Grand Luxxe à Riviera Maya ou à Nuevo Vallarta - AAA Five Diamond Resort

Les complexes Vidanta sont connus pour leur service exemplaire et leur hébergement luxueux. Votre hébergement de luxe comprend un lit king size, un grand bain à remous, une pomme de douche, des comptoirs en granit, des meubles bien aménagés, une télévision grand écran, une grande terrasse avec un mobilier en bois. Absolutely lovely spot for vacation- super clean and the Beach Club and Grand Luxxe pools are great spots to spend a day. Food is good and plenty of choices on this resort.

Beautiful stay in Nuevo Vallarta

We had a wonderful vacation at Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta at the Grand Luxxe. Brad was extremely helpful and responsive. And the resort was absolutely beautiful. The suite was spacious and clean. The resort was perfect for families, with many pools, restaurants and a kid club which our son loved. Very close to a dolphin excursion too. Highly recommend.

Fantastic vacation in every way!

First of all I can't say enough about Bradley Kennison. He helped my family locate and stay in thea beautiful grand luxxe jungle suite. Brad is and was thoughtful and available if you need anything, and I can't thank him enough. The room was visually appealing and immacukate. My wife and I along with our two teenagers enjoyed the spacious room, wonderful service and the resort pools and restaurants. This was truly one of the best vacations we had! Service team at the resort werr all very nice and attentive, the pools relaxing and views beautiful. Lastly the food is amazing and there is something for everyone. We recommend this property and location to all.

Great family vacation!

My family had a great time at the Grande Luxxe this week! Once we got through a bit of a long Check-in process we were ready for some R&R! The resort did ask us to sit through a long timeshare demo and my husband and i ended up doing it but the kids slept in. The sleeping arrangements were described spot on. We enjoyed the beach and the pool and the amazing fitness room! I enjoyed jogging along the walking paths most mornings. I wish the golf course was better advertised as a par 3 versus a regular course but we still had fun. I don’t think i would play it again for the price. ! Brad was fabulous at getting back to us quickly on any question i had before and during our stay! Thanks again!

A Slice Of Paradise.

After having trouble securing a place this year (our third visit), Bradley was kind and resourceful enough to secure us this wonderful Jungle suite at the Grand Luxxe. It was immaculate and perfect for our stay. Although a 1 bedroom, the television area with couches that converted to beds had a sliding door so it could technically be walled off as a second bedroom. Although we didn't really use the kitchen much, it seemed to be fully stocked with all the necessities needed for in room meal preparation. After traveling to many resorts throughout the Mayan Riviera this is still our favorite top end one. The uber hip beach club and new Salum area with a wide array of outdoor restaurants, bars and seating areas right on the beach is just unbelievable! With the addition of the big water park as well coming this summer, you would be hard pressed to find a more elegant and family friendly vacation.

Excellent Stay at Vidanta- Great to Work with Brad K.

We booked with Brad K and he is a true professional! He responded promptly and was very accommodating and took the time to answer all of our questions. Brad checked in with us before and after our trip to ensure we were happy with our stay. Brad is extremely friendly and helpful! We will definitely book again with Brad and highly recommend booking with him. We will be referring our friends and family to book with Brad. My husband and I recently returned home from our stay at Vidanta Grand Mayan. This was our 4th visit to the resort and we absolutely loved it! The grounds are breathtaking and it was fun seeing wildlife around every turn. I realize that some people might not like the expansive property and all of the walking - but that is actually one of the things I love most about it. The walking paths are very well maintained and have beautiful scenery. If you are not able to walk long distances or do not enjoy walking, there are a number of “shuttles” to get you where you need to go. The staff members at the resort are amazing! Everyone we came in contact with was extremely friendly and willing to help! Everyone that we interacted with was absolutely wonderful! The housekeeping staff was remarkable and really went above and beyond to make our stay special! The servers at the beach and restaurants were great! We had guacamole & beers at the beach nearly every day. Be sure to check out Blue Fish, Nektar and Gong. The restaurants are high quality and have excellent service. It was an amazing stay and we can’t wait to return!

