The flat has a superb location with only 10 minutes walk to the Rynok Square. Everything at your doorstep - the best markets, cafés, excellent transport links, both bus and tram. There is a sense of charm and serenity throughout this neighborhood and it is extremely safe. The apartment is very quiet because there is no sound from neighbourhood and it faces a neat street. From one bedroom you can go to the balcony with a beautiful view.
You will appreciate big windows which bring a lot of daylight and high ceilings. The place is warm due to the autonomous heating. Hot/cold water is always available.
