Cet appartement de luxe est bien aménagé et meublé à un niveau élevé avec chauffage au sol et peut accueillir 6/7 personnes. Il est situé au premier étage et comprend 2 chambres doubles avec de très grands lits, 1 chambre avec lits superposés et une autre chambre en mezzanine (accessible par une échelle), deux salles de bains entièrement carrelées et des toilettes séparées supplémentaires. (2 toilettes au total) La cuisine moderne est entièrement équipée et comprend un lave-vaisselle, un four micro-ondes, une machine à café, etc. Il y a une grande salle à manger décloisonnée et un salon avec feu de bois, télévision par satellite à écran plat (chaînes autrichiennes / allemandes / CNN), lecteur DVD et CD. Le wifi / WLAN gratuit est également disponible dans l'appartement. De plus, l'appartement dispose de 2 balcons et d'une vue imprenable sur la montagne, d'un mobilier d'extérieur et d'un accès à un local à skis et à chaussures avec des porte-chaussures chauffants. Un local à vélos sécurisé est également disponible. Chaque appartement dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, d'une salle de douche entièrement carrelée avec douche à l'italienne, de toilettes et d'un lavabo avec placards, d'un coin repas pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 7 personnes et de sièges confortables pour 7 personnes. Un parking privé est disponible devant les appartements. L'appartement est idéalement situé à 5 minutes en voiture ou en ski-bus gratuit de la station de télécabine principale qui donne accès à un grand ski et est bien placé pour les restaurants, les bars et une multitude d'activités pour tous les âges en hiver et en été.
SKI: Scheffau se trouve au cœur du «SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental», le plus grand domaine skiable interconnecté d'Autriche permettant un accès facile aux stations voisines d'Ellmau, Going, Soell et Westendorf. La station de télécabine principale est située à environ 5 minutes en voiture ou il y a un ski-bus gratuit qui s'arrête devant les portes. La location de skis et de chaussures est disponible à la base de la station de gondole et l'équipement peut également y être laissé pendant la nuit pour une somme modique.

GOLF: Les terrains de golf en Autriche sont ouverts de fin avril à novembre. Ils sont relativement plats par rapport à leur environnement montagneux et quelques jours de promenade dans les fairways respirant l'air alpin vous permettront de vous sentir revitalisé, rafraîchi et en bonne santé. Localement, il y a le Golfplatz 9 trous «Kaisergolf» et le Golfplatz 27 trous «Wilder Kaiser» (5906 mètres, Par 71).

Kaiserliche Aussichten

Tolle FeWo, direkt am Wilden Kaiser. Vermieter vor Ort und sehr nett. Lage top, nur die befahrene Bundesstrasse ca. 100 Meter weiter ist bei starkem Verkehr etwas störend. Der kleine rauschenfe Gebirgsbach zwischen Haus und Straße mildert den akustischen Eindruck jedoch angenehm.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz / August 2022

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Da wir Anfang August in einer heftigen Hitzewelle angereist sind, fanden wir eine kühle Ferienwohnung vor was sehr angenehm war. Auch das Vermieter Ehepaar ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das einzige was etwas nervig war ist der Lärm von der Straße, da in Scheffau gerade eine große Baustelle ist und somit ein ständiges Verkehrschaos. Aber unter dieser Situation leidet die ganze Umgebung.

Sauberes, wunderschönes, super ausgestattetes Appartement

Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war schnell und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist super ordentlich, geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab zusätzlich Seife in beiden Bädern und Handtücher zusätzlich. Darüberhinaus gab es einen wunderschönen Ausblick vom Bad aus. Die Küche hat alles was man benötigt. Die Vermieter sind sehr bemüht und haben uns sogar ihren eigenen Gasgrill geliehen. Absolut weiterzuempfehlen! Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Danke

Familienurlaub and Wilden Kaiser

Wir sind von unseren Vermietern sehr herzlich begrüßt worden. Die vorab Kommunikation per Mail hat toll geklappt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer kleinen Appartementanlage direkt am Fluss. Die Bushaltestellen sind nicht weit weg. Zwei gute Restaurants sind per Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen sowie ein EBike Verleih und zwei kleine Bergsportgeschäfte. Wir haben zwei schöne Ferienwochen dort verbracht. Man kann viel unternehmen, die Landschaft ist einfach wunderschön! Mein einziger Minuspunkt ist die viel befahrene Straße neben dem Fluss. Auf den Balkonen kann es dank der Straße und starkem Wasserrauschen laut werden. In der Wohnung hört man bei geschlossenen Fenster jedoch nichts.

