The Hut was everything we thought it would be, very clean and all the facilities you need for a mini break away. The hot tub was so nice to get into after a long day walking around Bath, really peaceful.

we loved our stay in the shepard's hut at Bye Mills Farm, we had an easy check in and was left our own devices. lots of lovely walks that are very scenic. The hut its self was clean and cosy. We even saw deer in the field opposite. lots of lambs and even a buzzard!

Very beautiful and the cabin is perfect

The views were amazing and the cabin was ideal. We used the jaccuzi and looked over the fields it was the perfect 2 days away ! Ann was very helpful and informing would definitely stay here again.

Very warm and cosy cabin with soft fairy lights in the garden so it was nice and cosy in the dark! The hot tub was lovely and we were supplied with flip flops and robes for getting to and from the hot-tub which was lovely considering it was chilly outside! :) very beautiful views and lovely walks!

Perfect couples retreat

Beautiful setting and perfect couples break. Lovely cabin with loads of detail. Hot tub was amazing next to an open fire pit.

Stunning getaway!!!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay with such a lovely location. We will for sure be visiting again. Couldn’t recommend anymore!!!

Great short break

Lovely clean shepherds hut in a beautiful location. Great walks in all directions with pubs along the way with lovely scenery. Could have easily stayed longer

Beautiful, cosy shepherds hut with gorgeous views and a friendly welcome from the owner.Inside the hut, the comfy bed had fresh, crisp, white linen. The underfloor heating was good, and kept the hut at a constant temperature. There is a log burner for extra heat, which we lit, and it didnt take long for the heat to make it feel extra cosy.

Lovely weekend break

Had a wonderful 3 night stay in the Shepherds hut. Everything we needed was available. Very comfortable and cosy. Hot tub was to die for. Loved every minute of our stay.

Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful, peaceful weekend in the Shepherd's hut at Bye Mills Farm. Everything was clean, welcoming and comfortable. We went on some beautiful scenic walks and took Anne's advice about places to eat and visit - spot on. Will definitely be back.

relaxing break

Had a lovely 3 night stay an amazing location for a lovely relaxing break lots of nearby walks and just a short walk from local pubs. The hot tub was great to relax in after a walk . Anne was really helpful on arrival pointing us in direction of all local amenities, couldn't have asked for more.

beautiful shepherds hut with stunning views

Wonderful stay in Bye Mills Shepherds Hut, where everything was perfect. The owners made us feel very welcome. Lazing in the hot-tub was the ultimate in relaxation. Super comfortable bed for a great nights sleep. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Gorgeous hut and location

Perfect spot and accommodation for our weekend away. Beautiful countryside, easy riverside walk to local pubs, plus the shepherds hut was gorgeous. Sitting in the hot tub enjoying the sounds of the birds and lambs was the icing on the cake. I just wish we had booked for longer

Peaceful getaway

We had a lovely quiet weekend, the weather was against us , but the cabin and hot tub were cosy and inviting. Ann was the perfect host ,very welcoming and full of good advice on places to visit for good food. We have all ready booked to go back next year.

Great rural location not far from Bristol and nearby village pubs was a plus. Spa was very nice. The hut itself I would not call ‘Luxury’ as stated in the description. The property has aged since photos were taken with an update on kitchenware needed…..example kettle was poor condition/unclean and fry pan well past its use by date. Some additional cleaning and dusting inside was needed. BBQ was not cleaned nor was bin with leftovers from previous guest. Thought provision of charcoal for BBQ and firewood for fire pit (in poor condition) would be included.

Magical getaway cabin

My partner and I stayed here for the week and had the best experience! We were greeted by Anne from an appropriate social distance, she left her chickens eggs in the cabin for us. The space was clean and lovely decorated. We used the hot tub every night and would highly recommend!

Great just great

Byemills is a great place to stay.we had such a restful and pleasant stay. Our hosts were brilliant and when there was a brief region wide power cut they were straight to us to ensure we had everything we needed. Easy walking distance to local pubs and a great historical stone circle at Stanton Drew. We loved our stay and made all the more special with it being Christmas.
