Place in Paradise - Kailua propose un hébergement décontracté en bord de mer sur l'une des plus belles plages d'Hawaï. Kailua Beach a été élue «meilleure plage des États-Unis» par diverses publications. Cinq chambres et cinq bains et demi en font une maison idéale pour profiter de votre prochaine visite à Oahu. Les grands espaces extérieurs sur la terrasse sont l'endroit idéal pour se détendre au soleil ou profiter d'un barbecue tout en profitant de la vue imprenable sur la baie. La plage de Kailua offre 3 miles de sable fin et blanc doux le long d'une baie en forme de croissant bordée par des eaux turquoises claires qui ont une température constante toute l'année d'environ 75 degrés F (25 C). Les alizés stables au large, la température de l'eau et le récif protecteur font de cette baie un endroit populaire pour toutes sortes de sports nautiques, y compris le kayak, le stand-up paddle, le surf, le boogie boarding, la natation et le kite surf. La maison comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée avec de nouveaux comptoirs et appareils électroménagers mis à jour. Un grand salon dispose de baies vitrées donnant sur la mer en plus d'une salle multimédia confortable pour le divertissement.

A Spectacular Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was perfect in every way possible. Plenty of space for our large family, and every possible amenity you can ask for, from kitchen utensils, to life jackets, boogie boards, sand toys, flashlights, etc. The list can go on and on. Management was very professional and also checked up on us several times during our stay. The only suggestion I could make is the signs warning about locking your valuables because of possible crime in the area is in every room of the house, and can give the feeling of anxiety rather than relaxation. Lawyers are not in the vacation rental home business and sometimes protecting yourself legally can have adverse affects on the guests. Let me stress that I ALWAYS felt safe in the area and never experienced any crime whatsoever. We look forward to coming back here many times. Thank you!

Beautiful Home and Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a family of 9, 6 adults and 3 children in Hawaii to celebrate our 50th anniversary. This home is beautiful and spacious, all the bedrooms have their own bathroom and there was plenty of space both inside and outside for our group. We especially enjoyed the wall of windows in the living room and dining room. Since we were coming from the Central Time Zone and up early, we really enjoyed watching the sun come up from those rooms. The beach is just a short walk from the house and both the neighborhood and the beach are in a quiet and safe area. There is a grocery store and Starbucks very close and Kailua Town is close also and easy to get to. We very much enjoyed our stay in Place in Paradise.

What a perfect location! On a peaceful, quiet street just steps from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world! The house is laid out perfectly with plenty of common areas for gathering and dedicated bathrooms for each of the well-appointed bedrooms. All the cooking utensils you could ever need for the kitchen, and plenty of recreational beach equipment in the garage. Communication with property management was easy and accommodating, with any questions we had answered immediately. This property is a real gem!

This is a great property, absolutely beautiful! It sits on a beautiful, quiet beach. The house is clean and in excellent condition, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed; beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, coolers. It was perfect for our family to include our grandkids. Check in was easy and the management was accessible, knowledgeable, and helpful. We would definitely rent this beach house again and highly recommend it to any family looking for a great get away that accommodates a large family and/or friends.

We are a family of 12 three generations and made wonderful memories as we enjoyed the beach, the pool and the surrounding areas.Growing up on the East Coast I frequented the New Jersey shore every summer. Though I still remember Width fondness, my time there, it cannot compare to the exquisite scenery and inviting Waters of this site.The home is well maintained with comfortable bedding, more than enough towels, ready, laundry facility, and room enough for everyone to have their own space. We are already making plans for our next visit. Thank you for sharing this wonderful property.

Family Memory Making Time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house has been the perfect place for our family of 11 to get together and make wonderful memories. Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own full bath. The kitchen is well stocked and with a family room and living room there is space for our 5 grandsons to have their own space for games while others can enjoy the view while sitting in the living room with it wall of windows looking out on the beach. The private athletic club down the street is another super feature with the grandsons playing basketball, pickle ball and swimming. But the best part of the property is the gorgeous “backyard” beach. Everyone enjoys that the most! The only suggestion we have for the house is to update some of the furniture and other lesser items hence the four stars on the property’s general condition. The property management team is great and very responsive. We have stayed here for the past four summers and treasure all the wonderful memories we have been able to create. We hope to be able to continue to make this home our annual gathering place!

Great Home in Kailua

We were very happy with our family vacation at Place in Paradise. The house was just as it was represented by the online photos. It was clean, well cared for, easy access to beach, pool and tennis court. Our party of 10 had lots of room to spread out as well as all be together in one room. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was very helpful. Outside breezes, especially in the morning were lovely. Tropical afternoons were managed with fans or more outside time. The beach was very nice, and even though it was not private it was very comfortable for our party, never crowded. Location was perfect for our family with our variety of ages. Sunrise views from the balconies were especially stunning! Would highly recommend Place in Paradise.

The views - breath taking, the beach - perfection. The bedrooms - gorgeous. The Kitchen - perfection. We even had a private chef come in and she was IMPRESSED. Kid frienly, tons of room, CLEAN, nothing was broken, private, outddor space, indoor space was exceptional. Parking was perfect. The enighbors, super friendly. All in all a wonderful stay.

Oasis getaway

I took my family to Kailua for my Mom’s 80th birthday. The property was perfect! The house was ocean front which afforded us the ease of getting her and my Dad to the beach even with their mobility issues. The house is well equipped for an 8 day stay. I did have to purchase was a bath chair bc the downstairs bathrooms did not have a seat or hand rail in any of the showers.

A piece of Perfection…

The rental experience through the property managers was seamless, timely and highly professional. The location is stunning and convenient to everything we needed, and the home elf was perfectly appointed, right down to sharp kitchen knives. Plenty of beach chairs, boards, towels and outdoor seating. The home is very well maintained, and all of the appliances and HVAC worked perfectly. It’s just a lovely home in a wonderful community.

Right on the beach!

House is just off the beach. It was exactly what qI was looking for our family vacation. Communication with property manager is top notch. They had a nice welcome basket filled with goodies. Air conditioning in bedrooms only. Main part of house has ceiling fans but is warm.instruction folder give tips on where to go and all property policy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect spot for our family group. Amazing location, nicely designed spaces, well equipped kitchen. We took our coffee to the beach to watch the sunrise each morning. Great location for kids - easy to go back and forth to the house for supplies and for naps. We grilled each night. Loved that AC was not central, as we like to invite the Hawaiian breezes in. People could keep their bedrooms cool at night with AC or with fans. Super clean on arrival and very helpful property manager. We’ll be back!
