“Casa Di Elsa” is located in Lambi area, famous for its lively beaches, just a 15-minute walk from the center of Kos town. On the way to the city center, from the studio, there are many well-known restaurants and shops on both sides of the road all the way to the center. This allows guests to stay in a quiet area, very close to the best beaches of Kos Town, while still having very easy access to the town center.
It is also 15 minutes walking distance from the ferry port and from Averof Street, where many seafood restaurants are located.
The famous Lambi beaches are only 700 meters away from the studio which is only a rough 7-minutes walk.
The 25 m² studio apartment of “Casa Di Elsa” is a self-catered private apartment. The apartment is located on a private property within a 1,000 m² plot. Entering through the garden, the apartment consists of a small entrance hall, a bathroom with walk in shower cabinet, The spacious bedroom has 2 beds for friends which can be connected to become a King's Bed for couples. In the bedroom there is a fully equipped kitchenette and a dining area in the veranda in in front of the studio.
Upon request, bicycles, scooters, motorcycles and car rental services can be arranged.
Depending on availability, transfers from the ferry port, airport and the city center can also be arranged.
Free parking for cars, bicycles and scooters of the guests.

The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 2 persons (a child who can sleep in the same bed with the parents in the 180 × 200 cm double bed may also stay).

After graduating from TED Ankara College I continued my studies at Hacettepe University, and earned the title of Biologist.
I also studied at South Thames College for my A Levels on Computer Science, Computer Programming, Statistics, and Mathematics as well as at Central London College and received a diploma in Secretarial Duties, qualifying as a Senior Executive Assistant.
After working at the Embassy of Greece in Ankara for 35 years as Executive Secretary I got retired and moved to Kos Island for my summers. I now enjoy my retirement in the beautiful island of Kos as well as run the rental of my property and I am very happy that I get to meet nice people.
I spend the winter months at my home in Ankara and I spend the spring, summer, and autumn on Kos Island.
CasaDiElsa is situated in a quiet yet very touristic neighborhood. It is only a 7-minute walk from the famous Lambi beaches, among the most beautiful beaches of Kos Town, and a 15-20 minute walk from the ferry port.

CasaDiElsa is located in the Lambi neighborhood, a quiet yet very popular tourist area just a short walk from the famous Lambi beaches. The sea here is beautifully clean and the beach promenade is ideal for swimming, cycling, and enjoying seaside restaurants.
What I enjoy most about the area is its peaceful atmosphere. Although many restaurants, cafés, and shops are within walking distance, the neighborhood itself remains calm and quiet, especially at night. Unlike the busy city center, you won’t hear loud music, heavy traffic, or constant motorcycle noise.
Within about 15–20 minutes on foot you can reach the ferry port and the lively center of Kos Town, but when you return to CasaDiElsa you feel as if you are staying in a relaxed seaside resort. It truly offers the best of both worlds: close to everything, yet peaceful and comfortable.

Kos is one of the most bicycle-friendly islands in Greece, with long seaside cycling paths that connect Lambi, the harbor, and the town center. From the apartment, you can easily reach these beautiful bike paths and explore the island the way locals do.
The studio itself is a comfortable one-bedroom apartment with an open-plan kitchen and private bathroom, ideal for guests who prefer the freedom and privacy of having their own space rather than staying in a typical hotel room. It is designed for relaxed stays, whether you are visiting for a few days or for a longer holiday.
