Our 3rd time in this wonderful beautiful home! Located in central Sarasota close to everything you could Imagine. The home has great beds, Smart TVs great working AC and a beautiful updated kitchen. Laundry machines like new and there's even a Coffee Bar!! Do yourself a favor and book this fantastic home if you are planning a stay in Sarasota or surrounding areas.

Very Nice Home!

Will definitely stay again. Enjoyed relaxing in this beautiful home after visiting family in the area. We have stayed in several VRBO properties before, this is the best so far!

Excellent Property

We had a great stay. I stayed with my husband and father in law so we could attend Orioles spring training in Sarasota. It was incredibly convenient. Jen the host was very responsive and literally thought of everything for the house! Tons of extra towels, blankets, nice coffee bar, laundry, bikes, and beach chairs. Would highly recommend for a party or a nice quiet getaway.

Beautiful place

This is a beautiful house and nice quiet neighborhood. The coffee bar was amazing and closed in patio was awesome. I recommend this to anyone that wants a nice place to stay for vacation.

Beautiful Spotless Home

Absolutely love this house. The host is very easy to communicate with. The home is spotless clean and had everything you need for a perfect get away. With great comfortable beds and TVs in all the rooms it's great for day or night stays. Close to everything in Sarasota. 2nd time at this home and surely will be many more!!!

Beautiful and comfortable home

Outdoor space is comfortable and spacious. Large screened in area. Fully stocked kitchen. Loved the coffee/tea bar. Lots of beach stuff available for use. Easy check in and checkout.

Don’t pass this up!

Clean, welcoming, great kitchen and outdoor space. We LOVE this place and have been here for several visits. About 15-20 minutes to siesta key beach. Quiet neighborhood. We feel right at home❀

Great place

This property worked so well for us. Location was good, the place had so many inside and outside areas to just sit and relax. Quiet neighborhood also right next to a biking trail. Didn’t have time to use the bikes provided in the garage, but maybe next time. Lots of items provided for little ones if you’re traveling with young kids.

House was spacious, serene, well appointed, organized. Host was superlative. Furnishings comfortable. Only 3 stars for neighborhood because the street lacked sidewalks and I don’t feel comfortable jogging/ walking directly in the street

Family Vacation

We went down to FL for our annual family vacation. This year we decided to visit some of my wife’s friends in Sarasota area. The house lived up to our expectations. The house is very well kept and neat. The host was very responsive to any questions that we had. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who plans a trip to the Sarasota area. The host and house are top notch. We plan on staying here again when we come back down. Simply the best!!

Home Away from Home

As a first timer using Vrbo, this property surely set the bar high!!! If you are reading this and other five star reviews, believe everything everyone is saying!!! This property is phenomenal! Fully stocked and clean, clean, clean! My family stayed 7 days, and we all agreed we felt like residents because everything was literally so perfect! From the location to all of the home amenities! Exactly what we were looking for


Absolutely perfect set up for our particular needs. We traveled to visit our son and his family who recently relocated to Sarasota. We also brought our elderly parents. Jenn has gone over and above with this place. This was by far the most organized and best stocked property we have ever stayed. Furnishings were very, very nice. Beds were all very comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms were all immaculate! Indoor space and outdoor space were both amazing. Could go on and on, just can’t say enough good things about it. Will definitely try to book again for future visits.

Absolutely Perfect!!

If we could give this home more than 5 stars we would! It exceeded our expectations. Jennifer was great to work with and very responsive. The location was perfect, the home is spotless and has all the amenities you will need. The AC kept the house very comfortable. Master bedroom mattress was the MOST comfortable I've ever slept on. If you are a coffee lover this house has a designated coffee station with all the fixings. The house has many little touches that we noticed and appreciated. Make up face towel is a brilliant idea in fact every hotel/rental should have these. Very comfortable beautiful home. We will 100% be back. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Excellent property in a Quiet location

We rented this for a group of 5 for a family birthday party weekend in Sarasota. More reasonable and a better option than renting three hotel rooms for three nights in Sarasota. The house is spacious, immaculate, and in an incredibly quiet neighborhood. Huge kitchen. Huge island. All fully equipped. Beds were perfect. Living room was also huge. It has a nice driveway with parking for at least 2 vehicles, maybe more. Easy entry through a key pad. We did not have time to use the yard, but plenty of outdoor seating in a screened porch area and even a tiki bar. The rear of the property abuts a trail system that goes for miles if you want to walk or run or bike. There is an Amish bakery and restaurant less than a mile down the road. The baked goods are now the benchmark for the greatest donuts I have ever had. Cream filled long Johns!!!!There is not one negative thing I can say about this rental. Easy 10 minutes to downtown Sarasota, and 15 to Siesta Key. Great central location. 3 minutes to groceries, Target, Walgreens, etc.

Wonderful home

Before we even arrived Jen checked with us to see if we needed anything and made extra effort to get an item we needed which was so appreciated. She had pack n plays set up and lights on when we arrived. The house was very clean, organized and welcoming. It was stocked with all kinds of things that made our stay so great—The coffee bar, condiments, paper products, laundry items, & toiletries were awesome to not have to go purchase. We travelled with our 4 young kids and this house was set up great for kids. There is a cute little table with coloring items & toys, pack n play, high chair, booster seat, & sippy cups. One of the things we appreciated the most was all of the things for the beach—they have it all—chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, knee boards, coolers, a beach cart, towels. This house was perfect for our family of six! We felt well taken care of and right at home!! Thanks for sharing your awesome home with us!
