**** MISE À JOUR DU CLUB DE PLAGE ET DE LA PISCINE À L'AQUARELLE DU CAMP ****
La rĂ©novation de la piscine Camp Watercolour est terminĂ©e et les piscines sont ouvertes. Il y a une piscine Ă  entrĂ©e nulle, une riviĂšre paresseuse, des toboggans et un service de serviettes / nourriture / boissons. La piscine du Beach Club est Ă©galement en cours de construction. La partie ancienne / existante du Beach Club est en train d'ĂȘtre vidĂ© et le Beach Club rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© devrait ĂȘtre achevĂ© d'ici la fin juin. Les deux nouvelles piscines ajoutĂ©es Ă  cet emplacement seront terminĂ©es d'ici la fin de l'annĂ©e.

La phase I est située au centre du club de plage Watercolour, des six piscines de Watercolour, du lac Western, du centre de tennis et à cÎté de Seaside.

Ce chalet est l'escapade parfaite pour une petite famille! Profitez de l'intimité et du luxe d'avoir votre propre spacieux, beau, 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain complÚtes avec parquet, des plafonds spectaculaires de 20 pieds dans la grande salle et des plafonds voûtés dans le charmant maßtre avec un lit king. La plage est à 10 minutes à pied ou à vélo de 3 à 5 minutes, selon que vous allez aux plages de bord de mer ou d'aquarelle. L'une des nombreuses piscines de Watercolor vous attend!

Internet sans fil gratuit avec télévision par cùble est disponible. Chaque chambre possÚde sa propre télévision et lecteur DVD. Des téléviseurs intelligents et des bornes de recharge sont situés dans le salon et la chambre principale. Profitez d'une soirée cinéma en famille avec notre bibliothÚque de DVD et la télévision grand écran dans la salle familiale.

DĂ©tendez-vous tout en Ă©tant assis sur le porche arriĂšre relaxant donnant sur un espace naturel avec un chemin vers les courts de tennis et le bord de mer. La chambre principale a un lit king et la chambre d'hÎtes a deux lits doubles pouvant accueillir 4 enfants pour un total de 6 personnes! Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain pour plus d'intimité.

Amazing place and location. Was perfect for our family of four. Well appointed and the location is a perfect fit for being close to town, the pools and tennis courts. The foot path out of back porch was a perfect shortcut into town that my girls loved. The owner is also very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect layout and great location for me and my 9 yr. and 12 yr. grandchildren. Property is as described which is not always the case. The property owner was the most communicative of any VRBO owner I have experienced. Very quiet and convenient to Seaside. Short distance to pools and Watercolor beach.

Beautiful, clean and spacious home with everything you could need and in a great location! We loved taking the free trolley to the beach and beach clubs and the short walk to all of the restaurants and shops in seaside. The owner is wonderful and made sure we had a great stay and all of the information we needed. Cannot recommend this home enough.

Fantastic Week in WaterColor

Beautiful home that is extremely well maintained with a great and super responsive owner. Great location that is walking distance to everything, including Seaside. Loved the vaulted ceiling living room / kitchen. Super quiet and had everything you would need for a week stay.

Great trip!

We had a wonderful time - perfect location for our family (children ages 5-8). Enjoyed biking to all of the neighborhood pools and down to the beach. Quick walks to dinner/icecream. Loved the privacy of the backyard area. It was a great week!

The house is in perfect location with Seaside only steps away and right between Camp Watercolor and Beach Club. Miki was a great host and was very responsive and had thought through every detail to make our family vacation easy and enjoyable.

We loved our time in Watercolor. Cozy Cottage was perfect for our young family of 4. Our girls loved having their room together and that it wasn’t far from ours. So much space, loved coffee on the back porch. Everything was clean and updated. Location is amazing.. we loved biking to beach club, seaside, and watercolor camp. No need for golf cart for us.

I can’t say enough about this property! Miki was wonderful to work with and incredibly responsive to any questions I had. The house is perfectly situated next to Seaside to quickly walk into town to enjoy the area. This is our 7th time to 30A and 2nd time in Watercolor and would absolutely return to this property!

The BEST Stay on 30A

This was by far the BEST VRBO we have ever rented! As other reviews have shared, Miki goes above and beyond to ensure that those staying in her home feel welcomed. Through two calls leading up to our stay Miki made sure to answer all of our questions and provide recommendations for various things to do and see in the area given the age and interests of our kids. In addition to Miki being a great host, the home was even better than we could have imagined. It was clean, beautifully decorated, the linens and beds were so comfortable, and the level of attention to even the smallest details was above and beyond. We traveled with our two children, ages 10 and 14, and the house was the perfect fit for our needs. It is also perfectly situated in the neighborhood with a quick walk to Seaside and a quick bike ride to the pools and beach, but also tucked back on a very quiet, street that provided the perfect private retreat at the end of the day. We had so much fun during our stay, we decided to stay for another week and rented a home nearby. We quickly learned that what Miki offers with this home is above and beyond compared to other rentals. We look forward to coming back and staying here again next summer!!

Family Watercolor Vacation

We loved our stay! Location is very convenient to all Watercolor amenities and Seaside. The home is very comfortable with sleeping quarters away from living quarters. We hope to stay here again.

Great time during spring break!

2 adults and 2 kids (9) and (5). The owner was exceptional to work with from booking to arrival through check out. She was able to accommodate our odd arrival time and was quick to suggest some rainy-day activities when we needed. Would happily stay again!

Wonderful vacation!

The house itself is in a perfect location for both an easy walk into Seaside and a beautiful stroll over to the beach club, and all the amenities that watercolor has to offer! We literally could not have picked a better location for both! Miki was hands-down, the best VBRO person we’ve ever worked with - so informative and helpful. She went above and beyond to try to make our stay as special as possible and was so quick with any answers or help with suggestions whenever we’ve needed it. The house itself is beautifully equipped with everything that you need! We loved the porch and sat outside every morning with our coffees. Absolutely recommend!

Perfect Thanksgiving Vacation

My wife, daughter and my sister recently stayed at this house for the week of Thanksgiving. The location was perfectly situated between Watercolor and Seaside. We could walk out the back door and be in the seaside town square in less than five minutes. Miki was super responsive and thoughtful, and ensured our stay was perfect from start to finish. The home is beautiful and gives plenty of relaxing space for everyone. Will definitely book again!

There is nothing negative I could say about this property & the booking/checking in the home. The owner has thought of everything. We had a great getaway before the holidays, rented bikes had them delivered, that was nice. Everything is on 1 level, kitchen is stocked even though we ate out most of the time, 3 minute walk to town square. Definitely would stay again thanks for sharing your home!!!

Great house in a perfect location

This is a great little house in a perfect location in Watercolor. One block via bike to a cut through to Seaside, and a couple blocks in either directions to the pool and beach. The house itself is in great shape and was perfect for our family of four. The property manager was extremely helpful and very good at communicating. She provided our group a check list of things (bike rental, golf cart rental, chair rental, etc.). Made it super easy to get set up. Would highly recommend. My only criticism of watercolor in general (and this is not specific to this property) is these RFID wristbands you must keep with you to access them the pools or beaches. I get that they don’t want everybody to show up at the pools, but the wrist bands are easy to lose and a pain to dig through your bag when you’re carrying a days worth of beach supplies. Oh well!
