Grande maison située à Creek Estates située sur un terrain de plus d'un demi-acre. Le plan d'étage ouvert et la grande cuisine rendent cette maison parfaite pour se divertir! La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit, des fours doubles et une plaque de cuisson au gaz. La suite principale est vaste avec une grande salle de bain principale, qui comprend une douche à vapeur et une grande baignoire de jardin. A l'étage, il y a 2 chambres, une salle bonus et une salle de bain complète. Profitez de grillades sur le vaste pont arrière donnant sur la forêt maritime ou savourez votre tasse de café du matin ou votre verre de vin du soir sur le porche de l'écran. Comprend deux voiturettes de golf à 4 passes! L'adhésion au BHI Club Golf est disponible pour un achat séparé et peut être réservée avant votre arrivée.

Great house

Lots of room to socialize and eat together with the family (14). Deck overlooked maritime forest. Well maintained.

We love bald head island!

Property rental company was wonderful. The house has basic furnishings but it’s clearly a rental. Comfortable beds, poor lighting and not a lot of charm. I would rent here again if i did not have other options. Convenient location near the market.

Great location, needs some work

We love Bald Head, one of our favorite places to vacation. We have stayed at other properties on the island and always enjoyed ourselves. We needed a larger house this time as we had more family coming with us. This house is in a great location, very convenient to everything, large spaces, the house is well laid out and very functional. But some of the furniture was stained, some of the furniture was broken and the house overall felt quite well worn and in need of some TLC. But it was priced as a good value.

Nice place

One golf cart was really slow. The other one was fast. Bikes in garage not advertised. Laundry detergent and trash bags were provided. Very fast response time if we needed anything. Very good service.

Great Place

Great Place for a family of 5. It needed a little maintenance after the hurricane. There had been a flood in front of the washing machine and no one came to dry out the carpet even though I called multiple times. It started to smell after a while. Also porches were full of debris. Positives - It was nicely decorated and spacious. We had plenty of room. Overall- I would recommend the house. Golf carts were great.

HI, We did send maintenance by who didn't find anything wrong with the washing machine and we cleaned up the carpet the best we could and never received a phone call about this after we left. We would have been happy to send the cleaning crew back to handle the carpet and the porches if we had known. We take great pride in our homes and are on the island full time if you ever need anything. We hope you will come back and stay with us again.Thanks, Bald Head Island Services

Beautiful but needs some handiwork

The home is spacious, great location, and beautifully decorated. There were issues with palmetto bugs inside, which is likely to be a challenge given its wooded location.. The golf carts were functional but with limitations- one could not gain full speed and one would loose power and speed when the lights were on. The gas range had knobs that were stuck or unable to be lit without a manual fire starter. Other than these issues, we had an enjoyable stay. Not related to this property but to the island in general is the unpredictable ferry service. We had delays between 45 minutes to an hour trying to get on and off the island.

Avoid Bald head properties managed by this group , they clearly do not check on properties ever !

We usually do not leave negative reviews as I understand the impact this can have , however this situation warrants a review. For a property management group who prides themselves on “ being on the island “ they clearly in our opinion have not set foot in this propriety within a year and if they have it makes the situation even worse. This house is so misrepresented it’s appalling. My wife would barely use the shower it was in such gross condition. There were dead bugs all over the floor upon our arrival , the “ cleaning “ that takes place is clearly nothing more than putting the sheets they ask you to wash upon departure on the bed. Light switches were caked with what appeared to be blood but hopefully bbq sauce at best, we have pictures of everything and shared with the management group. They did ask why we didn’t let them know, however when you only have 2 nights and one day the last item you want to deal with is something you should never of had to deal with in the first place while wasting your one full day, especially given we wasted an hour dealing with a golf cart flat tire after being on the island for 45 minutes, I will get to this later.The cleanliness is just the tip of the iceberg, both golf carts were in such bad shape only one was useable , this golf cart blew a tire in the first hour we used it , after looking at the tire I cannot believe from a liability perspective they allowed this golf cart to be used by renters. The tire was completely bald and clearly not been inspected by anyone in who knows how long , had this blown at full speed with our child onboard I can only imagine the repercussions. Carpets are stained so badly we had to wear sandals ,the wood flooring has holes completely thru it near doors, the porch railing will create a lawsuit at some point down the road if anyone leans against it. The deterioration of this house inside and out is insane, again this company has clearly in my opinion not stepped foot into this property in years and again if they have it’s even worse. It’s either willful negligence or pure negligence, when I shared the pictures they agreed it was “ below their standards “, their solution on the $1200 + fee we paid was to give us 15% back which is honestly laughable. I gave them the opportunity to do the right thing but their attitude has left me no choice but to alert future renters of this property and what I can’t only assume would be their attitude towards other properties. Avoid !!!

