PROFITEZ DE VUES PANORAMIQUES DU PONT EN ÉCRAN. (Pas de mouches ou mesquitos). De nombreuses unités n'ont pas de ponts filtrés. Couchers de soleil avec un verre de vin ou de café du matin. Quelle meilleure façon de commencer une journée ou de terminer une soirée. PAS DE PAS. 10% de réduction sur la location à la semaine. Condo a été totalement rénové au printemps 2017. Nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, grand réfrigérateur à porte française, plancher sur toute la surface, vanités de bain, tabourets, éclairage, meubles Canapé et causeuse en cuir. 4 écrans plats (petite salle configurée pour Netflix). Master suite a lit king, 2ème chambre a la Reine et TWIN lits, 3ème chambre a une reine aussi. Le maître se dirige vers le pont. NOUVEAU HVAC. Gril électrique (ne jamais avoir à s'inquiéter de manquer de propane). Le LEDGES est un endroit hautement souhaitable pour rester et famille amicale. 5-10 minutes à l'endroit où vous voulez aller. Restaurants, golf, parc aquatique, centre commercial, mini-golf, pistes de chariot, Miner Mikes et The Landing. Ledges a une plage pour les enfants avec piscine à proximité, plus une 2ème piscine sur le point. La piscine point ou la terrasse projetée du condo offrent des vues panoramiques sur le coucher de soleil. Matelas à gonfler très confortable pour 8 et 9 personnes. 10x30 BATEAU SLIP disponible pour 20 $ / nuit. PAS D'ANIMAUX OU FUMEUR À L'INTÉRIEUR OU SUR LE PONT S'IL VOUS PLAÎT. Peut fumer à l'avant. Lits super confortables et belle literie. J'ai essayé de penser à tout pour votre confort. Même avoir une chaise haute pour les bébés. Situé sur le marqueur 21. 5 mile. Great location. Unfortunately we had some rainy days, but the boardgames provided kept us entertained while at the condo. The pools on site were perfect even with a few sprinkles.

Glad you enjoyed yourself despite the rain. There is a YMCA just 5-10 min away. They have an indoor pool and pickle ball and other things to do. Can get a day pass. Hope you return to the lake.

Wonderful Girls weekend

We had a great weekend at the Lake for our annual girls weekend, well except for the snow storm that some of us drove back in on Sunday. The condo was very nice and accommodated the 7 of us very comfortably. We have stayed at many condos over the years and this is one of our favorites. We will be back!!!

Thanks for staying. Yesterday I added a Smart TV to the 3rd bedroom and put a ceiling fan in there. Now everyone children included can watch their favorite Netflix, Roku or Amazon shows. I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay. Please come back again soon.

Fantastic

This was our second time at Cheryl's place. We love it. You want for nothing. The beds are great- we love the linens- the decor is is spot on. We used the blow up mattress this visit, and we are now purchasing one for our guests. In our minds, this is our twice a year vacation home! The place is great, cheryl is very attentive; I would recommend this home to anyone, great for family or a group of friends!

Stephanie, Thank you for such a nice review. I want to make everyone feel at home. I added a fan in the 3rd bedroom as well as a Smart TV so the kiddos can now watch their Netflix shows while parents can enjoy being in the living room and outdoor area. I've had several comments about the blow up mattress being comfy. Being automatic is a real plus as well. Hope to see you back again soon.

Beautiful condo

We loved our stay at Cheryl’s place. Everything was clean and modern. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. Check in was easy. It was not necessary to go to an office, just needed the passcode which was very convenient. For future guests, there is a coffee maker as well as a Keurig so you can bring your own K cups. The location is great! We went mini golfing one day and visited the Bridal caves along with the Ha Ha Tonka Park another. We look forward to staying again.

