Casa Alessia is a traditional stone house built in the middle of olive groves, easily accessible and single storey (no stairs) with its private garden and pool (6 x 3 x 1.30 meters / 19.7 x 9.8 x 4.3 feet). Pool is open from May to September depending on the weather. The main house includes one combined kitchen/living room, one bathroom (with an Italian shower and a toilet) and one bedroom with a double bed. Attached to the house, there is a second bedroom (independent entrance) with a double bed, an Italian shower and a toilet as well as a separate utility room with a washing machine. The property is fully furnished, equipped and decorated in a warm style. It is an ideal place to spend a relaxing and unforgettable holidays. The house is located 400 meters/0.25 mile by foot from lovely bars & restaurants. There is one mini market and one bakery in Magazia.
Beautiful little villa in a quiet location among olive groves. Perfect for relaxing holiday. Very close to local shop, bakery and restaurants. The host is very helpful. Highly recommended.
We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Alessia. The villa was just perfect, very private, surrounded by olive groves, yet only 5 mins walk to a few good tavernas and supermarket. MagaziĂĄ is a good base to explore the rest of the island. I would love to come back at some point as Paxos is just gorgeous!
We are regular visitors to Paxos and we chose Casa Alessia after walking past the previous year. Itâs a great pace to stay for an easy walk to Magazia and for longer walks down to Lakka via the olive groves.
Very comfortable villa, good sized walk in shower and a delightful pool and garden.
Have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Paxos. The house was fantastic, everything you could want, lots of kitchen equipment, air conditioning, good showers and comfortable beds. Having the washing machine was great and there is a drying rack to use. The pool was really lovely, very clean with good sunbeds and a lovely small garden. There was even a bag with some snorkels, masks and fins to use for the beach. The villa is located on a side road, only a few minutes walk from Magazia where there is a good little supermarket and some nice restaurants. It is helpful to have a car to stay here but everywhere is within 10 minutes easy drive. There are also some nice walks on the island.Would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this as a place to stay.
We loved our stay at Casa Alessia.
We felt very welcome, there were little gifts to welcome us.
Entering the house was clear and easy.
The house was very clean and well decorated and everything you need for a holiday was available.
It was quiet, the rooms were spacious, the swimming pool and garden were beautiful...
We had a good communication with the owner.
We recommend Casa Alessia!!!
Overall a very good experience and definitely value for money.
The inside space was very clean and pleasant with all the necessary equipment.
The host is very helpfull and the greeting with some small drinks and snacks very appreciated.
The garden was very charming and spacious with many sitting areas.
The location is excellent being very close to taverns market and pharmacy and no more than 10 minutes drive from the beaches.
The pool was nothing special but enough to refresh with quick dive, and paxos pools need to take their job more seriously.
My partner and I had a lovely stay in this villa. Private pool and outside area is perfect for lazing around in the sun. Interior has everything you need for your stay, though note that this property does not have wifi - was actually really nice not to have it and read/play games instead! The only thing to mention about this property (and the reason for 4 stars) is that there is a rubbish collection for the the villas along the whole road very near the property, which means cars slow down and stop nearby often, however this isn't something to stop us staying here again! It's just something to note :) The villa contact was lovely and answered all of our questions as well as provided us with lots of info about Paxos. Town with tavernas and a shop is very nearby. Would recommend!
The property is very modern and cleverly appointed if compact. Its just outside a village at the centre of the island with a good mini market (Paxos has nothing bigger) a great bakery, some really nice restaurants, a pharmacy and a petrol station. If you want to unwind and don't mind walking you don't need a car and there are some lovely clifftop walks and one beach nearby.
We had a wonderful holiday in this lovely villa and is exactly as shown on the photos. It is perfectly located in the middle of the island, however I would say youâll need a car to see Paxos in all itâs beauty. That being said the village of Magazia is only a short 5 minute walk away where youâll find a supermarket and plenty of good restaurants.
The villa itself is everything we wanted, clean, very well equipped and peaceful but the outside space is the best weâve had anywhere. There is so much space for a small villa with lots of different seating areas and plenty of shade and the pool is the added bonus.
I can definitely recommend Casa Alessia and will certainly be looking to return again soon.
I donât have a single bad word to say, the property was outstanding and spotlessly clean. Communication with the owner (Nathalie) was easy and she was came back to my questions very quickly. The property is beautiful and the perfect location with everything available you could possibly need. Even the cleaner (Artemis) was wonderful, a very kind hearted and friendly lady who was brilliant. Weâve been to Paxos before and this is hands down the best villa weâve stayed in here (actually itâs the best villa weâve stayed in anywhere in the world). Thoroughly recommend this place and we definitely cannot wait to return.
Very comfortable bed that makes the world of difference. The outside space was just as beautiful, clean and comfortable as indoors. After two weeks here we really didnât want to leave.
Away from the main bustle and beautifully appointed. Gorgeous surroundings of olive trees and the birds, a short distance on foot to the local town with lovely bars and restaurants and 8mins in a car to other towns. No WiFi here which is a lovely bonus, forcing us to truly switch off.
Lovely week in Paxos, the villa was fantastic, clean and had everything and more that we needed for the week.
Would highly recommend and we canât wait to come back next year!
Its always great to find a property which matches your expectations - to find a 1 bed detached villa with pool and grounds is rare especially in Paxos. This was perfect for us - we know the area and saw it being built last year. The villa has a comfortable bed, compact shower room, kitchen and dining area + sitting room. Ther are plenty of cooking and eating utensils, crockery etc. We did not spend much time indoors apart from sleeping & ate and read under the olive trees instead. The villa sits in a good size plot and bounded by a quiet rural lane to the front and footpath to the rear. It is not totally secluded although the fence does a ggod job but further boundary planting would help this.
We like this part of Paxos as it gives access to plenty of different footpaths to Lakka & Loggos. A walk to Loggos is about 1 hour cross country. The local minimarket is about a 10 minute walk down the lane and has a good selection of beer, bread etc. All in all a great find.
Small but perfectly formed. Beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need and the bonus of a lovely little pool and pretty gardens. The perfect retreat.
In the centre of the island with excellent walking trails all around. An easy walk to a great Kafeneon, 4 restaurants (2 traditional, 2 more modern), an excellent bakery and a mini market with a good range of supplies.
A further stretch of the legs takes you to the upmarket Erimitis sunset bar and restaurant or to Fontana and two excellent tavernas.
It was important to us that we had a week of no driving and certainly this can be done if you have the energy to walk or are willing to use the local bus and taxis - however I would recommend a car to see this lovely island in all her glory.
Thoroughly recommended.
