The historical and cultural Opatija is located only 2 kilometers from Ičići, and is connected by a coastal promenade. All apartments offer a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, air conditioning and sea / terrace views. One parking space is provided for each apartment and pets are welcome (at additional charge).

Studio apartment Ani 1 is located on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. It consists of a bedroom (double bed), bathroom with shower, living room with dining table, sofa bed (for one person), kitchenette, flat-screen TV. The apartment also offers a private seating area.

Take a 30 minute stroll towards Opatija, a charming coastal town with a rich history and culture, has many fantastic locations, impressive monuments, well-manicured parks and magnificent villas that are waiting to be discovered. Enjoy discovering the enchanting town of Opatija with its churches, villas and well-tended parks. Visit the Croatian Walk of Fame and the small harbour known locally as Portić, and take a picture with the famous statue of the Girl with the Seagull.
Should you go on the other side oft he promenade, you will end up in an amiable little town Lovran, which offers small beaches, various summer festivities and it is a gateway to surrounding medieval towns and Učka mountain.
