La villa est entièrement meublée, enregistrée dans un logement local, entièrement équipée, y compris les draps et serviettes, air conditionné dans toutes les chambres, machine à laver avec sèche-linge et vaisselle, avec 1 chambre double, 2 chambres doubles, 2 salles de bains avec baignoire et 1 douche, et cuisine américaine. La grande terrasse de 50 m2 est surface couverte pour manger et grill et offre une vue magnifique sur le terrain de golf. Jardin avec usage exclusif de 250m2 et avec une intimité totale, avec accès direct à la piscine communale. Parking. Situé dans SOLAR GOLF condo, à côté du parcours de golf Pinhal, à 800 m de la plage de Falésia et à 10 minutes de la Marina, à proximité des restaurants et des supermarchés. A very relaxing stay

A beautiful holiday home in a very peaceful part of Villamoura. We loved having the pool just at the end of the garden, as well as the huge roof terrace for barbecues, with lovely views across the golf course. We didnt want to leave, and hope to come again!

It is an excellent apartment in a perfect position, we originally booked to travel in 2020 but obviously couldn’t. I have been in contact with Sarah, the owner, since and she has been very helpful sorting out the change of dates for us. We are looking forward to returning.

O alojamento perfeito para uma estadia

O alojamento está extremamente equipado, todas as divisões estão totalmente preparadas para qualquer eventualidade! Está decorado com gosto e é extremamente confortável. A zona onde se localiza é extremamente tranquila, e até à piscina é uma distância de 5 metros, no máximo. O quintal é super agradável e o terraço também. A comunicação com a Sara foi sempre fácil e disponível. Recomendo o alojamento a quem queira passar uns dias de descanso a sul!

Muito bom apartamento, numa localização excelente. Só não foi perfeito, porque estivemos a semana toda sem comando do portão e só com uma sanita a partir de quinta feira até Domingo pois o tanque de uma sanita avariou. Espero repetir

Férias em família

A casa encontra-se numa localização excelente, está completamente equipada e tem uma decoração muito bonita. O jardim é ideal para as crianças brincarem e os adultos descansarem ou simplesmente ouvir música e ler um bom livro. A casa e toda a área circundante estão sempre limpas e a relva cortada. A proximidade com a piscina permite dar um mergulho e regressar ao jardim privado da casa para apanhar banhos de sol. A simpatia e disponibilidade da Sara Lopes, sem igual. Sem dúvida a regressar.

Great apartment

Just had a wonderful week here. Communication with Sara was fantastic, and she was super helpful. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The garden and pool area also fabulous. Would definitely stay again!

Great holiday spent here. House was very clean, well located close to restaurants and bars in the quaint old town. Would definitely come back. Sara was great to deal with too. 👍

503 Solar de Golfe

Excellent location opposite the Old Village but set in private attractive gardens with lovely pool area and no 503 probably occupying the best of positions with its own safe private garden , great for sun worshipping and kiddies play. Accommodation 3 bed 2 Bathrooms and spacious ideal as a family stay . Sara the owner really helpful

Easter Break

Have just spent a week at Sara's house with two teenage boys. The house is very spacious and well equipped with plenty of private outside space including a lovely roof terrace where we could even see some golf. The pool is also just outside although a little cold for us at this time of year. The house is in a perfect position for the Old Village and Pinhal golf course and also convenient for a walk down to the Marina to enjoy the restaurants there too. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect family Villa

We stayed in this Villa for 1 week 09/2018 as an extended adult family of 6 plus 1 infant (Mum,Dad, 2 x Daughters & Son & Son-in-law so two families) . It had everything we needed 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms which gave everyone the pricacy required. Sky TV perfect for sports mad son, great wifi , travel Cot & highchair for infant. Loungers at villas and loungers also available at the pool. We didnt require any other items during our stay as everything was already there - Just get the food and cook in or eat out in the varied Old Village restaurants or a 15 minute walk to the Marina for more choices. All in all a fabulous location - privacy in your own garden and then walk 20 meters to the shared pool , which was nearly always empty could be the time of the year but not so sure. Sara was very informative and gave us great instructions on all we had to do for access & leaving. All in all just great - Will be contacting Sara soon to book again :-) Many Thanks Stephen & Hazel & families

Amazing villa with large private garden set in well maintained gardens

Ideal for family holiday with 3 good size bedrooms & 2 bathrooms , spacious living & patio area. Villa very clean and well furnished. Also a large sun terrace perfect for BBQ and family dining . Garden well equipped with sun loungers . Everything you need for a perfect holiday. Sara was very helpful in providing extras i.e travel cot, high chair etc. Sara always responded quickly to e.mails and we would definitely recommend this villa

Amazing location

The 3 bedroom apartment was set in a very pretty, small complex. The gardens are kept immaculate. The best part of the apartment for us was the location with in the complex. The garden leads directly to the pool so everything was so easy and convenient which is what you need with 4 children in tow! We cooked and ate in a few nights and sat on the lovely roof Terrance over looking the pool and gardens. On the remaining nights we ate out in the old village which is just across the road from the apartments. We only ventured down to the marina and beach twice once we walked which took us about 30 mins and once we got the land train which the kids thought was great. We also had a day at Zoomarine which I would highly recommend. Hiring a car might have been useful however the people carriers were very expensive so Sara (the owner) organised a taxi for us from the airport and we used the same company a few times while we were away. Inside the apartment the bedrooms and the living space was really lovely, the kitchen was really well equipped and the whole apartment was very clean. If I had to pick at something I think the bathrooms would benefit from some modernisation. However I think the price for the apartments was excellent. Nearby the small supermarket (2 mins walk) was expensive but well stocked for its size, spar is about a 20 min walk away but it didn’t seem the effort. There are about 3 or 4 restaurants in the old town which are a couple of mins walk. I would highly recommend this apartment if you would like a relaxing holiday with children I would have loved to stay longer than a week. Thanks Sara.

