The house is 3 stories. It was rebuilt and just finished in November 2016. Ground floor has a concrete floor. It is unfinished. There is a foyer with entrance up to the second floor. Second floor contains a living room, master bedroom with a queen size bed and built- in closet, guest room contains a queen size bed, full bath with bathtub and shower, sunroom with a dining table that seats 9, and beautiful kitchen. On the 3rd floor is a bedroom, loft containing 3 twin beds It also has a full bath with shower. All rooms are cable ready. There are 4 televisions. Outback is a deck off the sunroom door on the 2nd floor. Out the door from the loft, is a balcony. Both deck and balcony have beautiful views of the marina behind the house and the bay so you can sit out there and watch the sunset. On the ground floor is a table with 6 chairs. Other items available are: gas grill, Keurig, toaster, crock pot, pots and pans, linens and towels. I am also supplying 9 beach badges for your use and then to returned for next renter.
