chalet de charme vous attend au centre-ville du lac Léman et de la plage.
Nous louons sur une base à court terme, minimum 2 nuits mais parfois 1 nuit est possible, s'il vous plaît enquête. Ceci est une véritable entreprise dans la ville de Lac Léman. Nous avons une licence d'exploitation sous mon nom légal "Anthony Scalzitti", vous pouvez appeler le département des affaires de la ville de Lac Léman afin de vérifier si nécessaire. Nous sommes régis par la Ville de Lac Léman et le Wisconsin Département de la santé publique. Location de vacances à court terme autorisée et légale. Pas de soucis à propos des plaintes des voisins pour la location juste un "week-end". Parking privé pour 3 voitures.
Être une destination de villégiature, je ne peux pas accepter automatiquement un Sam comme un check-in, check-out date sans avoir à payer le taux de week-end. Des arrangements spéciaux peuvent être faits alors s'il vous plaît appelez ou envoyez un courriel d'abord. Supplément pour le 5ème invité, dépend de la période de l'année.
Cottage 2 chambres (2ème lit queen dans le studio) a une cuisine américaine. 2 lits queen et un divan sectionnel. Air conditionné.
Terrasse privée et jardin avec foyer.
Nous fournissons tous les draps, couvertures, oreillers et des serviettes pour les salles de bains. TV par câble WIFI et lecteur DVD. Chambre pour un bateau disponible.
Pas de bal des finissants
Pas d'animaux de compagnie
Il y a une rampe d'accès au chalet pour une chaise roulante et la salle de bain est surdimensionnée pour un chalet (porte de 3 pieds de largeur). Baignoire accessible aux fauteuils roulants mais juste une douche, pas de baignoire.
S'il vous plaît se référer au contrat de location pour les remboursements.
Les remboursements sont possibles si je peux renvoyer le même temps, les mêmes conditions et le même prix. Vous réservez un chalet et toutes les publicités sont bloquées une fois votre réservation effectuée. Soyez sûr que je ferai de mon mieux pour éviter les situations. Je veux toujours essayer d'aider mes invités. Je veux que tu reviennes un jour.

Cozy Cabin

Wonderful little cabin that was perfect for my family. located on a beautiful lot with plenty of yard and parking. I would definitely book with them again.

Kevin, you guys were a pleasure! Thanks for staying at this downtown Cottage that is actually licensed for weekend stays because most rentals in Lake Geneva are not licensed for stays less than a week. Guests should call the City of Lake Geneva with property address to verify that their weekend stay will not be an issue and will not be visited by the police. Great clean cottage for families or parties 4 to 5, conviniently located near Lake Geneva downtown.

Cottage has everything you need to enjoy Lake Geneva and surroundings. Has nice yard and patio to enjoy on warmer days. Easy in and out, manager Tony is really pleasure to communicate with, would definetly come back.

Three Generations Girls Trip

The cottage was just as described and perfect for me, my daughter & granddaughter for a short weekday trip. It's located close to the beach and downtown. The owner was very attentive, easy to communicate with and open to suggestions as to how to make our visit better. Hope to return.

UPDATE: WIFI installed on Nov 1, 2017 for the cottage. The WIFI booster from the main house used to reach the cottage just "OK" so we decided it was time for the cottage to have it's own WIFI so all good now!. The cottage outside exterior is actually pretty good with a brand new roof! The inside family/TV room was recently remodeled and the exterior paint is in pretty good shape but in a year or two the cottage will get cement board siding or a new paint job, it's just not time yet. Thank you and please come again!

It was what we needed for a short stay. One thing to note is that if you need bowls or anything for a salad, best to buy one of those salads in a bowl. We had to improvise a bit, but we made do.

Great Place

The location is amazing. Short walk to the lake and downtown. The property was cozy and clean. A stove would have been nice for cooking but we just ended up using the grill. Overall great place for a weekend getaway.

Great cozy house

We had a great time in this cozy house. We are a family of 5 with little kids and it was just perfect. It is a safe place for kids with a huge backyard. We enjoyed location, fires in backyard, brand new grill, and a warm house. Tony was great about communication. Sure we will remember this place to come back

Conveniently located

This is a cute little cottage that was in the perfect location for our needs. Located a short two blocks from the lake, it was only another 5-10 minute walk to downtown, with lake views the whole way. There were two issues, both of which may have been circumstantial. The floor was dirty - looked like it had been cleaned with a dirty mop. Our check in was delayed (which host Tony was very helpful with), but it could be that more time is generally allotted to ensuring the property is clean. Secondly, there was a slight mustiness, which didn’t bother my husband at all, but that I was very sensitive to. We were visiting in late March, which is probably still off season for Lake Geneva, so it could be that the place hadn’t been aired out in some time. All-in-all, it was a fine home-base for our exploration of Lake Geneva and the area.

