Vivez comme un habitant de notre maison de ville à Park City. Près du ski, du vélo, de la randonnée, de la luge, de la bonne cuisine, mais du chaos de la zone hôtelière Navette Park City gratuite pour les stations de ski et la rue principale Park City, ce qui est beaucoup plus facile que le stationnement. Good not Great

Liked the location since we enjoy skiing both Park City and the Cottonwood Canyons. Pretty quick drive to downtown SLC restaurants to give you more options. The condo is nice, but showing wear and tear. Carpet upstairs is worn and the kitchen dishes and cookware were not great. Beds were very comfortable and the hot tub setting is very nice.

Fantastic Ski Weekend!!!

This property is simply tremendous! Exactly as described! The mattresses are very comfortable which is a very big deal to me. The place is very well appointed and modern. I loved the fully stocked kitchen and the gas stove. Another huge plus was the walk in closet in the master bedroom. Tons of space for all of your clothes and ski equipment. The garage is very large and was able to completely fit a Chevy Suburban inside with the garage door closed. The location is outstanding and is literally 2 minutes off of the highway. There is also a bidet in the master bath that is a very cool novelty item. I also must say that the owner Carmen is super easy to deal with and she is very responsive. We also enjoyed the hot tub which is very hot! Overall I couldn't be happier with this place and I wouldn't hesitate to book it again. 5 stars across the board!!apponted andappointed

Great views, location and cook's dream kitchen

We stayed at Carmen's condo for almost four months. It was perfect for our needs. The location was incredible as it was close to Park City and Kimball Junction. Great restaurants, shopping, and of course ski resorts. Carmen was incredibly responsive and friendly with any question I had. You will not find a better stocked kitchen. She has every type of cooking gadget, pot, pan or baking dish you would ever need. If you love to cook, you will discover tools you won't be able to live without. I was motivated to try new cooking techniques. The floor to ceiling windows were incredible for watching the snow come down and the trees surrounding the property. The jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing. The layout of the condo is perfect for 4-6 adults. The leather couch and chairs are super comfortable. The bedrooms are all nicely decorated as well. We very much enjoyed our stay with an incredible ski season that set records for snowfall.

Excellent Location for Everything

We stayed at this property for two months for two primary reasons -- it's accessible to an international airport (I'm a frequent traveler) and it was convenient to many ski areas, not just one. That there's a full-service grocery store, bars and restaurants a five minute walk away was a huge plus as well. The condo is comfortable and all the amenities are provided. It was a surprisingly quiet neighborhood too, even during high season, as most of the residents are permanent. Lastly, the owners were amazing -- always very responsive and helpful. If you're looking for a quieter place away from the hustle and bustle from the more crowded parts of Park City, but still a short, easy drive to Park City/Canyons, Deer Valley and the many other great mountains close by, this is the place!

A week in the snow globe

From the moment we saw the pictures on line, we fell in love with the property! It has all we required, big windows, beautiful view, modern comfy vibe and outdoor-on floor jacuzzi (most we saw were in a balcony). From our initial communication with Carmen, she was very responsive and helpful. Walking into the house, felt extremely comfortable as it was exactly as we had seen in the pictures and more. The location is perfect, 15-20 from Main Street, giving space between the traffic and crowds. Supermarket within walking distance, and other quick food joints. Highly recommend this property and can’t wait to come back next year!

Best in Park City

We loved staying at Carmen’s townhouse. Not only was it pristine but the location was perfect! Carmen was amazing to deal with. Even checking in with us during our stay. We did a month and were so very impressed. If you are considering Park City this is the best location. Great shopping, great restaurants, great transportation options. We have been coming to PC for years and stayed with our dear friends that live there. We could not have selected a better unit and location. Five stars! Loved it! Coming back again next year and this unit is at the very top of our list!!!

Great home good location, fantastic amenities!

We enjoyed our week long stay during the heart of ski season. Location is perfect - close to I-80, restaurants and shopping within walking distance, short drive to Kimball Junction and easy access to ski resorts/downtown PC. The home is well-equipped with everything needed to cook meals from home. Hot tub, furniture, and televisions are all top notch. Would be happy to come back for another stay. Carmen was extremely responsive and check-in/check-out was a breeze. Thanks!!

We had a great stay- enjoyed the open kitchen and family room with fireplace, as well as the hot tub. The owner was very responsive when we had questions. An easy ~15 minute drive to Park City Mountain to ski, and lots of places to eat nearby. Thanks for letting us stay here!

Beautiful condo!

Our group had a great stay at this beautiful condo. The amenities are great - fast Wi-Fi, large TVs and a large, clean hot tub. We cooked everyday and really enjoyed the well equipped kitchen. The outdoor gas grill is also clean and well maintained. The owner, Carmen is very helpful and responsive on all our questions and requests. We had a great time and would love to stay here again!

Perfect vacation home!!

My family and I stayed in Carmen’s house for a recent ski trip to park city and we could not have been happier with our entire experience! She was attentive from the day we booked and helped us decide where to ski, the best places to eat, and other activities to do on our trip. I’ve stayed at other vacation rental homes before and have never had a host as awesome as Carmen!! It was a huge bonus that the house was so gorgeous and cozy and immaculately clean! We will definitely be staying here for our next Utah trip!