Delightful little hideaway

I recently stayed at this property with my 2 children (4, 6) and Mum. This villa provided everything you could require and well equipped for our needs. It has a lovely terrace where you can BBQ and eat looking at the wonderful views of the next door golf course. I also liked the fact that it was a gated, private community and felt that it was very safe for the children. I would recommend anyone staying here to hire a car as it's a bit of a walk for small legs :-) to the marina and downtown Quarteira and the beaches. It is worth driving to the nearby Pingo Doce, Continente or Lidl for supplies as the old village supermarket/bakery are extremely expensive. The restaurants in the Old Village are also more expensive than the local eateries in Quarteira. We hope to stay here again next year.

Logement très agréable

Logement très confortable et bien équipé. Beau jardin qui invite au farniente. Résidence très agréable, et bien entretenue. Nous n'avons pas profité de la piscine, il ne faisait pas suffisamment chaud à notre goût ... Nous avons apprécié le calme, et l'environnement. Très bonne adresse et bien placée pour visiter la région. Merci à Sara pour les informations fournies et sa réactivité !

Appartement très agréable

Appartement vaste, bien équipé, avec un super jardin privatif idéal avec nos enfants en bas âge. Belle residence bien entretenue et super piscine. Suggestion : ajouter un portail entre le jardin privatif et l'espace piscine pour plus de sécurité ( nous avons bricolé une barrière avec les chaises longues !).. Environnement vert et très beau au milieu du golf. Par contre la residence est assez éloignée des commerces et encore plus de la plage (20-25 minutes à pied). Étant hors saison et pas fanatiques de la plage cela ne nous a pas gêné.

Magnifique !

Une véritable villa d'un confort exceptionnel. Encore plus beau que sur les photos ! Ensemble résidentiel magnifiquement entretenu et fleuri. Superbe piscine. La station de Vilamoura est parfaite pour un séjour réussi autant pour les loisirs que pour le sport ou le farniente. Une mention spéciale pour notre hôte, Sara, que nous n'avons pas eu le plaisir de rencontrer, mais qui a toujours su répondre à toutes nos demandes dans les plus brefs délais. Nous reviendrons sûrement, et nous conseillons sans réserve cette superbe location. Gerard

Lovely villa with lots of space

We had an amazing holiday, villa was very spacious, everything there we could possibly need. Gorgeous terrace with BBQ area. Nice communal pool. Few local bars and restaurants and a convenience store. A good 25 minute walk to the marina or €5 in a cab. Would definitely recommend and Sara was very helpful. Thank you for a fab holiday x

Lovely house

The house was as described and we loved the terrace on the roof. The garden was very well maintained and the grass was more like a golf putting green than a lawn. The area was very peaceful and sometimes would have the pool to ourselves. The owner was extremely helpful at all stages of the process. I would recommend this apartment if you are in the area as you will not be disappointed.

Great Apartment

Just returned from a 2 week stay and loved every minute. The apartment is spacious even for 6 people and is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. We arrived earlier than expected and the apartment was ready which we really appreciated. The location is excellent, just across the road from The Old Village which has a supermarket and several restaurants which are all good value. We usually walked into the marina area in the evening which takes about 20 minutes or a taxi only costs about 4-5 Euro.We enjoyed the BBQ on the roof terrace which has great views over the Pinhal Golf Course and the pool area. The only thing the apartment lacked was a safe. Would I return? Definitely

Clean, comfortable and tastefully decirated with thoughtful amenities.

Property is located in a nice gated area with private yard and a wonderful pool. Sara made the process bery easy. Highly recommend this property. Altough there is a small town center with several cute restaurants, you do need a car to fully take advantage of Vilamoura.

Beautiful

The apartment location is excellent , very large garden and roof terrace , garden leads directly to the beautiful pool area which is so lovely and peaceful even in the middle of August. Apartment is spacious and the bedrooms and lounge are decorated to a high standard. Clean on arrival and so many towels only slight drawback is the lack of a washing machine and mirrors in bedrooms, but such minor points in an otherwise perfect stay . Located opposite The Old Village and a 20-25 minute walk to the Marina. The owner is so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We ate all but one night in the Marina, The Mayflower and Fairways our favourites, the standard of food was excellent . We ate at the Old Village once but were shocked by dreadful service and attitude of staff so did not visit again. I would highly recommend this stunning apartment and complex and the owner !! Thank you for letting us stay ! ( no good if you like rowdy English resorts which is why we loved it )
