Delightful Chalet and Host for Humans and Doggies alike!
Enjoyed a lovely week at Irene's chalet with my mum, aunt, uncle, Shih Tzu and Springador. Irene is the consummate host, as we soon discovered we had brought many items we didn't need; she is very Detail orientated and her guests every need is considered. The Springador had a fabulous time on bunny watch while the Shih Tzu enjoyed a walk along the beach in her doggy backpack. Irene provides a lot of information about local activities, including many that were dog friendly and we had a better stay than last year in a different chalet because of it. Highly recommended and we certainly plan to stay again!
The chalet fantastic for anybody looking for the perfect dog friendly beach holiday.
The wide expanse of the dog friendly beach Is just a Stones throw away.
Their Is a outdoor decking area with private enclosed grass garden with eating area and BBQ.
There Is a shop, Chippy, Cafe and amusement arcade on site.
The main Hub of Bridlington Is approx 1 mile down the beach.
There Is a outside hose which Is handy for washing all the sand off your pooch.
Once you have been here I am sure you will return.

I came here first with a superhost voucher from Airbnb, so we chose a chalet for doggy holidays. I then came for two years running for doggy holidays and then I found the one I wanted as I rent out my own house to visiting theatre productions and needed somewhere to stay when they came. Unfortunately within 3 months of buying the chalet Covid 19 hit and the park closed down aswell as the theatre, so a double whammy! I would like to rent it out to pay ground rent fees, but it is also a place for my ageing dog who has no steps to climb and only 150 metres from the beach. Woof! Woof! to doggy holidays!
You will love to sit on the patio and laze away the south facing sunny days overlooking a farmer's field watching bunny rabbits hop by and swifts flying overhead in unison swooping in and out of the field. It truly is a place of rest and peace. No one passing by in front of your view, except in the distance, across the field dog walkers, bicycles and horse riders. Sit back and enjoy the ride! Lots of dog walks and only 150 metres from the all year round award winning dog friendly beach. Left to Bridlington, right to Fraisthorpe beaches. Lots to do in the surrounding areas, a great base for exploring Flamborough, Whitby, Scarborough, Beverley, York & North Yorkshire National Park.
