Bienvenue à Ocean Villa 2006!

Si vous êtes impatient de vous détendre avec une vue imprenable sur la plage et le son des vagues, cet appartement est fait pour vous! Ce condo en bord de mer est situé au 20ème étage de Ocean Villa et offre une vue dégagée à 180 degrés sur la célèbre côte d’émeraude. Avec un balcon surdimensionné, vous pourrez savourer votre café du matin avec une vue, ainsi que des boissons en soirée, tout en admirant de magnifiques couchers de soleil ou en regardant les orages se dérouler. J’ai même vu des arcs-en-ciel doubles de bout en bout à partir de ce point de vue! Il y a de nombreuses attractions pour enfants et des restaurants à proximité, ou dirigez-vous vers l'une des trois piscines, le jacuzzi ou la plage, via un portail privé avec accès direct à la plage. L'unité est spacieuse, avec deux chambres, chacune avec salle de bain complète et un canapé-lit - le condo peut accueillir un total de six personnes.

What I Liked

Beautiful beach and loved the sound of the Gulf at night. Would be so much better without the odor of weed being smoked everywhere and wafting into our rental unit. Traffic noise pretty loud late into the night. Lounge chairs on the patio would be nice too.

What can I say? Beautiful, immaculate, great location, quiet at night. We had a wonderful time. Kitchen complete with full amenities. The furnishings were regal. Just a Beautiful property and comfortable stay. Magnificent views with huge balcony. I would definitely want to stay here when I return. Thank you so much

Beach get away

Great trip! Surprised by Thunder Beach weekend. Never been to Panama City and I’ve never heard of this. It was interesting. Really enjoyed the airshow on Saturday and Sunday with the Thunderbirds! I would come back but not during thunder beach.

Good stay

Over all it was a good place to stay at. We didn't have enough towels and only one toilet paper roll per bath room and the refrigerator didn’t cool our cold foods and drink too good but over all the place was fairly clean.

We had a great time. The condo had everything we needed. This property has 3 elevators which we loved not having to wait!!! Parking was tight in the condo garage but no issues finding parking the lot across the street!!! Great times!!!!Thank you so much Ocean Villas. We will be back!!!

You can't beat the views from this condo!! The common areas were pretty well maintained. The condo was clean but could use some sprucing up.

Absolutely beautiful

This was such a great place to stay. The beach is so beautiful and the condo is really nice. 2 pools and a huge hot tub. the unit was perfect. It was spotless, seriously, no kidding, spotless. The leather couches were very nice and comfortable, even the beds were comfortable. loved it all. We will definitely be staying here again. Not crowded at all and never had to wait on the elevator. Our unit was upgraded and it was lovely. Thanks for a great week.

Beaches were great !! Problems with this place - YOU CANNOT get in touch with anyone afterbooking your trip. The couches are disgusting and the furniture is old. I would not recommend to stay here based on these 2 factors...

Good location and property. Doorlock is terrible. Floor tile cold, no rugs.

In general, is good. But small details: need small rugs in bathrooms and bedrooms. Floor tile very cold, uncomfortable. Door lock is old, not good. We had hard time to enter, frustrating. Kitchen pans are old and in bad conditions, imposible to use. Not going again in that apartment.

I received a code to enter condo 5 minutes before my check in at 4:00. The code they gave me to open condo did not work, only the early check in code worked for the entire trip. I sent a message with no response

We enjoyed the property, but there were some problems. I tried to call about them, and left a message, but no one called back. Usually got message that it was after hours. I do not think it is a good policy to only have one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, i have never stayed anywhere that did not supply toilet paper.

A Great Stay

It was more than adequate. The furniture looks like it is second hand...not a big deal, the nicks give it character, and it does what it is supposed to do. The couches have seen better days. Looks to me like a straight up rental unit. It would be nice if the locks were upgraded to electronic locks like the other units seem to have, as it is kind of a pain keeping track of the single key. The rental chairs on the beack are a bit pricey...it was actually cheaper to buy some inexpensive chairs and an umbrella at the local beach shop and just leave them in the unit when we left...hopefully, they will remain there for the next guests...you're welcome. All and all, I can't complain about much. the beaches were beautiful, the location was convenient. I would stay again.

Nice but could be better

The area is nice, beach is phenomenal, lots to do, close by Walmart and restaurants. The property manager misinformed me stating that there is no beach chairs/beach necessities. Also told me there isn’t an iron or ironing board. There were some beach chairs, boogie boards as well as the iron and ironing board that I unnecessarily packed. The place itself needs a deep clean. The baseboards are covered in dust and are very dirty. The main entrance door needs to be replaced. It is very dirty and beat up. When there was wind, the door was moving and making a loud banging sound as if someone was knocking on the door. Washer destroyed my clothes and towels. Towels came out soaked out of the washer, had to repeat spin cycle a few times. Dryer doesn’t dry at all. Had to restart the cycle about 4 times for clothes and about 10 times for towels. Refrigerator is all rusty, very old! Doesn’t cool very well. Dishwasher and oven worked well but could use an upgrade. Overall the place was ok, could use a few upgrades and a deep clean then I’d give it 5 stars!

Unsatisfied, horrible rude service.

We called the service number provided, left messages. Three full days later we received a return phone call. Then we were called basic liars because we voiced our opinion of how dirty the condo was. When we arrived on time for check-in we found a maintenance man working on the room he was doing caulking around the bath tub. The couch was so filthy dirty with gray oily spots on it that I wouldn’t even sit on it. Which really didn’t matter because the tv didn’t work either. Bathtub looked like it was never cleaned. The customer sevrvice person we spoke with said “you are the type of clients that can’t be pleased” also said she personally took the call as a personal attack” because she had been in that room just the day before. Well on her she’s not the type of customer service representative any company should have. It’s not personal it’s suppose to be take care of the customer. We have been coming to the area for 25 years for vacations, this one is the first one we had to complain about. So that being said in my opinion being told that nothing will be done to even try to make this experience right, WE WONT BE BACK.

Low quality, poor management, lots of issues, stay with different company

NO SECURITY!! Anyone from the street can ride up the elevator and get into any unit. First morning there we had some random guy banging on our door to get in, and once he heard us, he left and tried breaking in a different unit through their screen. Lots of maintenance issues, needs to be updated, poor quality furniture Had to call after hours emergency number, no answer and voicemail not set up, called the regular number, left message, NO ONE ever called back, for the 7 day duration When we checked in, maintenance man was leaving unit, he asked if that was our unit, upon saying yes he just let us in. No verification that it was our rental. No hot water in kitchen Bare bulb in kitchen light, no cover Holes and dings in walls Black mold on bathroom fan covers ALL AC vents had water stains down the walls from moisture build up Mismatched paint patches throughout unit stains on every part of the couch, some black, some white (yuck!!) Food had been dropped on kitchen table chairs and never cleaned Dust everywhere, caked up on the light fixtures and valances Sand everywhere, when checking in Cheap quality tvs WIFI kicked me off every night at 9:15pm Our feet got black and sandy from dirty floors Old laundry unit, takes very small loads and 2 hours to dry one load No sun loungers for the unit, verses the picture in their listing Moldy shower curtains Cheap old mattresses Cracked glass on end table and coffee tables We had family staying in other units in this same building, but through different owners and managers, they had none of these issues. This owner is only in it to make money. They have no care for customers comfort or well being.