Cool Cabin Great Location

My wife and I stayed here for our Anniversary. The host, Tony, was awesome! Great communication and he let us check in early so that we could enjoy the entire day in downtown Lake Geneva. We walked downtown in 10-15 minutes several times. It was great! The Lake, Parks, Shops, Bars and restaurants. The cabin was quaint and tucked away with a cool back porch. Perfect place to chill out. We will be back!

Cottage in Lake Geneva

Very convenient, and quiet, cottage for two adults. The cottage has a second queen bed, and a couch that can be used as a single bed, but we feel it would best serve a family with younger children or adults who don’t need much privacy as the second and third beds are in the open living room rather than a second bedroom. It served our purposes well as we did not need a full kitchen for preparing meals. The owner told me he has plans to upgrade the kitchen to include an oven, cook top, and full size refrigerator. The heating and central air unit appear to be new. The bathroom is adequate and contains a shower. The location is good being a 10-15 minute from downtown Lake Geneva. Our main activity during this pandemic period was walking....10 miles from Fontana back to Lake Geneva. The cottage has a television and presumably cable and DVD. It would be useful for luddites like myself to provide some simple instructions for use. The owner was attentive, and probably would have talked me through the process if I’d cared enough to ask. Overall a good stay...I never give a 5 star review, and the only thing preventing a 4 star was the lack of a complete kitchen and the simplicity of the bathroom. Recommended.

Cute cottage at Lake Geneva

Cute little cottage near downtown lake Geneva. Had all the amenities we needed and owner had some wood for us to use in the pit which was nice. Communication with owner was great and checkin process was a code which was a nice quick way to get in.

36 hour vacation

We had a great time staying in this charming cottage just blocks away from the lake. We loved sitting on the porch with our morning coffee. It is a lovely, quiet getaway for two to four persons. Tony was very accommodating and helpful. We hope to come back again soon! Thanks again, Tony, for your hospitality!

Tony was so welcoming and accommodating, we felt at home right away. He apologized for the work that had just been done and wanted to know if there was anything at all we needed. This cottage was clean and warm, a new furnace just installed and it made a real difference. I will return. Thank you Tony.

Absolutely Adorable Cottage, Great Owner!

I stayed here when I had some friends staying in the main house. It is a very nice little cottage. Perfect for a couple or small family! Tony, the owner was great. I left my phone in the cabin, his cleaning crew located the phone, and they were both great about helping me get it back. I can't say enough about the great experience I had with this rental.

Cozy cottage super close to downtown and the lake

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this cottage. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Lake Geneva because the downtown and the lake are both super close. Also, the place has a very cabin/cottage feel, which is exactly what we were looking for. Tony was very accommodating and was also very responsive when we had questions. I highly recommend this place.

Ally, Thanks so much for the nice weekend stay. We are one of the few places in Lake Geneva where it is actually legal to rent by the weekend (most homes are not legal to rent just weekends). Future guests should always check with the Village Building Inspector if a home is legal or not. If it's next to other residential homes it probably isnt. Anyway, you are welcome back anytime. Family bonding under adversity

The cabin location is very close to downtown Lake Geneva albeit no particular view. The property host and his wife are pleasant and communicated well. The furniture and fixtures are of good quality. Important to note that "kitchen" means a sink, a microwave, and 2 small dorm room type refrigerators - no oven. We arrived with food and intent to make full meals. This isn't possible at this cabin. Also I don't recommend for cold weather. There was no thermostat and it took a full 24 hours of space heater and boiling waters on a hot plate for any humidity to get the indoor temp to 65. Also - it's important to note that one of the queen beds is actually part of the same space as the living area. We all learned to get along and survive for 3 days in unexpected conditions.

UDATED 11-1-18 Brand new HVAC System! Cottage now has central Heat & Air-Conditioning. I appreciate this feedback but kitchen description is very clear. We describe what the kitchen has and there is even an extra fridge not pictured. Good description of the cooking appliances (electric hotplates), it even says "no stove" Sorry, but I don't think you read this beforehand and I'm always available for questions ahead and during your stay. Also, you brought a dog, "house rules" say "no pets", please ask next time. I didn't want you to feel uncomfortable, what was I supposed to do, tell you to take your dog back home to Chicago? I'm sorry it was 20 below zero that weekend, most cottages would have trouble in exteme cold. Old furnace did ok but we didn't turn it up high enought the night before, our mistake, very sorry about that. I owe you a free night. But since we have a brand new furnace and AC, heat issues are a thing of the past. The cottage is really a nice charming place. Hi, I'm Tony Scalzitti, I grew up in Elmwood Park, IL and currently live in Elmhurst, IL. I went to school at the University of St. Francis. I work for Country Financial as a financial representative (Insurance Agent). Geneva Lake is such a beautiful lake for boating, water skiing, fishing or just touring the lake to see some unbeliveable beautiful homes.

The cottage is only 2 blocks to downtown Lake Geneva, easy walk to shops, restaurants and beach.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This cottage is private as part of a one acre property that is shares with a 4 bedroom house that can be rented separately or together. When there are separate guests staying in each dwelling, there is good separation between them, each with their own private yard space, firepits and driveways. Plenty of privacy between the 2 houses, great setup.
