Cette maison de 3200 pieds carrés magnifiquement décorée a un grand plan d'étage ouvert et se trouve sur un canal avec un quai de bateau privé. Briques et mortier Profitez de votre café du matin dans un solarium toutes saisons entièrement équipé de la climatisation pour les journées d'été plus chaudes. Avec 2 suites parentales et 3 chambres supplémentaires, il est parfait pour les familles élargies et les vacances à deux familles. Les enfants adoreront la chambre avec lits superposés, équipée de jeux de baby-foot et Playstation 3. Nous avons même une table de ping-pong pour les tournois familiaux. Situé dans la communauté de Cape Windsor, votre famille pourra profiter d'une piscine et d'une aire de jeux surveillées. La maison fournit des draps et des serviettes de maison, vous n'avez donc qu'à apporter vos serviettes de plage préférées.

Ocean City Fun with a side of Peace, Quiet and Tranquility

Very well maintained with a ton of extras from bikes to beach chairs and games and movies for those family fun nights! All on a beautiful and quiet waterfront dock.

Fabulous home for a girls' getaway! The house was beautiful and spotlessly clean; spacious and cozy. The outdoor deck was perfect for relaxing by the water. Kate was awesome and answered questions before & during our stay. An ideal place for a group of friends to reconnect 💝

Beautiful Home and tastefuly decorated. Great furnishings!

We arrived and it was exactly as pictured on the web page. The beds were very comfortable and the view is wonderful. I went with 4 ladies for a golf outing and we enjoyed every minute of it. We even crabbed off the pier (caught a dozen crabs). I would highly recommend this property. The owners are very nice and easy to work with.

Beautiful property! Great location!

This property is absolutely perfect! House is beautiful! Owners were accommodating, friendly and helpful! Great location to the beach and bay! The home was well stocked and clean. There are beach supplies and bikes to use. Loved the ping pong table and kids room. Garage fridge was handy. Definitely will rent again!

Good stay during the fall

We had a great time in this house! There were so many activities to do. The house itself was clean and beautiful. We appreciate how the house was well stocked with plates and utensils to accommodate a larger family. This home was a great place to relax and to get a change of scenery. Bayside escape!

We really enjoyed our stay! Traveled with my parents and our two toddlers. The house was very clean. The garage was full of beach items, bicycles, and ping pong table. The community pool was a bonus! The master bedroom upstairs was a treat. Beautiful views of the water from multiple areas in the home. Owner so easy to talk with. We will definately look into renting again here in the future!

We loved this home!

Thank you to our host and hostess for sharing their beautiful home with our family of 12! It is immaculate, spacious and just the right location...away from the hustle and bustle of Ocean City but still close enough if that’s your thing. You literally need only bring your food, beverages (the extra fridge in the garage was a blessing) luggage and beach towels, everything else is there. We highly recommend this property, and appreciated the great communication. Thank you!

Amazing location, amazing home.

We really enjoyed so much about this property! To start, it comfortably housed our family of 11, and had so many great amenities. The dock was a great space to gather, and there are kayaks, fishing gear and a paddleboard. Beautiful home inside and out, the kitchen was great for gathering, kids room with bunk beds made a great hangout spot, and every room has a TV + PS3. Master bedroom was definitely a highlight as well as the sunroom. Lastly, the hosts were extremely accommodating, and we appreciate you allowing us to have a great vacation here!

Amazing Amazing Amazing

The property was everything we could ask for. Kids really enjoyed the bunk bed room and kept themselves entertained (but most of all out of trouble). We were able to use the provided chairs and wagon from the garage when we went to the beach. Fishing right outside the backyard was so convenient and at night we enjoyed family time at the fire pit. Kate is an extremely helpful host during booking and even during our stay. Our family had such a great time and will certainly come back and stay at this property.

Perfect relaxing week!

Everything was perfect from renting, checking in and to checking out. The property was beautiful and clean and extremely quiet. We really appreciated that when we were upstairs we couldn't hear the babies crying downstairs. Kate was always responsive to questions and even gave us the option of checking in early when the property was ready. The kitchen was well stocked with every utensil we needed and a great selection of spices. The only complaint was that a week was not long enough!!!

The Perfect Vacation House

What a wonderful vacation house. Eight children, ranging in age from three to 16, were never bored. All that is needed at the house is your food. Everything is provided. Simply wonderful

We decided to do a last-minute Easter getaway (2 - families of 5 and Grandmom). Kate was extremely responsive, helpful and organized. Upon arrival, the home was sparkling clean and ready for guests. The house/property is well stocked and well cared for. Our children loved the board games, ping-pong table, and foosball table (and the upstairs double bunk room, of course). Weather was a bit chilly during out stay, but the kids enjoyed the basketball net and playground in the community. We hope to visit again so we can enjoy the water activities and more outdoor fun. Absolutely a 5 star experience!