Nice Place for Family Vacation

We were very happy with this property, and we plan on returning to the same place next year for our family vacation in the Ozarks. The photos in Homeaway were accurate, and it has been nicely remodeled. The entry to the property was easy as it’s level with the parking spaces. Sometimes we had a hard time getting a space right in front of the condo, but it was a busy vacation week. Google Maps led us (and our visitors) accurately into the Ledges complex. We did have problems when we arrived with the keypad on the front door, but Cheryl was able to walk us through via cell phone. The kitchen was set up and furnished well for family meals, snacks, and such. We did have to get a couple nicer skillets/pans from Walmart, as the ones there weren’t in good shape. Living room was comfortable, TV worked well (with cable), and WiFi worked most of the time (needed a couple reboots over the week). Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for family of five with three young adult / teenage kids. Master bedroom is big, but the king size bed is very firm (too firm for us). The large screened-in deck was perfect, and we spent a lot of time in the mornings and evenings there. No bugs. Electric grill worked surprisingly well. Rolled shades stopped the afternoon/evening sun, but still allowed the breeze to come thru. We used the boat slip for a couple of days with a rental pontoon and Waverunner from nearby Agua Toys (basically in the same cove). Plenty of ducks, turtles, and small fish around the dock and beach to keep you interested. We used the beach, but not the pools much. The recent bad weather had left a bunch of floating debris (sticks, wood) in the lake and at the beach, but this cleared up after a couple of days. We hope to stay here again.

Thank you Richard for the nice review. I will check out the pan situation and see if I can improve it. I recently added a large crock pot to the kitchen. There was nothing wrong with the keypad. The maintenance men went in to check something for me and locked the deadbolt on the door. They were not supposed to do this. I left strict instructions with the office after this happened to you. The key pad is the only lock necessary when entering or exiting the condo. Glad to have you back again.

Great location, very clean

We stayed at Cheryl’s condo with another family and it fit us all very comfortably. Everything was very clean. Condo had everything we needed for our stay. The boat slip could be seen from the screened in porch, which was a bonus for us. Location was great. Close to Dog days, shorty pants and Redhead. Cheryl was great at answering all of my questions in a timely manner. We highly recommend staying here.

Great Stay!

We enjoyed our 5 day stay. Great location and beautiful sunsets at night. Condo was nicely decorated and very clean, we really enjoyed the screened in porch! Weekend traffic picked up along with noise from neighbors, but overall great stay!

I'm a real estate agent. I've been doing it for 49 years. I also rehab homes with my boyfriend and we take pride in our work. I purchased this home in 2016 and felt it needed a facelift. So in 2017, I rehabbed it from top to bottom including new furniture. I hope you enjoy staying here and will come back again. I have two sons and daughter-in-laws along with 4 grandchildren. They love to boat and swim and fish. My photo is shown at Shawnee Bluff Winery a few years ago with all my family.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I always thought of owning a home at the lake. I have two sons and their families and thought they would enjoy coming to the lake as well. With their busy schedules, we aren't able to use it as much as we'd like so I decided to rent it out. Coming to the lake with my friends and family members is so relaxing. There are so many things to do. Seven Springs Winery or Shawnee Bluff Winery are lovely places to listen to music and visit with your friends. Shawnee Bluff also has a pool for the kids. Making memories with the grandkids is something you will never forget. My grandchildren love going to Pirate's Cove Mini-Golf (5 min), go carts and Miner Mike's Video Arcade (10 min) on those rainy days. There are also Jolly Mon indoor water park at Margaritaville and Big Surf within a 7 min drive. There are many golf courses in the area and a YMCA close by as well. The local Main Street Music Hall is about 5 min away and Ozarks amphitheater with country singers. ENJOY!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

I loved this place when I found it as the view is fabulous. I wanted a screened porch to keep the pests out and it was important to me to have NO steps. Plus bringing all your things from the car to the condo is literally 10 feet from the parking lot. All children love the beach and mine are no exception. There is also playground equipment and a nice pool. In addition, there's another pool on the point with main channel view. The association keeps the subdivision clean and in good repair .
