Il est situé dans l'ancien Epidaure, maintenant appelé Cavtat, riche en histoire, zone de culture à visiter, grande possibilité de profiter de la nature en marchant, en faisant du jogging, du vélo, de l'escalade. Vous pouvez simplement vous asseoir sur votre balcon, ou encore mieux rester dans la piscine extérieure et en même temps profiter de la vue sur la mer et la vieille ville de Dubrovnik et être servi avec nos liqueurs locales faites maison !!!
Il est indépendant en raison de la proximité du marché d'épicerie (60 mètres) et de beaucoup de nos légumes en saison, mais nous essaierons d'organiser de bonnes possibilités de chambres d'hôtes pour nos clients.
L'emplacement de l'appartement est à seulement 20 min de Dubrovnik en voiture, 40 min en bateau. Marcher au centre de Cavtat 20 min et à la plage quelque chose de moins. Nous organiserons également pour vous une collecte moins chère de l'aéroport à l'appartement. Ici, vous pouvez louer une voiture pour quelques jours, ou juste une journée, pour faire un voyage dans les pays voisins comme le Monténégro

Special Occasion Stay

We stayed here to celebrate not only my wifes xxth birthday but our 25th wedding anniversary. From the day that we arrived Jadranka and her family could not have been more helpful and friendly. From picking us up from the waterfront to providing flowers, cake and home made liquers to help us celebrate. The food on site is excellent and recommended should you wish to avail yourself of this facility. One week is certainly not enough to do everything and Jadranka will help on the rare occasion that english is not spoken. All in all we can't wait to go back.

An Amazing First Visit

First time staying in cavtat. We usually do all inclusive and mass hotel however this year we decided to try something different. All I can is Wow. The apartment was perfect and clean where nothing was too much of a issue. Regular contact with owner with frequent towels and toilet roll changes and phone number being given too if there was anything needed on top. Smooth check in process where we were able to do this 3hrs early and she made sure the apartment was ready for us! She also let us check out s hour late ! Massive bonus ! Incredible views and everything we needed. Pool area was lovely and loved the gym option too. Big walk up the hill but we knew this and nothing the owners can do about that ! Just something to bear in mind. Good location overall. Over the road from a big supermarket and about 15mins into the harbour. We looked at other apartments and decided we loved being away from it and up on the hills for the views. Will certainly come again. If it wasn’t for us already planned next big years holiday elsewhere we would have booked it there and then Thank you !!

By far the best private apartment we have ever stayed in!

Absolutely fantastic stay from the very beginning! Jadranka met us at arrivals and took us on the short journey to the apartments, she let us know about Cavtat and where to go etc. As we arrived early our apartment wasn't quite ready but she brought us a nice coffee and chocolate by the pool while we waited for 10 minutes. We stayed in number 1 which is a two bed apartment, and it is stunning! It has two sets of double doors overlooking the pool, Mountains and the bay. Huge open plan lounge and kitchen diner, fully equipped with pans, plates, oven, hob and dishwasher. Two bedrooms, one en suite and a second bathroom for the second bedroom. The bed in the main bedroom is so comfy it made it hard to get up in the morning! 😀 Really good rain showers in both too. By far the best apartment we have stayed in and will return here, and Jadranka is lovely and always happy for you to message for any help! Yes there is a hill which is steep towards the end but we managed it even after a few beers and g&T's but failing that you can get a taxi up from town for 750kn if you can't face it! Supermarket over the main road just above apartments but is quite small but does have fresh meat and small bakery area and all the basics you would need, or there is a Pemo in town although we didn't go in so not sure if is better or not. Would return in a heartbeat here to both the apartment and Cavtat! Many thanks again Jadranka!

Wonderful!

Thank you Jadeanka & family for a wonderful stay at your apartment. You met us at the airport, spent time with us introducing us to the area & recommending places to see & things to do. We we’re lucky to be upgraded from the one bedroom apartment that we booked to a beautiful 2 bedroom recently refurbished one, which was out of this world! The views from the apartment are outstanding, and the sunsets breathtaking. We had a couple of days by the pool, which was clean & well maintained. The only downside is the very steep climb back to the apartment, but I’d like to think we’ve returned fitter & slightly offset our meals out & lovely Croatian wine!

Views make the holiday

Lovely place to stay. Property was clean and had everything needed for a great stay. Cavtat was gorgeous with great panoramic views from the balcony. Steep hill to walk back up after dinner but worth it for the views! Pool was perfect temperature in the heat and the owner was particularly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended and would definitely go back in a heartbeat.

