The nearest town is Lostwithiel and known as the antiques capital of Cornwall. Here you will find some super Cornish pubs, quality eateries and independent shops for your added convenience. The larger town of St Austell is less than half an hours drive away and boasts a selection of supermarkets, cinema complex, ten pin bowling and leisure centre.Elsewhere, the nearby village of Lerryn offers some lovely river walks and the towns of Lostwithiel and Fowey are a fifteen minute and half hour drive respectively although Fowey can be reached in ten minutes if using the car and foot passenger ferry at Bodninnick. Looe and Polperro with their super beaches are both twenty minutes by car. Stay - The Accommodation...Carpenters Cabin is easily accessed with just one step up into the accommodation from the side door or via a gentle slope up onto a decked area to the front outward opening French doors.Inside the modern open plan living, dining and kitchen area provides a light and bright space in which to unwind with separate double bedroom with king size bed and ensuite shower room WC.The stylish accommodation is set out across one level and has the loveliest views out of its numerous windows.Superbly insulated, the cabin is beautifully warm and cosy although supplementary electric radiator heating is also provided if required.Outside there is parking for up to two cars (including an undercover space). The large garden belonging to the cabin and owners neighbouring cottage (cottage not occupied when the cabin is booked) provides ample outdoor space for rest and relaxation and is the perfect place to watch a Cornish sunset or two. Don't forget...- This property welcomes 2 dogs of any size. Dogs must be supervised when outside due to livestock in neighbouring fields.- A returnable security deposit of £150 is required.- Can be let in conjunction with 773 Quintole Cottage, please contact the office for further information.

Having booked your holiday the Agent Cornish Traditional Cottages will process and confirm your booking, the travel directions and arrival information will be sent to you. The travel directions will provide you with the details of the owner / housekeeper and instruction on who to contact a few days before your holiday to make the key arrangements. You will also be given the details of your point of contact should you have any questions or issues whilst on holiday.
