Panos House villa avec piscine à quelque minute de Loggos 3-4 chambres

Panos House est idéale pour les couples, familles, groupes ou ceux qui recherchent une villa avec piscine privée.
Située tout près du paisible village de Zernatika, sur la côte Est à quelques minutes du magnifique petit port de Loggos, la villa est faite pour ceux qui cherchent la paix et la détente, en profitant de la belle piscine avec vue sur la mer.
Construite dans un style traditionnel Paxiote, la villa entourée d'oliviers, se trouve à quelques minutes des plus belles plages de l'île (Kipos, Kipiadi, Marmari ...).
La piscine s'étend en face de la villa sur une grande terrasse, près de la salle à manger extérieure et du coin salon ombragé.
Une très belle table de marbre au bord de la piscine peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes pour un long déjeuner ou une dîner paisible.
Les chambres et le salon donnent directement sur la terrasse et la piscine.
Il y a trois chambres (deux doubles - dont une avec salle de bains en-suite - et une chambre double). Les 3 chambres disposent de la climatisation.
Une quatrième chambre (salle de bain en-suite) avec lits superposés est idéale pour des enfants ou adolescents.
Un beau salon et une cuisine bien équipée complètent la villa. Les hauts plafonds donnent de l’ampleur et de la fraicheur à la maison.

We have just enjoyed a wonderful week at Panos House.The information & communication with the host was excellent, we experienced a couple of small issues & these we dealt with immediately.The villa has a slightly quirky layout but this suited our party giving privacy to all.Panos house is very well equipped & of a great quality with all you need for your stay.The real star of the villa is the outside space,the pool is fabulous & the shaded seating area was a real bonus. As with a lot of villas on Paxos the access road was unmade & not really suitable for walking ( our party included a 5th old baby in a pram ) so a car is a must.We would also like to mention Dolos Taverna which is definitely worth a visit

Stunning island, very relaxing villa.

We had a wonderful time in Paxos for our holiday and Panos House is really a special place : very calm and relaxing. What we loved is that all the bedrooms overlook the swimming pool and so every morning as you open the door windows we walked straight towards the first jump in the pool ! The house is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and its convenient to be so close to Loggos - with its nice variety of cafés, restaurants, convenince stores and the nicest beaches - as well as being equidistant to Gaios or Lakka.

Tranquil beauty

Staying at Panos House was idillic. Tranquil beauty, gorgeous views, incredibly peaceful and lovely accommodation. Also really easy to get everywhere due to being nearly in the middle of the island. Couldn't have asked for more :-) Nothing was too much trouble. Can't recommend highly enough.

Lovely house with great pool on a beautiful island

Panos House is very spacious with well equipped bedrooms and great living areas both outside and in. The pool is well looked after with a man coming to keep it clean as does a maid to water the garden and check everything is clean. Paxos is a beautiful island with a good choices of beaches and restaurants as well as a couple of sunset bars. I would thoroughly recommend Panos House.

Simple house, nicely located in olive grove

Panos house is located in an olive grove below a small road (dead-end for vehicles) in the hamlet of Zernatika. The main house has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The two other bedrooms are only accessible from the terrace. In our view, its best features are the dinner/lounging area under a big olive tree (illuminated in the evening – we had nice dinners there), the well-maintained pool and the living room with its beautiful lime-stone wall. The view from the terrace is – by Paxos standards – not spectacular, but nice. The presence of (rather slow) mobile Wifi (to be paid separately in Gaios) and a dishwasher was a nice surprise, but in other respects we found that the facilities and services offered – given the price of the villa – leave room for improvement. As indicated by a previous reviewer the kitchen is simple (e.g., the “coffee maker” mentioned on the website is a percolator) and offers very little room for your groceries. The bathroom (we got access to only one) is the typical Greek bathroom with shower-without-curtain corner and items like an ironing board, hair dryer, safe and wash tub are absent (so we did our laundry in the sink). Also absent were beach towels - although promised on the website at the time of booking - and the rather common and convenient “extra’s” in Greek holiday villas of this price range (we visited 18) like free dishwasher tablets, hand soap in the bathroom and kitchen and toilet paper. If you (like all previous reviewers) have no problem in accepting these little inconveniences you can have a pleasant time in Panos house. Do not forget to visit the nearby church and churchyard of Zernatika and the surprising Ipapanti church with beautiful bell tower on the nearby west coast.

