Évadez-vous de la foule et profitez de ce condo tranquille caché sous la magnifique canopée de chênes historiques d'Amelia Island Plantation! De magnifiques vues sur l'océan encadrées par de magnifiques palmiers créent le refuge de détente parfait dans cette villa de 2 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bains avec vue sur la mer, située dans le quartier de Sea Dunes. Idéalement situé au deuxième étage, vous aurez une vue imprenable sur ce condo offert dès que vous franchissez la porte d'entrée. À l'intérieur, les sols carrelés vous mèneront à une cuisine mise à jour avec des comptoirs en granit éblouissants qui sont entièrement approvisionnés pour répondre à tous vos besoins de cuisson.

En regardant depuis la cuisine dans la grande salle, vous trouverez une table à manger pour 6 personnes ainsi qu’un tabouret de bar pouvant accueillir deux personnes. Juste au-delà, se trouve le salon où deux canapés bleu-vert sont centrés autour d'un tapis en sisal et d'une pièce de divertissement abritant le téléviseur à écran plat. Les murs jaune pâle mélangés aux couleurs bleu côtier et à la décoration balnéaire du condo créent un cadre paisible idéal pour une escapade paisible. Le curseur en verre vous mènera au balcon où vous pourrez admirer une vue spectaculaire sur les plages immaculées d'Amelia Island tout en sirotant votre café du matin ou en lisant un bon livre.

La chambre principale est située juste à côté de la grande salle et comprend un lit king-size avec une tête de lit en herbe de mer, une télévision à écran plat, des persiennes blanches, une salle de bain principale avec un combo douche / baignoire et un coin lavabo séparé, et le même vue sur la côte de la Floride.

Retour vers l'entrée est une deuxième chambre, qui offre deux lits jumeaux avec des têtes de lit en osier blanc, une télévision à écran plat et des volets de plantation. Adjacent est un deuxième bain avec un combo douche / baignoire.

Un séjour sans failleCette escapade apaisante se trouve directement en bord de mer et à quelques pas de la plage de sable fin. C'est l'escapade idéale pour un couple, une petite famille ou les personnes âgées. Overall great location, nice view, close beach access. AC was limited however due to an issue w/ freezing and had to supplement w/ fans.

Accurately decribed by owner. Great location, beautiful ocean view and fantastic for long beach walks. Really enjoyed staying and hope to go back.

Great Condo and Sea Dunes is a beautiful area!

Renting through Amelia Island Getaways was a great experience! Great communication from beginning to end! They answered all questions we had. Condo was awesome! Pictures are accurate. Everything in the condo that we needed. Beds slept great! Everything was clean. Loved the keyless entry. Walk to the beach was easy for us older folks. Great areas to walk your dog! We liked having the manned security entrance to the plantation. The route to the condo is a little intimidating at first if you're not familiar with the South end of the Island and the plantation. BUT once you get used to it there's no problem. It's a beautiful area! The grounds at Sea Dunes are beautifully landscaped and very well maintained. The pool area is awesome! Also, I have to add that it's a short drive to Baxter's Restaurant for the best steaks on the Island! Highly recommend! Always our favorite! Was sad to learn that Brett's Waterway Cafe will be gone by the end of the year! Love Brett's! If you rent umbrellas/chairs for the beach BEWARE of Sunsetters Beach Service! The picture shows how one of our umbrella's was left. Did it fall? We're not sure. We rented 2 umbrellas and 3 chairs from Sunsetters for 2 days. The 2nd day this is how we found 1 of the umbrellas. Guy said he would refund our money for the 1 umbrella. He could not get anyone out there to put it back up & we had no way to put it up. We have NOT received a refund & he won't respond to my text. We would definitely stay here again!

Amelia Island gem

The property was very clean and well-stocked. Beautiful view of the ocean, nice pool, and lots of treed walking trails. Friendly neighbors and management company is great to work with. Would recommend to anyone looking on Amelia Island.

Beautiful place in Amelia Island!!

The property was just exactly as described and perfect for our family of four! The condo was beautifully decorated, well stocked, and had a gorgeous view of the beach! Our family had a great time exploring Amelia Island Plantation on our bikes and relaxing on the beautiful beach! Host was also great and readily available when we had questions during our stay. Will definitely be back! Thanks for an awesome stay!

Mother’s Day vacay

Wonderful location to oceanfront at AIP. Unit is clean and well kept. It’s a tad dated, beds/furniture and A/C took awhile to cool down first night. All in all we had a wonderful stay.

This is a very nice condo with spectacular views. The condo was clean and the pictures well represented the overall condition. It’s a little challenging to find as navigation takes you to a private entrance requiring a code. You must enter through the Omni gate.

