and open-plan living, dining and a modern kitchen. It is the perfect place to prepare your delicious breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoy the panoramic sea views. The living spaces and bedrooms throughout have been beautifully decorated, with leather sofas, stylish artwork bringing a relaxed âbeach houseâ feel throughout the spaces. When it is time for bed, enjoy the lullaby of the ocean and wake up to the sea from the master bedroom with its own balcony. For the children, there is a decorated Pirate themed room waiting for them after a long adventurous day.

Located in Ventnor recognised as one of the top 10 seaside resorts in the UK, with it's Blue Flag beach. The town has a lovely selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, and ice-cream parlour making all homemade produce. The harbour offers sea safari trips which are great fun for all ages, and the fishery offers a wide selection of fresh catch of the day.
Set into the hillside it has its own âmicro-climateâ as it is sheltered by St Boniface Down. The Botanical Gardens have an exceptional collection of flowers some of which can only be grown here since Ventnor enjoys warm evenings, mild winters and one of the best sunshine records in the UK.