We thank you for your comments regards the property & are glad you had a nice stay despite a few minor issues/queries which we are sorry for. Our house manager couldn't have spoken more highly of you & your wife. The property has an Italian style cafetiere/perculator as opposed to an electric coffee maker, we are Belgian/Italian so that reflects the use of a cafetiere instead of an electric American filter coffee style machine. Due to the village location we are unable to have a land line, so we have tried to assist clients' 21st century needs and installed a pay as you go wifi dongle which up until now has appeared adequate, we're sorry if it didn't meet your expectations but in the absence of an available land line its the next best thing we can do. The property does have an ironing board & wash tub but it transpires that they were locked in the additional annexe which you didn't rent as there were only 2 of you so we are very sorry for this oversight & we have reviewed this with the housekeeper & she has moved it into the main house. We could have rectified this for you immediately had you mentioned it our house manager who I believe you spoke to on arrival regards the beach towel query, which we have now updated on the Home Away advert (no beach towels at the property, but they can be bought very reasonably in any of the villages) We have also noted & totally agree with your comments about dishwasher tablets, toilet & kitchen roll for the duration of the stay & again have reviewed this with our housekeeper. Thank you for your constructive feedback & we hope to see you in Paxos again soon

Lovely villa in a fantastic location

The villa was perfect for a week's stay on the island. Its location is ideal, being close to the three villages of Loggos, Gaios and Lacca. The sea views are lovely, the kitchen/living room area is spacious and the outdoor area was perfect for drinks and supper in the evenings. There is a sweet little restaurant at the bottom of the drive which you can walk to for a delicious meal! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Panos House.

Peaceful haven.

Panos House is the perfect holiday let if you want peace and quiet. The absolute silence we experienced in May was wonderful and just what we needed. The living room is spacious and comfortable, the bedrooms light and have enough space for holiday clothing, the kitchen is adequate. We were surprised there was no 'welcome pack' as this is the norm with holiday lets these days. However the pool and outdoor space is lovely with shade and sunny spots for all. There were 4 of us on this holiday and the villa felt spacious. I don't know how it feel for 8 people. You definitely need a car for this property unless you are avid walkers . The bars, restaurants and shops of Logos are nearby and the shops deliver food purchases free of charge. All In all we had a brilliant week at Panos House, and would return for another relaxing week.

Super holiday home in peaceful surroundings

Lovely 2 weeks in this comfortable home. Main house has 2 bedrooms and good bathroom with open plan living /kitchen and there are 2 further en suite bedrooms with individual entrance doors from pool area. Blissful much needed air con in bedrooms. We ate out or bbq'd - kitchen might be updated if you wanted to cook more inside but this wasn't a concern for us. Lovely views from terrace and the seating area was fabulous for daytime shade and evening gathering. Stuart, the manager, was terrific and there to help with anything and cleaning/bed changing arranged to suit us as we had visitors arriving at different times. House situated up a quiet lane off main road so beautifully quiet and peaceful in the olive groves. We could walk to lovely Kipiadi beach in 25 mins (bit longer on return!). Pratigos taverna at the bottom of the lane had fantastic food and views, Loggos longer walk or easy drive. Wonderful family and friends holiday.

Peaceful Retreat

We spent 10 days in Panos house, comfortable house in lovely setting with sea views. Plenty of outside space for a family to sit with a large table for relaxed breakfasts. Lots of choice for eating out including Pratagos taverna only short walk from the house with a terrace overlooking the sea. Loggos is really charming with harbour side restaurants, exploring Lakka and Gaios were within easy reach by car. Boats for hire in Loggos for days out to remote beaches with picnics and Anti Paxos were excellant value. Stuart was more than helpful with our booking and useful info. Everyone we met was charming and welcoming and has made us want to return asap!

Beautiful villa, stunning views & friendly owners

The holiday from start to finish went very smoothly. Our boat tickets were booked prior to arrival for a small fee and a taxi arranged to collect us from Gaios harbour. The villa was in a beautiful setting above Loggos harbour with beautiful views from the terrace across the pool to the olive trees and sea beyond. Due to the time of year we were graced with many dancing fire flys bobbing though the garden which was very memorable. The pool was lovely and there was plenty of loungers and chairs for all. The villa was well equipped with plenty of glasses, dishwasher tablets etc and was nicely decorated throughout. The walk down to Loggos took us about half an hour tops at a slow pace. There is a lovely taverna with again beautiful views a 5 minute walk away. The day time island bus that takes you to lakka and Gaios, also ran by the taverna a few times a day. We had a lovely time and would visit again without a doubt.

very special family home ommend

My Husband and I have not long returned back from our 2 week honeymoon at the beautiful panos house on the wonderful little island of paxos. The villa was perfect very clean and spacious with everything you could need when staying self catering. There is a great view of the ocean (better than the photos suggest ) and a fabulous outdoor space . The pool is a good size and 1.5 metres deep at one end perfect for cooling off in the midday sun.There are more than enough sun loungers and a magnificent outdoor marble table which easily seats 10, very comfy outdoor seating area and all finished off with lovely outdoor lighting including night pool lights very glam ! The villa itself has a wonderful homely feel to it it is well loved and maintained. It is only a short walk to loggos which was our favourite port small but had everything you need, excellent tavernas a bakery supermarket and a couple of bars with fabulous outdoor seating area on the sea. Pratagos taverna is a 2 min walk from the villa and serves excellent food with stunning views over the sea, we would definitely recommend this as a great place to eat and so handy to stroll back. The cleaner came 3 times in 2 weeks and the pool man came every 2 to 3 days, stuart the property manager came to meet us on arrival, and we had good communication with him via email in the weeks before we arrived . We Would go back tomorrow if we could and recommend it to everyone, couples and families Thank you for an unforgettable honeymoon