We are disappointed to hear this review as we did not hear of any of these issues until after your departure nor did we ever have the opportunity to help make your stay more comfortable. The golf carts are on a monthly service program and have never been deemed unsafe. Flat tires are just apart of happenings when driving them. We handled the flat tire within 30 minutes after your call which was answered immediately. We allowed your family to early check in at 1PM and we received your email on the day of your departure about these issues. We are on island 24/7 and have an emergency staff that could have come over to handle anything immediately. We were threatened with a negative review and you have also put in a claim with your credit card to get all of your money back for your stay. We had no opportunity to make this right on our end. We have been in business for over 10 years with a great following for our services. We would have loved the chance to help make your stay a great one.

Wonderful Stay on Bald Head

This is a beautiful property and feels much larger than it is due to the spacious high ceilings and beautiful windows. The house was clean on arrival and we were contacted to make sure we didn’t have any issues checking in. Plenty of space for all in our family and for another small family that came to stay for part of it. The owners were amazing and allowed us to hang out later when we couldn’t get a return ferry out until later the morning of check in after a busy holiday weekend. We also loved the new restaurant on the island, I think it’s called jailhouse provisions. One of the golf carts loses the charge quickly but we let the owner know on check out and I’m sure it will be resolved. Very well priced for the size. Will stay in this house again without a doubt!

Just okay

We were very happy with Bald Head Island Services but the house itself is just okay. It needs some TLC - including shades and new shower heads in master bathroom, some of the mattress pad covers and pillows need to be replaced, and a new charger or battery for one golf carts (stranded twice). Otherwise, it is in a good location, has an open floor plan and comfy couches!

Nice house, cool architecture

Great house centrally located on BHI. 4 bedrooms was perfect for our group of 7. Rental agency was responsive when we had a flat tire on our golf cart, fixed within hours. Large open family room and s separate living room were perfect. The open fireplace connecting the bedroom to the family room is a bit unfortunate from a privacy standpoint, they could add a cover or curtain at least. But overall great place!

Overall the house was wonderful. It was amazing space for our group. The check in process was super easy! Loved the two living room spaces with the open floor concept. The screened in porch and deck were great outdoor relaxing spaces. There are a few places where improvements could be made for future renters. For example, Large mold/mildew stain on the ceiling in the master bedroom, large stain on carpet near laundry, more mold/mildew stains in bedroom without windows. With any rain the garage floods. If these improvements are made then this house is a home run rental.

Home Away From Home

House was beautiful! Absolutely stunning!! Only disappointment..the living room furniture appeared to be covered in dog hair. My kids clothes got covered in the first 15 mins of our stay. I would just suggest ensuring the furniture gets well vacuumed between guests. Other than that everything was as promised. The family really enjoyed the trip and property as a whole. The deck was a huge hit for everyone and the kids really loved the large chalk board in the foyer. Definitely a great place to stay when visiting Bald Head.

Nice property - needs a few tweaks

We love BHI and this house is is beautiful. The location is also great with quick access to the market, the marina, and the beach. A couple of tweaks would make it 5 stars - the largest being the beds. They are very, very old - and uncomfortable. It’s tough to enjoy a beautiful home if you can’t get a good night sleep. I can sleep on anything - but these beds did me in. The kitchen could use a few more basics and the golf carts are a bit aged but both of those are typical of a beach rental on BHI. Fix the beds and this property is outstanding.

Everything Was As Listed in the Description

This worked well for two couples and several young kids. There were enough rooms to accommodate sleeping and napping arrangements for several toddlers. But there was also enough open space for the kids to play, without any ornate items that could be broken. The back porch was nice for letting them play outdoors too. Overall, a good experience for bringing young kids along.

Not able to use porch—mold and dirt!! Mold smell in master shower. Master bed had very ill fitting sheets. No closet in master bedroom. Mold all over golf cart. TV in living room did not work . Agent told me to call Spectrum to fix it ??? Will never rent from this company again.

I am sorry you did not have a good experience. We would have been happy to have addressed the complaints. We never heard any complaints except for the tv. We did come over right after your call around 6pm. There was nothing we could do that night after trying. We suggested you calling Spectrum and you said that was okay. If we had known it would have been a problem we would have tried another solution. There is a huge master closet. I am not sure why this comment was made? I have addressed the other concerns.

Beautiful Large home

This home is beautiful and the kitchen was like something out of one of my dreams :) The kids loved having their own rooms. We loved having all the space. The master bathroom was so relaxing. loved the double head shower and steamer in there. I could soak in that garden tub for hours :) The only thing we were disappointed about was that the King size bed in the master was not an actual king, it was two twins together and squeaked bad. so we put it on the floor and slept like that. Other than that it was an amazing trip. We cant wait for next summer. it will be our 5th time back to BHI.