Absolutely perfect!

Many many things to do in the area. Wonderful mountain view from the three balconies. Great appartement. Really nice and helpful owners. Very good swimmingpool. You'll love it!

Amazing place in a great location

We were 7 people occupying the apartment for 8 over new year's eve. The place is absolutely amazing and looked as if it was newly renovated, which shows how much the apartment is being taken care of. With two bathrooms, two full size bedrooms, a bunk bed room, as well as a little niche under the roof, the apartment provides ample room. But more than that, the living room, dinner table, and kitchen table easily fit all 7 of us, and as a really nice treat: it comes with a fireplace. The location is close to perfect with the ski bus stopping right at the apartment park and a 3 minute ride to the gondola. If you miss the bus - which may happen in the afternoon, because frankly it isnt running at the most frequent and greatest times - you can simply walk. Takes about 5 to 10 minutes, off the street, along a little creek. I also want to mention our hosts who were extremely friendly and helpful. We found it a little odd to have to pay everything before actually getting to the place, but in the end we didnt run into trouble and all worked out as expected. I - and I am sure I speak for the entire group - highly recommend the apartment to both groups and bigger (or two) families. We had an amazing time and I wouldnt be surprised if we came back some time.

A marvellous modern apartment

We were impressed by the apartment: spacious, clean, luxury, good furniture and beds. The owners were very kind and made it comfortable for the whole family of 7 persons. The description was complete and up-to-date. We highly recommend this appartment to people who want a quiet stay without problems, located not far from the village and the cable car. There are also some nice restaurants at walking distance.

Ideally located,well appointed,warm and spacious

This was our fourth visit to this accommodation and our second during the New Year period. Howard and Suzanne are warm and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The Apartments are exceptionally warm,clean and spacious. They are in a beautiful quiet location with stunning views of the Wilder Kaiser Mountains. Plenty of room to store all of the paraphernalia involved with a family ski holiday. The apartments are very well equipped with everything provided for the preparation and cooking of meals although we are out most of the time. The Apartments are lovely and cosy and great to relax in after a day on the slopes. We prepared breakfast in the mornings before leaving and most mornings caught the free ski bus which picks up at the end of the drive.Some mornings we enjoyed a refreshing short walk to the Gondola station. There is an excellent ski rental shop next to the Gondola station with equipment for rent of the best quality I have seen. All excellent new condition and top quality. The same shop has a Ski Garage where for a few euros you can leave your equipment securely overnight. There are a few restaurants within walking distance of the Apartments all very good value and serve excellent food. Scheffau Village is a walk or short drive. Ellmau is a short drive and is a lively place for a night out with plenty of bars and restaurants. The apartments are in a fantastic location with the beautiful villages of Kitzbuhel and St Johann a short scenic drive away for the days when your Ski legs need a rest. There are lovely shops and restaurants to peruse. Both are picture postcard perfect. The Skiing within the Tyrol area is fantastic there is a vast area to suit all abilities of skier from the very well staffed kids school to all types of terrain to challenge the pure beginner right through to the highly advanced. The area is very scenic and very well organised and maintained.We will definitely be returning.

Absolutely perfect.

We stayed at this apartment during New Year 2012. Prior to arriving, Suzanne, the owner was very helpful and attentive, making sure we had all of the information we would need about the apartment and the area to plan our trip. The apartment itself was of a high standard throughout and was perfect for our needs. It comfortably slept 8 people (with two large double rooms, one loft room and one bunk bed room) and the communal space was great for eating and socialising together. The apartment was impeccably clean, with clean linen and towels provided. The views of the wilder kaiser mountains from the balconies of the apartment were stunning. Our only minor quibble was the distance the apartment is from the gondola station- a fifteen minute walk, which can be tiresome following a day of skiing. There is a ski bus if you wish to use that, but we didn't bother. It's also a fair distance (30 min walk) from the supermarket in Scheffau, so it's advisable to try and catch a bus when you're shopping. That said, the walks are not difficult and the views are amazing, so we didn't find them too much of a chore. For the price of this apartment, we also feel the walk fits in with the overall value for money, so don't let this put you off. All in all, if you're looking for a great value, high quality place to stay for a group, this is perfect - we would definitely return!