Wonderful Condo- Perfect Locatio.

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. It was so quiet and peaceful at Sea Dunes. It was nice that the pool wasn't right under the unit so that the noise didn't drift into the condo. The beach was an extremely short walk which was perfect for us older folks. We loved the furnishings and it felt like a home away from home for us! We also loved taking walks in the evenings. The plantation was the perfect place for this as there were tons of beautiful trees and wildlife. Thank you for sharing this gorgeous place!

Unit needs updating. Lumpy mattresses, old appliances (frig, washer/dryer); worn out rugs; stained shower curtain; washed out sheets and kitchen towels. Best part of unit was balcony facing the ocean and close proximity to beach.

Oceanfront Beauty

Beautiful and clean condo unit with incredible ocean view/frontage. Located within a serene and quiet neighborhood lined with stunning trees and foliage. Condo was clean, comfortable, and easily accessible. Parking right in front of stairs leading to unit. Can literally hear the waves crashing from master bedroom. Sunrise from porch was magical. Views of ocean from kitchen, dining area, living room, and master bedroom. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous View

The view was absolutely stunning and Amelia Island Get Aways was a pleasure to work with. They made everything so easy and simple. They were so quick to answer any questions we had and were even prompt in getting us battery’s for a remote control. We will definitely use them in the future! Everyone who works there is so kind and considerate. The property had a gorgeous view but the condo does need some small improvements such as paint on the walls and ceiling. Plus, the patio was a little cramped with the furniture and extra items. Overall, again the view was stunning and Amelia Island Get Ways was incredible.

Little piece of Paradise

We had a wonderful stay at this property, and thoroughly enjoyed this little slice of heaven. The view was amazing and we enjoyed the wildlife scenery. The weather was fantastic most of our stay, so we were able to watch the ocean from the balcony and enjoy walks on the beach, sit by the pool, and saw a fabulous sunset from a nearby park. The property was decorated very cute and tasteful, just as portrayed in pictures. The building is older, but the condo was so adorable and cozy it was very welcoming and suited our needs just fine. There was only a few minor details we needed attended to and the property manager was prompt and attentive to resolve them beyond our expectations so we were happy! Will definitely consider staying here again and recommend to family and friends! Thank you for a lovely stay...

Very Nice Condo

We enjoyed our entire experience while staying in this condo for two weeks. We had a few minor issues regarding kitchen utensils, a missing bathtub slip map, and a light bulb that were all very quickly corrected after a short text - no questions asked. Having recently renovated our own bathroom, we expected the same updates in the condo - higher vanities, granite tops, and glass shower doors. But all the pictures of the spaces inside and outside the condo are very accurate - so we should not have been disappointed. We would happily recommend this condo to our friends.

Great escape!

We are so happy the short term rental ban ended just in time for our trip. This condo was perfect for our week long stay as we could walk up one flight of stairs and land at front door. No elevator required so easy to social distance! Beaches wide open so again, easy to put distance between ourselves and neighbors. Condo itself was nice, clean and comfy. Kitchen could use a little TLC but we managed just fine as we cooked in every night. Very pretty bed linens and towels. We appreciated the strong WiFi as we still had work and school going on. We appreciated the new tv and great cable service! Of course the grounds surrounding the condo were beautiful. We enjoyed watching the tortoises strolling around the lawn. Thank you!

Nice View but Needs Work

The view is nice and it's great that they take dogs. But, as soon as we walked into the condo, we realized it needed updating. The entire condo needs painting, the table on the deck is rusted, shower floor is stained, curtain/curtain rod needs to be replaced, burnt out light bulbs in the bathroom. The master bed and pillows are extremely hard. They could really use some different furniture on the deck since that's the best feature of the condo. They have a high table and chairs so that you can see the view over the railing but they're not all that comfortable. There was no facial tissue in the entire condo which seemed weird. We booked through VRBO but the unit is really managed by a rental company. So, your VRBO fee is really a waste of money. Too bad they can't tell you that up front. The rental company's agreement had a lot of "do this or that and you'll be charged" verbiage which was kind of a turnoff.

A very tired building and not clean.

Disappointing. Last there 5 years ago it has really declined and the service is zero. No-one to clean the condo which it needed when we arrived. There used to be a service to have room service in the condo, no longer, we were not advised of the large black pipe bisecting the beach from one end to the other you had to go up and over the huge pipe using man made piles of sand at intervals along the pipe that was how to get to the ocean. Had we been aware of how disappointing our visit was we would not have booked. It used to be 5 star and a fabulous place since Omni took over now it is 3 and that is being generous. Never saw anyone from Omni the entire visit, we left a day early. The service is zero the prices still high no accommodation for the lack of service and the unclean and tired condition of Sea Dunes.