We had a great stay at this clean and comfortable condo. It has all the amenities you would want- great kitchen, hot tub is large and clean, WiFi worked well. It is located close to ski areas, Whole Foods, Jans ski rental... We had a great stay and hope to come again next year!

Great Townhouse!

I stayed here with my wife and two other couples and there was more than enough room for all of us. The townhouse felt like it was brand new, had nice amenities, was a short drive from a grocery store, and only 15 minutes from Park City Mountain. It was also on the bus line which would take you into town or drop you off at the slopes. The owner, Carmen is very helpful and quick to respond if you have any questions. I wouldn't hesitate to book her place again next time I plan another ski trip with friends or family.

Beautiful Home with all the amenities!

Came for Sundance with some girlfriends and this house was perfect! Close to town(only a 10 minute drive), yet it was nice to be away from all of the crowds. There are stores and restaurants walking distance and the shuttle stop was just outside the back door. The house is in pristine condition and the beds were luxuriously comfortable. WE were not lacking in anything. Would love to come back!!

very clean and well kept town home with all the amenities you need plus some.

We very much enjoyed our two week stay in this town home. The owner Carmen is very responsive which made the booking and stay hassle free. The home is exactly as described with tons of natural light, spacious kitchen, and comfortable living area. The two car garage is great for gear storage and the location is fabulous for easy access to all ski resorts. 15min to PC and 35 min over to Alta/Snowbird. A five minute walk to resturants/bars, and a Fresh Market grocery store. Whole Foods, shopping outlets, movie theater and more restaurant option are a couple minute drive over to Kimble Junction. Although we did not get a chance to use it :( the hot tub seemed well kept and clean. I would highly recommend this unit and hope to stay there again some day!

Great Condo, Great Owners - Got it all

This Condo worked perfectly for our men's ski group of 5. Plenty of room for us in the three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The open layout made it easy for us to keep the group connected as we prepared meals, kicked back to watch the incredibly large HD-TVs in the place, or headed out to the patio for a soak in the Hot Tub. We used the well equipped gourmet kitchen to prepare a few meals and the BBQ Grill on the patio was awesome for cooking steaks on. Meals were easy to cook on the gas range and dining on the island bar or large kitchen table was great. Even used to big dining table to play some cards a couple of nights. Everything we needed was provided and the driveways were plowed and clear even with the heavy snows. Carmen ( the owner) was very helpful and followed up on all of our questions and requests. Loved the convenience of the restaurants and grocery just down the street. Ski Commander

Gorgeous Condo!

This gorgeous condo was the perfect get away for our group. There were three large beds, plenty of comfortable space for three couples. This beautiful new construction condo has an amazing kitchen, living room and hot tub. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with all the necessities. The renters were very hospitable and made the entry process easy. The location is perfect for skiing or snowboarding, as you are one freeway exit away from down town. This location also has a couple restaurants and a grocery store in walking distance. Highly recommend this property.

My husband and I purchased this stunning townhouse in February 2017 and are thrilled to call it our second home. We live in La Jolla California, have two adult children and we are a skiing family. I am from Park City, and we try to make it back to Park City as often as we can. We chose the location of Pinebrook for our second home because it is quiet and feels more like a neighborhood and not a hectic tourist spot. Pine brook is a beautiful development that feels like a locals hideaway. My father was an olympic skier and worked for Park City Ski Area in the 1970's and 1980's. While Park City has become a world class ski resort, we feel like we found a little piece of paradise in Park City in our neighborhood of Pine Brook. Our wish in being your host is to bring your family together and to share quality time skiing, relaxing, being together as a family with friends, getting in the hot tub, cooking, and beautiful meals. Hosting is my favorite Hobby and I love that your family can come and enjoy our home and reconnect With each other and relax and get away from life’s hectic demands. It means so much to us to provide you a unique, luxurious experience. We strive to provide luxury linens, beautiful, comfortable, heavy down, duvets and luxurious amenities, such as bathrobes and luxurious towels. We sincerely hope you enjoy these things as much as we do. One of my other favorite hobbies is cooking. My secret desire would have been to be a chef, so I have stocked our kitchen with supplies, utensils, pots and pans, etc. that you might need to create a beautiful meal for your family. If that’s not what you enjoy while on vacation, I can recommend many fabulous restaurants in town. I am from Park city so please do not hesitate to call or text and ask for recommendations for anything. Nothing makes me happier than to know your family had a great time in our house. We know you have a lot of choices and we are so honored that you chose our property.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We purchased our townhouse in Park City because it is beautiful and it is a new property. It was two years old when we purchased the home.
We love the secluded more quiet Pinebrook development. It feels like a real neighborhood instead of a busy tourist spot. The grocery store and several well established bars and restaurants are within walking distance. The grocery stores and restaurants are rarely as busy as the other grocery stores in town during the busy months.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our townhouse has many upgrades that make it stunning and beautiful. The interior is unique because of the high ceilings, many windows that provide natural sunlight. It was decorated by a well established interior designer from San Diego.
The many beautiful upgrades give it a very special feel. Nine miles from Park City Mountain Resort & Canyons Village, biking, hiking, sledding, great dining, but out of the chaos of the hotel zone. Woodward Park City is less than one mile from our house. It has just been completed. Utah Olympic Park and world class High Diving Institute is 10 minutes from property.
