Regarding the kitchen provisions, while we aim to equip our units with essential cookware and clean linens, we do not provide consumable items such as sugar, salt, pepper, or tea bags. We are so sorry for the hot water going bad during your stay. Unfortunately, these things do happen in vacation rentals, just as they do at home, but we are so glad we were able to get this resolved ASAP for you. We know the frustrations this causes regardless, and sincerely regret that things were not perfect for you as a result. Please know - all one bedrooms are the exact same size in Ariel Dunes I or II. Main storage is designed for owner usage and located outside of the condo - so only standard indoor storage is available for guests using the unit - although since everything is provided in the units for you - typically guests do not need extensive storage space for large items - as there is the master closet, linen closet, hallway closet, pantry and cupboards. This said, in the future if you have large items that you want to keep inside of your rented condo - we would recommend selecting a larger unit in the future. -The Seascape-Resort Team
