Joliment mis à jour et propre condo 1BR 1BA directement sur le lac! Lit queen dans la chambre ainsi que canapé-lit. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec grill sur grande terrasse couverte. Le condo dispose de la télévision par câble, lecteur Blueray, WIFI, tout le confort de la maison juste à côté de l'eau. Piscine couverte ouverte toute l'année, piscine extérieure sur la pointe et zone de baignade dans le lac (en saison). Il y a aussi des courts de tennis sur place ainsi qu'une aire de jeux. Le condo est idéalement situé à côté des marinas, des restaurants, de la vie nocturne et des activités familiales. Commencez vos vacances relaxantes dès aujourd'hui!

Ozarks Trip 2025

The Ozarks we like to come down every year just spend time checking out sites and places and go to Aqua Palooza and watch the Bands. Weather was good and had Fun!

The place is super clean and filled with all the dishes, glasses and utensils to make cooking a breeze. There’s also an outdoor grill and nice area for sitting outside. Definitely felt at home here!

Unit was spotless and furnished with everything you need. Utensils available to cook some meals in the condo. Property was very clean. Loved the pool and the people in the complex were all very friendly. Convenient location. Will definitely stay there again.

Weekend Getaway

I rented this condo as a gift for my adult son and his girlfriend for a weekend getaway. They said the unit was nice and had no complaints. They easily accessed the property and enjoyed their short stay. Seemed like a great place from what they described.

Probably would not return

When we got there the door code had not been changed, so we had to call about that, and the water had not been turned on, so Ben came and took care of these, but then the apartment smelled like sulfur for 2 days. There is no dishwasher, and although the picture shows a grill, we were told that you had to be careful, because it was electric and could blow a fuse. There was a washer & dryer that you could not use, and the couch definitely needs to be replaced, as you feel your are sitting on the floor. The last day we were there we couldn't use the living room light, because it kept flickering and then the fan would come on. We were a little disappointed since it showed that this was a "premiere" location.

Birthday getaway.

The condo was perfect for the two of us. Any more people might have been a little crowded. Enjoyed time on the deck watching ducks and fish and turtles. It was a hit weekend so the lake side swimming pool was a nice refresher. Everything you need is supplied by the hosts. When we had trouble getting into the condo they were there within minutes to solve the problem. Very easy to contact and work with. Would highly recommend this property.

Our first time at Lake of the Ozarks

We spent 4 nights in this very clean condo. It is big enough for two and has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The location is about 10 minutes from Osage Beach and the direct access to the lake for fishing and swimming were the big hit for us. The view from the balcony was the end of a small alcove off of the main lake body. We enjoyed having coffees there in the morning and watch the ducks and turtles darting around. We could not connect to Netflix and the sagging couch could be nicer, but overall, everything was good. Beware that you do have to carry your luggage down a fly of stairs and up three steps to enter the condo. Access to the lake, boat docks, or the pool is via a series of stairs.

Will visit again.

Great property. Exactly as advertised. Extremely clean. Check-in was super simple, and this was even a first VRBO experience for me. Well stocked unit, with everything you could need. If I had one wish list item, it would have been an upgrade on the couch. I spent alot of time in the unit, and the couch was very uncomfortable. But I would still come to this unit again. The view of the cove and wildlife was great, and very peaceful. Clearly great hosts who know what guests need.

Nice & Clean! Easy access, easy check in and directions were excellent. Great pool! Met several neighbors who either live there permanently or are there most weekends and they were very helpful with suggestions on restaurants and things to do and extremely nice! This Condo was awesome, and I would absolutely stay here again!

Two night stay for a concert

We were disappointed in the lack of sound control. Woke up at 1-2 am by a group of men outside in the parking lot by the bedroom. Then conversations and steps of those above us. Lake view yes, but way back at the end of the Cove. Couch was very sagging in the middle. Very hard to get out of. The mattress was comfortable, the unit was clean. Most of these areas of concern are not in the control of the host. We however did not get much sleep with our stay. Again this was not within the control of the hosts. Check in and out was very well laid out.

Mom/Daughter getaway

This unit was perfect for our recent vacation. Convenient location to all the Lake has to offer. Easy access to the unit and plenty of parking. The unit had everything we needed for our visit. I loved sitting on the deck in the morning and the evenings, enjoying the peaceful water. It was so relaxing. Everything worked as it should and beds were quite nice. We hope to be back.

My husband and I are full time lake residents that grew up vacationing here from out of state. We met here on the lake, got married here, and how have our family here. We love it here and want others to experience everything this beautiful area has to offer.

This property was originally a weekend get away that turned into full time living before purchasing a more suitable full time place for a family. We loved the amenities southwood shores offers, its central location to lake activities, and friendly atmosphere.

It's one of the few condos in the area with an indoor pool that is open year round. This makes winter getaway's even more enticing or a fun place to hang out on a rainy day.
