We chose to build our home here because we fell in love with the area—just a 10-minute walk to the beach and only minutes from the city center. The neighborhood is peaceful, with lovely homes, kind neighbors, and all essentials just steps away: supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, a pharmacy, and schools.

What truly won us over was the view—the sea, the sunsets, and the surrounding landscape and of course the beautiful garden area with outside bbq and dining area.

I can't thank enough for our amazing stay. Elvira was extra attentive and made our stay in Chania very special. The property is located in a quiet location close to 4 beaches and shops. You get quick access to the beaches (less than 10min walk) and shops and restaurants. Elvira provided all the information that we needed regarding busses, day trips and places to visit. I really can't fault anything. The apartment itself had anything you could possibly need; bedding, towels, beach towels, beach bag even beach hats and books to take to the beach. Me and my mum really enjoyed our stay and I would like to thank Elvira once again for being such a superb host and amazing human being in general. Thank you xxx Highly recommended!!

We highly recommend Elvira and her beautiful apartment! Location: - A very cozy and calm place outside of the main noisy part of Chania. - 4 nice public beaches, 3 supermarkets, and many restaurants and cafes in a walking distance. - We had a 2 yo kid and a carriage with us, so we can confirm the roads are in good condition. - 10 min by car (or 30 minutes walking along the seashore) to reach the old city: Venetian harbor, lighthouse, etc. Host: Elvira speaks fluently both English and Greek and is a very positive person, so it was very easy to solve all the questions. She helped us in all possible ways. Apartment: - The apartment was very clean and cozy, everything is thought out to the small details for your comfort. - All the equipment in the apartment is modern and new. Beds are very comfortable. - Several bookshelves with classical and modern literature in various languages. I found a book which I was not able to find in my country :) - Well-equipped kitchen. - The apartment is very secure, fast WiFi. - Kids-friendly: ground floor, fruit trees and green grass in the yard.