Perfect Family Getaway

After a wedding in Philly our family decided to book a vacation to the Delaware shore. There were 13 of us total including 9 adults and 4 kids (12, 4, 3, and 1). The house is exactly as described and everyone loved it. My 3 year old and I went kayaking most mornings and fished/crabbed off the dock which he loved. Everything is close including the beach, water park, go karts, shopping, and great restaurants. The host was extremely responsive and helped us quickly with minor issues upon arrival. The community pool and playground were a nice amenity to have. I would only point out that the crib mattress in the master bedroom upstairs is a bit flimsy so I would recommend bringing your own travel crib. We would consider booking this property again!

Peaceful on the water

We are four families from Canada that have been vacationing together for years. This was our first time in the area, and it was amazing. The community is so friendly and peaceful. The kids had a great time catching crabs, which we have never done before! The house is gorgeous and well supplied with everything you could possibly need. The kids room is incredible, we had a hard time getting them out of it! We explored all there is on the ocean front in Delaware/Maryland. Incredible restaurants, Fenwick State Park, Rehoboth shopping, the impressive Ocean City Boardwalk and we even went to Assateague Island to see the wild horses. Kate is friendly and responsive, and made everything seamless and easy. We are a salt water starved bunch and had an amazing week. Thanks to the Viola family, for sharing their home with us!

Best Rental Property & Experience

I had to get my coffee ready and sit down on my laptop because I wanted to focus on giving Kate and her amazing property the attention they so deserve for this review. The house and location- If you can believe it, the pictures do not do the house justice. Every room is tastefully decorated with a lot of thought and consideration to what people may need during their stay. When you walk in you get the views from the four season indoor sitting porch which is pretty spectacular. The kitchen is well appointed and there are plenty of sitting spaces both at the kitchen island, dining room table, and sitting room which are all close enough together that you can have your own space while still enjoying conversation and company from the other areas. The living room is comfortable and there are a ton of games for all ages to enjoy. The garage is full of helpful items as well as a ping pong table that we really enjoyed! Each bedroom is a good size with some of the highlights being the master bedroom on the second floor, the bunk bed/game room, and the master bedroom on the first floor. The master on the second floor has a side sitting area with a crib and couch. The windows open up to a beautiful view, but fear not the blinds close to make things perfectly blackout dark so your little one can get a full nights sleep (trust me ours slept so well with naps and bedtime!). The bathroom is spacious so we had an easy and dare I say fun time bathing our children in the large bathtub and enjoyed our own showers with the double shower head. The game room is so fun- foosball, two sets of bunk beds, toys in the closet, tv with video games, what more could you ask for? The master on the first floor had many additional items a family staying with a child would need such as a high chair, pack n play etc. We loved the outdoor area fire pit and enjoying kayaking and relaxing outside. Our first day there was a little rainy, windy and overcast but it truly did not matter as the views were great and the house had so much to offer. The location itself is very ideal- away from the chaos of other nearby towns/beaches but close enough to everything. There are also some really amazing restaurants nearby so we definitely got our seafood fix! About Kate- the entire booking process Kate was beyond helpful, responsive, and proactive. She truly cares about your visit and does everything in her power to help you enjoy your stay. Thank you Kate!! Overall summary- just book here!

Nice spot for family gathering.

We enjoyed our brief stay while attending a family wedding. Kate was responsive, helpful and pleasant to deal with. Check in was easy and although we did not utilize them, the kitchen was well stock. The place was clean and well organized.

Seriously…Just Book It!

A group of 11 of us traveled for our annual Friendsgiving celebration, and it was perfect. If anything, everything you see in the photos is even better in person! So many details are simply perfection by the host, ranging from communication, to bedding, to entertainment, to cooking, to relaxing. If you’re even considering this property…just book it!

Everything you need to enjoy the bay and the nearby beaches is available at this house. It was so great to not have to bring all that gear with us. Kate was excellent with communication. Highly recommend.

5 star Beach house

Thank you Kate and Dave!! We gave our children a Christmas gift for a week at this beach house. We have 3 married daughters, a son who's engaged for Nov, a teenage son, twelve yr old daughter and 4 beautiful grand children, one whose in the nicu. He wasn't due until August, but made an early appearance. Our daughter and son-in-law were able to come for two nights and have a break from running to the nicu and just relax! Our days were spend crabbing off the back deck, kayaking, going to the beach,which was only a mile from the house. The men loved that there was a boat lift for our son-in-laws boat and this grandmother loved that there was a fence along the deck to protect our granddaughters from the canal. Also alot of wonderful restaurants in the area!! We had a wonderful time!! Kate and Dave thought of everything to make their house comfortable and very clean!! Thanks so much for sharing it with us!! My husband and I dated at the beach and always dreamed of having a home to enjoy and share with friends. We are a family of 5 with 2 adulting kids and our youngest in high school. We have always enjoyed entertaining, so hosting guests in our "Cleveland Beach Pad" home is a natural extension of that. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do.

We chose Cleveland Beach Pad because it is perfect for extended family gatherings and families coming together to share a vacation. We love hanging with our extended family and this home is big enough for individual families to have a private space of their own. The fence at the dock keeps the toddlers safe and the first floor master helps when the stairs are too much.

Cleveland Beach Pad is located just 1 mile from the beach and all the action of Ocean City. You are close to all the activities but will still be able to withdraw to the serenity of a sunset on the dock. For days when you want a change from the beach, try out our life guarded pool.
