Ceci est une location du samedi au samedi pendant les mois d'été!

Cette maison de plage de deux chambres / un bain et demi est entiÚrement meublée dans la communauté fermée de Oceanside Village. Situé juste au sud de Myrtle Beach et au nord de Murrells Inlet. Venez profiter de ce que Myrtle Beach a à offrir.

Les chambres ont 1 grand lit, 1 grand lit et nous avons un canapé-lit dans le salon. Il y a 1 salle de bain complÚte (avec douche et baignoire), nous avons également une douche extérieure complÚtement fermée avec eau courante chaude et froide. La cuisine a un ensemble dinette de 4 personnes. Un grille-pain, un mixeur, une cafetiÚre, un four micro-ondes et une mijoteuse sont également inclus - comme à la maison. WIFI GRATUIT! La voiturette de golf est incluse gratuitement pour les snowbirds avec une location mensuelle d'hiver! (3 mois minimum de location.)

Il y a trois téléviseurs, tous reliés au cùble. Il y a aussi un lecteur AM / FM / CD.

Oceanside Village possĂšde deux piscines (une intĂ©rieure chauffĂ©e et une extĂ©rieure), des courts de tennis et de basket-ball, des Ă©tangs de pĂȘche et de nombreuses activitĂ©s quotidiennes. (Consultez le bulletin mensuel du village pour les activitĂ©s quotidiennes.) Les enfants voudront apporter leur vĂ©lo pour explorer toutes les routes qui mĂšnent partout. Un nouveau centre de fitness est maintenant ouvert! Profitez du parking privĂ© en bord de mer et de l'accĂšs privĂ© Ă  la plage.

Malheureusement, à cause des allergies, nous ne pouvons pas fumer chez nous. Vous pouvez fumer à l'extérieur.

Avec l'approbation prĂ©alable, les animaux seront autorisĂ©s moyennant des frais supplĂ©mentaires de 100 $ pour CHAQUE animal. 1 plus gros chien ou 2 plus petits chiens. NO CATS sauf accord prĂ©alable! Vous devez apporter des draps pour recouvrir les meubles si votre animal domestique les met Ă  l’abri. En outre, il est prĂ©fĂ©rable que vos animaux de compagnie soient mis en caisse lorsque vous n'ĂȘtes pas Ă  la maison avec eux.

Wonderful Time

This was are first time staying here. We wanted a place to stay with our dog and Jeff and Beth gave us an opportunity to stay at there place. They are very easy to work with and if you have any problems they are just a phone call away. When we were there some of the siding was blown off and called and let the know. They had a repairman there the next day to fix it. You are only a block from the beach and the area is very quite and friendly. If we do go to Garden City again next year (long drive) we will definitely book with them again.

Unsafe

We rented for a month. House looks nice but we believe was full of black mold. Our dog got pneumonia with heart problems after there 2 days. We moved out after 3 days and did not get money back. Neighbors said house full of mold! Owners don't care as trying to cover up mold. We moved to another property but continued w vet for 3 weeks. Dog now has heart problems! This house not safe. We tried to complain and warn VRBO but they don't get into disputes w renters and owner! Will never use VRBO again. Truly house not safe.

Wonderful vacation

We have stayed here two years now and just love it! The community is great. The house is clean and exactly like the pictures. The golf cart makes it super easy to get everyone to and from the beach and pool. The owners are super friendly and great to deal with. It is very affordable and the kitchen is fully equipped making dining at home very convenient. We just love it there!

Repeat Customers

This year was our second year at Beth and Jeffs beach house. We not only love the house but the owners as well. They were super easy to work with and their house is exactly as the description said it was . My family and I will continue to enjoy our summer vacations in Myrtle , as their rental is not only affordable , it's also convenient to the beach , less then a block away .

BEST VACATION EVER!!!!!!

Thank you to Beth and Jeff for allowing us to stay in their great "Beach House". We were there for almost one month and it actually felt we were at home. We did not want for anything; there was absolutely nothing we needed. We were so thrilled with our stay that we are considering giving up our winter cruise just to be able to stay at the Beach House longer. A five minute walk to the beach - we had several great picnic lunches there. The owners were absolutely great to communicate with!

We have stayed here for 3 summers and have booked our 4th. The house is perfect for my husband and I with our granddaughter. The house is very well maintained and very clean. It is a great location, just off the beach, a restaurant within walking distance. It is a very quiet community but has lots to do. We would not think of staying anywhere else.

My family had a great week at this beach house and it is very close to the beach!! My son enjoyed the beach, indoor pool, tennis court, and the fishing ponds. A great place to bring the family. The water park up the road was also great. This property is well maintained and the photos are accurate. We enjoyed our stay here and will be back. Week of 08/06/11

Our stay at Beth & Jeff's beach house was truly enjoyable. The home is very clean and they have supplied everything you need to make the vacation enjoyable. The house is very close to the ocean so we enjoyed that every morning getting up and going to watch the dolphins. You will not be disappointed in your stay. We look forward to returning again next year.

One block from the beach, great covered porch and LOVED the outdoor shower!!

We had 6 ppl and were all comfortable here. We were a block from the beach and enjoyed our evenings sitting on the covered front porch. Beth & her husband were so accomodating and we will for sure be coming back again. This was our first time to Mrytle and it was perfect! Thank you for allowing us the use of your home!

2nd Honeymoon

We had a wonderful time, the beach was great. Our stay was pleasant and everything was close at hand. Whether it was food, the beach, entertainment, grocery stores, fishing and the piers. We enjoyed the surroundings in the village. Everyone was friendly. The decor of the house was unique to the area with its beach theme. Beth and Jeff were always available, only a phone call away. Looking forward to returning next summer!

Great vacation home!

My husband, me and our granddaughter have stayed in this home twice and will be back again next year. Very clean, comfortable and very quiet. Close to the beach and pools. We have had great communication with the owner and have had no problems at all. I love having a hot shower outside to wash off after a day at the beach. I highly recommend this home, you just can't have our week.

We love this beach home

My son and me have stayed at this home several times in the past. We love this home. It is one of the best in Oceanside Village because it is only a few steps to the beach. It is nice, comfortable with cable TV and DVD players. TV in all rooms. It is quiet and relaxing and most of the people we have encountered are supernice. I believe it is ideal for about anyone looking for a quite get-away and also, ideal for pet too. Will rent again

Great Beach Vacation

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was very close to the beach and very clean and cozy. Just the right size for our family. My favorite thing to do was sit on the front porch and relax while reading a book. We will definitely be renting again next year.

Charming Home

My husband, sister-in-law and I visited this home for two weeks. We really enjoyed this home. Very clean, comfortable home and close to the beach. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Just the right size for the three of us, If our health allows we will definitely be back in the future.

Great vacation spot

We have such a wonderful time in this charming home we reserve it for the next year as soon as we leave. It is walking distance to the beach and close to great restaurants, water park and many other family activites, It is always clean and plenty of cooking supplies.
