THE BUNGALOW ANA for 4+2 persons is located in the tourist settlement Äervar Porat, just 5 km from PoreÄ, the main tourist destination of the Istrian peninsula.
The pebble beach of Äervar is just 10 minutes on foot from the house. The bungalow has a surface of approx. 56 m2, it consists of the kitchen, living room with a sofa for two persons and dining table, two two-person rooms with a doubble bed, shower/toilet, terrace with table and chairs and barbecue. Public parking 50 m from the house.
House equipment:air-conditioning,modern design furniture,LCD-TV,kitchen with dishes,refrigerator with freezer,dishwasher,filter coffee machine,barbecue and Wi-Fi.
Grocery shop: 260 m
Restaurant/pizzeria: 360 m

One of the greates advantages of Äervar porat is the immediate proximity to numerous interesting Istrain localitites, such as the towns of PoreÄ, Rovinj, Vrsar, Pula the Pit of pazin, two Water Parks, Baredin caves, The Lim chanel and many more.
