Luxury brand new villa... a magical place for families with kids. Away from the lights and the sounds of the town of Chania, a hidden paradise is ready to welcome you. Six airy bedrooms can comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests. It is designed to offer unforgettable vacations in Crete not only with its modern interior decoration but also with its infinity outdoor area with a private pool, trees and flowers and a secure kid’s area with a tree house and toys.

Indoors
On the first floor, you will find the main space of the villa with three bedrooms and the communal areas. A fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary electrical appliances that you may need during your stay. Close to the kitchen, there is a dining table and an airy living room with an energy fireplace and a 43’ flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The big window doors allow plenty of sunlight to get inside. Divided into 3 floors, the villa can accommodate 18 guests in the existing beds and 2 more guests in the sofas. From a big hallway, you will reach three bedrooms suitable for eight guests. The first one has two single beds (0.80m*2.00m) which can be converted into a double-sized bed, the second one has a king-sized bed (1.80m*2.00m) and an ensuite shower. The third bedroom has two double-sized beds (1.40m*2.00) one of them is located in the loft of this room. On the same floor, there is a family bathroom with a bathtub and a WC. The master bedroom with a double-sized bed (1.60m*2.00m) is located on the first floor with its ensuite bathroom, a bathtub and a balcony with deckchairs. On the lower floor, there are two bedrooms ideal for 8 more guests. The first bedroom has a double bed while the second one has two bunk beds and two single beds. There is also a bathroom suitable for both rooms. The area is ideal for kids!

Outdoors
An infinity outdoor area of 2000 square will become your favourite spot in the villa. There is a 50 sqm private pool with sunbeds and deck chairs. Pool towels are provided. Near the pool, you can enjoy your drink on the sofas gazing at the sunset. In the grass, there are many outdoor games for kids like a small football court, a treehouse, a trampoline and a slide. The villa is located in a village with many avocado trees. Take the opportunity to participate in the daily care of avocado trees like watering and collecting.

*Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated upon request at an extra cost payable in cash upon arrival. We require a 3-4 days' notice for this service.(Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)

Free Minivans' Policy
Prices include the free rental of two 7-seater minivans (available at the villa). The complimentary minivan service is only available to drivers who are at least 21 years old and have held a driving license for more than 3 years. PLEASE NOTE that minivan insurance is not included in the reservation price, it is mandatory and incurs a charge of 20€ per day per vehicle for full insurance. Additionally, we require a security deposit of 500€ per vehicle, which will be refunded to the customer upon departure.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