Just as advertised-excellent unit and great resort

I went on a last minute trip with my girlfriend and stayed here due to the great reviews. The unit was excellent. Spacious, clean, and we never felt like the staff was unavailable when we needed them. All around I would give the unit 10/10. The only negative was that the resort is very large so you’ll want to leave the unit about 20-25 minutes before you need to be anywhere due to the shuttle system. Other than that the service was excellent and Brad was extremely attentive throughout our booking. The Golf course was also pretty nice. They rented clubs and gave us the round tie 49 for a twilight deal which was well worth it. We will be looking to go with a larger group of 8 next time, but we had a blast. Get the churros at the salum!

Great resort

This is a great resort to stay at and the staff super friendly. The only problem with our room is that it faced the resort water park so the room was noisy from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. We were at the beach most of the time so it was not a terrible problem.

The staff were nice and the property was well maintained. Id day it is ideal for people who enjoy walking outdoors and prefer swimming in a pool over the ocean. The beach was nice and quiet and great for relaxation. The property had some great restaurants as well.

Grand Luxxe is Luxury and comfort - home away from home

We just returned from 8 days and 7 nights at Grand Luxxe Riviera Maya resort. I traveled with my 2 sons (7 and 9 yrs old), and my hubby. The positives are endless. The food was amazing. We ate at Gong, Havana Moon, Custom Burger, Tramonto, and a couple of places in the new Salum eatery area. We danced the night away at the beach party, Salum mariachi party. Our one bed Jungle suite was perfection with fully stocked kitchen- I made morning smoothies for myself using the blender. We purchased various foods- almond milk, low fat milk juice, eggs, waters, frozen strawberries and spinach, gluten free bread, cheese, turkey lunch meat, spaghetti, etc in the Jade market, and ate in the room for most mornings and some lunches. Dinners out and lunch at the Luxxe pool were awesome. The service was great. Out room was cleaned and turned down. The Luxxe pool had fun activities for the kids- Thanks to Victor for the fun Bingo, black jack, Texas holdem, handicrafts, etc. My boys and family loved the jungle feel of the place- seeing many huge iguanas roaming free, flamingo sanctuary, and crocodile conservancy on immaculate property. The few negatives- the main pools were pretty cold- mostly because our first few days were not super hot. The Luxxe pool was heated, luckily, so we were there every day. The beaches are rocky there- make sure to bring water shoes. Also, the seaweed was pretty prominent on the waters edge. The beaches and white, soft sand were still gorgeous and the kids loved playing football and building castles on the beach everyday. Main negative was we only stayed for 1 week! should have booked for 2!!! We really did LOVE this vacation. Dealing with this seller was an absolute pleasure. he was so helpful and prompt. We will DEFINITELY be returning to Vidanta and using him again for future vacations.

Amazing resort!

This was our sixth time visiting Vidanta and we are still amazed by the huge resort! The Grand Luxxe suites are great and so spacious! Brad made the booking experience so easy! Definitely recommended!

Beautiful Property

The Jungle Suite within the Grande Luxxe property is a large comfortable 1BR, but it easily can sleep a family of 4. The entire property is very large, and there are multiple hotels within the same area. It should be noted that the lazy river is not functioning due to construction issues. Also, I was slightly disappointed to learn that even though I paid the premium to stay on the Grande Luxxe property, we could not use the Grande Luxxe pool or eat at the attached Hamburger Restaurant. Not a huge loss as the overall experience was still amazing and all the restaurants are above average.

Espectacular !!!!! Fuimos de vacaciones toda la familia y la pasamos increíble.

Desde hace muchos años que visitamos este hotel y apesar del tiempo cada vez más bonito y lo tienen súper bien mantenido. Tiene una vegetación asombrosa a dónde quiera que volteas ves verde todo el tiempo. Es un hotel que ofrece variedad para todas las edades, el area de Grand Luxxe es muy tranquila y exclusiva, y si buscas más ambiente, la alberca principal de Vidanta tiene animadores y actividades todo el día. La comida de muy buena calidad, sobre todo el desayuno que tiene una gran variedad: Las habitaciones son amplias y muy bonitas. Es un hotel muy grande y por lo mismo las distancias también. Lo mejor de todo es el servicio de la gente que trabaja ahí, todos son muy atentos y amables. Fueron unas vacaciones inolvidables !!!!
