This Lake Maggiore 3 bedroom apartment is situated on the first floor of the building. The apartment is well equipped and guests enjoy use of a large communal swimming pool and jacuzzi. There is a restaurant on site as well as a bar and cafe and there are plenty of other eating establishments a short walk away. There is a pebbled beach just a few metres from the property where guests can hire boats, pedalos, canoes and other water sports equipment.



The Space:

This Lake Maggiore 3 bedroom apartment is modern and contemporary and comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open plan living, dining and kitchen area.



The kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher, oven and hob. There is a communal washroom in the basement of the building, with a washing machine and tumble dryer.



Of the 3 bedrooms in this Lake Maggiore 3 bedroom apartment, there is one bedroom with a double bed whilst the other two bedrooms both have twin beds. These can be pushed together in the second bedroom if required to form a large double. These bedrooms share 2 bathrooms, both of which are equipped with shower, bidet, sink and toilet.



Outside at this Lake Maggiore 3 bedroom apartment, there is a private terrace with table and chairs and views of the lake and swimming pool.



Please note that there is an additional energy fee of 90 euros which must be paid in cash locally upon arrival.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the apartment and private terrace. Guests also share use of the communal facilities (pool, children's pool and jacuzzi) with the other residents in the apartment complex.



The Neighborhood:

Maccagno is a busy lakeside town boasting a number of restaurants, bars and cafes all within easy walking distance of the apartment. There is a popular restaurant and bar on site whilst the second closest restaurant is just a few metres in the other direction. There is also a tourist information office within the town and a well stocked supermarket. The apartment is situated just across from a popular lakeside beach area.



Getting Around:

A car is not necessary as everything is within easy walking distance, including the boat stop where guests can access all the other towns and villages on the lake. There is a restaurant and cafe on site as well as plenty of other restaurants within walking distance. The train station is also easily accessible from the apartment. Trains go direct from here to Milan Malpensa airport. Or we can help organise taxi transfers.



Other Things to Note:

This is one of the few 3 bedroom apartments within the resort and so is extremely popular with families and those looking for a bit more space than the 2 bedroom properties offer. It is a standard 3 bedroom apartment which means it doesn't enjoy uninterrupted lake views but we love the fact that you can still glimpse the lake and pool area from the sunny terrace.
