Cette maison moderne possède plus de 5 000 pieds carrés d'espace de vie avec trois étages joliment décorés, y compris une technologie de pointe, reposant sur un grand terrain boisé à distance de marche du centre-ville de Vineyard Haven.

Niveau principal - comprend une grande pièce, une cuisine / salle à manger combinée et un porche ouvert. La grande chambre a une grande télévision à écran plat, un système de cinéma maison et une connexion Internet sans fil. Climatisation centrale et ventilateurs de plafond. Sièges de salle à manger 10-14. La cuisine a tous les ustensiles nécessaires, casseroles, poêles, vaisselle. Grand porche grillagé hors cuisine. La terrasse généreuse donne sur la cour arrière avec un coin salon extérieur et des barbecues. Aussi ce niveau - MBR Suite avec lit King et salle de bain privée.

Outstanding Home

This is our 6th year here. We love the walk to town location, the lovely outdoor spaces, big living room, ample bedrooms and how well maintained the house is. So comfortable and welcoming. The property manager promptly helped with a minor issue. We will be back next year!

Vineyard Haven Gem

Happy to return to this lovely, spacious and peaceful VH home in 2023! We have previously enjoyed staying at this comfortable, perfectly located home for many years. Easy to lounge inside and out, as well as to walk to Main Street for restaurants, shopping and exercise classes. Scenic VH neighborhood is great to explore on foot, and driving to OB, ET and up island is easy enough.

Lovely Property!

We really enjoyed our stay at the property here! There was plenty of room, the home was clean and all showers and toilets worked. I spent many mornings on the spacious wooden deck getting my workouts in before getting going for the day. Fantastic family room that more-than-accommodated all 11 of us at the end of the days for games & movie nights. LOVED the location- only about a 10 min. walk to cute shops & restaurants. And neighborhood was great for walking/ running. Marcene was amazing with communication prior to our arrival and was very prompt in all responses. I very much appreciated that! Would love to stay here again the next time we find ourselves in MV.

COMFY AND SPACIOUS!

The property was perfect for our family of varied ages and interests. There is PLENTY of gathering space -- both indoors and outdoors -- for card/party games, video games, movie entertainment, eat-outs/cookouts, outdoor play, and much more. At the same time, there are nice nooks and crannies for reading, checking email or spending a little bit of "me" time. Finally, the proximity to all the people points on the Vineyard -- beaches, film festival events, eateries, etc. -- is just minutes away via walking, biking or car. If at all possible, we will definitely be repeat customers!

Every Year Gets Better!!

This is our 4th stay at this property. We love the walk-to-town location. The owner has made several improvements which have been great. Awesome spaces...from porch, to deck, to outdoor swing. Absolutely love this place...will be back in 2024!!

Quiet privacy

The lot is beautiful with a large front yard and spacious back deck and yard that is great for play and grilling outside. The house is spacious also with plenty of private spots to play games or relax and read. Large dining table seats 10 to 12 for great family dinners. The kitchen island works nicely to feed the little ones. The living room area is lovely and fits everyone comfortably. We had a nice family week together.

Stunning Home Centrally Located

Centrally located and stunning, this home was fully stocked for cooking and family fun. Everyone had ample space to lounge or play games. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and family friendly

We enjoyed our stay at the house and had plenty of space for two families of four with smaller children plus a grandparent. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the Vineyard Haven commercial district. We also did a fair amount of cooking and the kitchen was pretty well-equipped. Overall, a really nice stay.

Great house and visit!

Our family enjoyed staying in the nicely appointed house! We had a big group and there was plenty of beds and bathrooms for us all. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was an additional beverage frig which came in handy. Property manager contacted us shortly after our arrival to ensure everything was OK, that was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend this house.

The Perfect Home!

This is the third year we have rented this property for a large family week long vacation. It is the perfect home and holds everyone. The space is designed to be open, so many can gather without feeling squeezed in. The spaces are beautifully decorated and the many outside seating options make it easy to gather with just a few or many. We cannot wait to go back next year!!

Wonderful MV vacation

Our family of 14 found this home perfect for our needs. The property offered ample room for everyone to relax and enjoy the island. The home is well maintained and the grounds are beautiful and private. Family meals and game time were a pleasure in the spacious dinning and living rooms. Would definitely consider renting again next year.

Graduation Celebration

This property was everything it's says and more. Owner was very easy to work with, quick response, allowed an early check in when house was ready and fixed the internet issues quickly. House perfect for 2 family, opened floor plan, lots of private sleeping space and very well stocked for cooking meals and entertaining . Yard was great for lawn games and grilling. We enjoy the easy walk into town and short walk to the shoreline.

Family birthday

Our group included my wife and me and our three grown children without their own families as an 80th birthday gathering for my wife. Children loved vacationing at MV during the 70s so they wanted to celebrate her birthday here. They traveled from San Diego, Chicago and Buffalo and we from Tampa. The house was perfect as everyone had their own space. The travel to and from the island by air for 4 of us was not good due to many flight cancellations. Best to fly to Boston, take Peter Pan bus to Woods Hole and take the ferry to MV. Much safer! We all decided that!! You can’t go wrong here-house and grounds are beautiful and it’s an excellent location. We were very pleased. Needed AC for 2 days for heat wave, so that worked well.

Wonderful house for MV getaway

We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed the house and neighborhood. Plenty of space for our group of 6 adult friends to have their own rooms and gather at the large kitchen table for puzzles and games, or in the comfortable living room to relax and talk. We appreciated the large kitchen with everything needed to make large group breakfasts before exploring MV. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic House and Host!

Our oldest daughter just recently got married on the island. My wife and I - and a few family members needed a house close to the venue. This house was perfect. Great space, modern and updated, perfect location - walking distance to town, and Marcene was a gem to work with. Thank you Marcene for making this a seamless, enjoyable experience. We will most definitely rent again.

Family history getaway

It was everything we expected and more! The property was Spectacular,the location was excellent. The porch and seating arrangements worked awesome for our cornhole tournaments. We really enjoyed our family getaway and I learned a lot about my family history. The whole experience was truly beautiful!

Breath of fresh air

My family and I enjoyed the space the home provided..It allowed for us to be together and also together while a part. It was comfortable inside and outside, even more so when the yard was mowed. We pointed out some things upon arrival and most things were taken care of the following days. A previous review mentioned about the water standing in the basement bathroom and this may be the house starting to settle, but It doesn't gather much while showering. My family and friends look forward to staying in this home again. Perfect size, location and comfortable. Thank you Marcine and staff for addressing the house concerns and making us feel at home. Marcine's responsiveness from beginning to end is/was wonderful! Thank you!

Perfect Family Vacation Home

This beautiful home is perfect for a large family! It has spacious rooms, a well-stocked kitchen, a lower level family room perfect for children, and a huge yard. It is within waking distance to downtown shops and beaches. The house is immaculate and well-cared for, and the property managers and owner are very responsive. An exceptional home!

Perfect property for our stay

This was our first time to MVY. We had a great time and found the house to be as advertised. It accommodated our group perfectly. The host had great information regarding the area. The house was extremely clean.