Wundervoll

Beste Vermieterin!. Selbstgemachter Apfelstrudel mit Tee zum Empfang, selbstgemachte Kekse zum Abschied, zum Geburtstag ein super leichter leckerer kleiner Kuchen mit Rosen aus ihrem Garten. Gleich zur Begrüßung eine sehr ausführliche Einweisung (auf Deutsch) in alle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Anbindungen an Verkehrsmitteln, Geld tauschen usw. Ihre Tipps wahren sehr wertvoll und sparten uns einige Kunas, die wir dann wiederum gerne in Jadrankas eigener wundervollen Kenoba (Neueröffnung 2019) gelassen haben. Taxi stand uns jederzeit kostengünstig zur Verfügung, da Mann und Sohn selbst Taxi fahren. So war auch der Shuttle vom und zum Flughafen bestens organisiert. Nach einem Regenguss, der uns voll erwischt hat, hat Jadranka sich sofort um die nasse Kleidung gekümmert und kostenfrei getrocknet. Traumhaft war der wundervolle Ausblick aufs Meer, da das Apartmenthaus mit insgesamt 5 Ferienwohnungen an einem Berg gebaut ist. Kleiner Nachteil: Der steile Anstieg ganz besonders auf den letzten Metern. Für uns jedoch gar kein Problem, deshalb 5 Sterne. Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke, mit allem, was man zum Leben benötigt, tolle Restaurants, Strände, Wander- bzw. Spazierwege. Cavtat eine kleine verträumte Stadt mit Sehenswürdigkeiten und vielen schmalen Gassen und Hinterhöfen - Sehr sehenswert. Ein Ausflug nach Dubrovnik (besonders in die Altstadt) ist ein unbedingtes muss. Mit dem Boot oder dem Bus hervorragend, zuverlässig und unkompliziert erreichbar. Wir waren nur 4 Tage da, gefühlt eine Woche. So viel erlebt, gesehen und super entspannt. Montenegro und das Folklorefest in Cipli stehen bei der nächsten Reise auf dem Programm. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Jadranka und ihre ganze Familie sind sehr liebevolle, aufmerksame und fleißige Menschen. Wir bedanken uns für diesen wundervollen Kurzurlaub.

Beautiful small town on the coast with Crystal clear water.

Superb views over the bay towards Dubrovnik and the best hospitality you will get from any hotel. Adriana, the owner, could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Where else would you get first class tourist information together with free home made cakes and apple strudel. Only downside being the pool temperature very cold and the last ten minutes of the walk home up the hill, but if you don't walk up you don't get the spectacular view. Marvelous place to stay with excellent hospitality. I would gladly recommend this place to stay and hope to return someday.

Appartamento con vista mozzafiato

Appartamento dotato di tutti i confort ,piscina non troppo grande ma pulita con sdraio e ombrelloni a disposizione ,centro benessere dotato di attrezzi un po datati ma funzionanti. Vista mozzafiato sulla baia di cavtat, la proprietaria molto gentile e prodiga di informazioni più che discreto italiano. Consigliatissimo

Lovely, lovely place to stay!

This has to have been the most welcoming places to stay in the world (and we as a group of friends have been to many)! From the initial email to book, to the email to say we had arrived back in England safely, Jadranka and her family have been brilliant! As many of the other reviews on here say the airport pickup and drop off are done freely and with good will, as was the trip we took to the Cilipi folklore show on Palm Sunday (definately recommended to visitors to the region.) From the get go Jadranka was an incredible hostess, going out of her way to make sure that we were comfortable in our apartment and with our stay in general. We were looked after very well and felt that we could ask for anything and Jadranka would provide! The view from our apartement over the bay was spectacular - especially the many amazing sunsets we saw - beautiful. The supermarket was easy to get to as was the main town of Cavtat. The apartments are at the top of a hill, but Jadranka will come and get you if you can't face it! (Or you can see it as we did - a way to work off the yummy food available in Croatia!) The actual apartment was comfortable and there was plenty of room for the three of us. It has all your basic needs and we were regularly supplied with fresh, clean towels by Jadranka (sometimes with delicious homemade cake too!) The team have worked really hard to provide for all the needs of their guests and to think about what extra they can do. We were able to try out the newly installed sauna (very relaxing) and have a go on the new gym equipment they have added in (again - great excuse for eating more!) All in all this was a superb place to stay to explore the area (Dubrovnik old city is beautiful, Elafiti islands tour was a great day out and the folklore show at Cilipi a great experience) but also to relax and chill out. We are already planning when we can come back and see Jadranka again! Lucie, Clare and Philippa

Have a holiday to remember

From our greeting at the airport to the farewells on departure there was nothing that was too much trouble for our Host and her family team. We had a wonderful holiday with fantastic hospitality, a very clean and comfortable apartment,with good facilities, fabulous views and sunsets. Perfect!

prima locatie

Zeer vriendelijke, gastvrije eigenaresse. Appartement (nr. 5) met prachtig uitzicht op zee en zonsondergangen. Schoon en goed onderhouden - alleen de keuken is wat primitief. Prima uitgangspunt voor uitstapjes. Cavtat zelf is ook mooi. De restaurants daar vonden wij tegenvallen (Leut zijn we niet geweest: duur en erg opgeklopt). Auto is niet echt nodig, maar wel handig. Zwembad is niet erg groot (meer voor kinderen), maar ook vanaf daar en schitterend uitzicht vanaf je ligstoel. Een ligstoel aan zee huren in Cavtat kan ook. Dubrovnik is geweldig. (Kun je ook met de boot vanaf Cavtat naar toe). Kan het zondermeer van harte aanbevelen!

Beautiful view

Cavtat makes a great base for exploring Dubrovnik, and these apartments are close to the main road to the airport and Montenegro border. The location is quiet and peaceful and the view from these apartments over the bay is fantastic. The owner is very warm and hospital, and could not have made us more welcome. The studio apartment was simple and clean. There is a supermarket close by. One warning - it is a steep climb from Catvat seafront, so only for the fit.

A warm welcome in Dalmatia

What lifts these apartments above virtually everywhere else we've stayed is the friendliness and helpfulness of the owners. From the moment we were picked up at the airport (for free) by Jadranka it was like being with friends. Our appartment was clean and well equiped, and though not facing the sea had a balcony with a pleasant view. There is a 10-15 min walk to the town & beaches, and the last part of the walk back is steep, but the owners offered to pick guests up so a quick phonecall would avoid this. Cavtat is a pretty resort wih plenty of restaurants/bars. There is a minimarket less than 100 metres from the appartments. Highly recommended - go, enjoy!