A delightful retreat

My wife and I spent 10 days staying in Panos House. It is a beautiful and cool Villa, very clean,spacious and with good vibes. The house is set in beautiful surroundings, there are spectacular see and countryside views from the garden with sun loungers to help you relax. Panos has a lovely outside dinning area and a very clean and private swimming pool to relax, after boating and sunbathing it's wonderful. The house is perfectly located. It’s only a short trip to Longos, the nicest fishing village of the island (with fantastic restaurants and nice small private boats hiring without license!!!!). Its central location meant it was easy to explore the whole island by car or private boat and it is only a 10 minute by car drive to many beaches and to Ben's beach (the hippest one in the island). The owners had prepared a great book and a detailed map with all good ideas to visit the island and to eat outside (lot of wonderful restaurants for lunch and diner). We had a wonderful relaxing holiday and would love to return to Panos House with our family next year. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful peaceful house with glorious views

This is a wonderful house on the hillside amid olive trees looking across the sea to mainland Greece. It is well cared for and is clean and has all you need for a comfortable relaxing holiday. The rep and maintenance man dealt with any issues promptly and were. The house was cleaned regularly throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this property and would love to come again. We found the local taverna Pratigos a welcoming and friendly place it provided internet access for my daughters. The food was very good and reasonably priced. The roads are quiet and walking to local beaches and Loggos was very easy - some of our party preferred to get a taxi back. We would recommend a drink in the evening by the harbour in Loggos also hiring a motorboat for a couple of days to explore the island coastline. A meal at the restaurant Emiritis as the sun sets was a very special occasion. We arrived by sea taxi into Loggos after crossing from Corfu in moonlight - Magical.

The property is tucked away off the main road so couldn't be in a quieter spot. The outdoor facilities are wonderful, lovely pool, great dining area and nice sitting area with lovely lighting for those late night chats. Good BBQ also. With all the rooms having French windows opening onto the pool area, what could be better! Good well equipped kitchen and three bathrooms makes living in the villa very easy. A good comfortable living room but to be honest we never really used as the outdoors is so fantastic! Nice Taverna a few hundred yards away and the most beautiful town of Loggos a five min drive where there are some wonderful restaurants and cafe's. Good support from Stuart who runs the house and regular visits from Sula the maid and Bertie the pool man! The perfect holiday!

A perfect place on a movie like island

I stayed here with my husband, 2 kids and one other family. We had a fantastic time. The house is an oasis of peace and very private. It is tastefully decorated, very comfortable and clean. The private pool is accessible via all the rooms and the lounge area is excellent and fits perfectly with the style of the house. The island is very movie like, you don't believe they still exist! Many nice restaurants, small shops, relaxed seaside places or a little funkier if you prefer. A place to return to!

The perfect holiday, Panos House

My husband and I spent two weeks staying in Panos House, Paxos. It is an attractive, modern Villa, very clean and spacious. The house is set in beautiful surroundings, there are spectacular see views from the garden with sun loungers to help you relax and unwind. Panos has a lovely outside dinning area and a very clean and private swimming pool to cool off in, after walking and sunbathing it was perfect! The house is very peaceful and the garden is not overlooked. It’s only a short walk to the bus stop if you don’t hire a car (check the local time table). Its central location meant it was easy to explore the whole island and it is only a 5 minute drive to Loggos which is a small but beautiful fishing village with a fantastic selection of restaurants and bars. We had a wonderful relaxing holiday and would love to return to Panos House with our family. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful place to spend your perfect holidays :-)

This house is perfect to accommodate two large families with children. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with showers everyone finds comfort and space. The pool is beautiful as well as the amazing view of the sea. We will definitely return. Very nice also the advices left by the owners with things to do, restaurants, and nice places to visit. I came to Paxos for the first time in 1978, with my parents for a holiday, I was 8 at the time. My parents fell in love with the island and decided to buy and restore an old house. Ever since 1978 I’ve been coming to Paxos every year, for unforgettable holidays, first as a young kid, then as a single adult, and eventually as a young married couple with my wife Christine-Aurore.

The beauty of Paxos is that despite the years have gone by, it has not lost its authentic spirit and sheer natural beauty, maintaining its position of best kept secret island of the Mediterranean.
As our family grew with the arrival of our 3 daughters, Christine-Aurore and I decided to buy a house that would not only be the summer house of our family, but also the centre of gravity were we could invite our best friends and loved ones to spend amazing holidays together on this beautiful island. And so in 2008 we decided to buy Panos House.

We hope you will enjoy our house as much as we love it : for its comfort and authenticity, its beautiful scenery, its welcoming pool or for the privacy and quietness among the olive trees whilst being only few minutes away from the picturesque little fishing harbour of Loggos with its typical tavernas and cafés.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

What we love about our house is that all the bedrooms and lounge area are overlooking the swimming pool; waking up in the morning, opening the door-windows and jumping straight into the water is simply priceless!
And the marble table by the pool for long morning breakfasts or evening barbecues watching the Milky Way and the incredible spectacle of millions of stars is what life should always be about, right ?!
