Ta` Rosi Appartement

L'appartement Ta` Rosi est un penthouse moderne et luxueux de trois chambres à coucher, desservi par un ascenseur et deux terrasses offrant une vue à couper le souffle sur la campagne et la mer. Cette propriété est idéale pour ceux qui souhaitent passer des vacances tranquilles et paisibles dans un appartement joliment décoré.

L'appartement s'ouvre sur une cuisine spacieuse et un salon spacieux. La cuisine est équipée des appareils suivants: lave-linge, réfrigérateur / congélateur, micro-ondes, four électrique, cuisiniÚre à gaz, grille-pain, bouilloire électrique et cafetiÚre. La cuisine est équipée de toutes les commodités pour cuisiner de délicieux repas pendant les vacances. De plus, la cuisine peut accueillir une grande table pouvant accueillir six personnes. La cuisine s'ouvre sur un coin salon doté d'une télévision par cùble, d'un lecteur DVD et de deux canapés: un canapé trois places et un canapé deux places. Les canapés font face à une porte vitrée de 20 pieds qui donne sur une vue dégagée sur la campagne. Le salon s'ouvre sur une grande terrasse dotée d'un mobilier de jardin comprenant un barbecue, une table en bois et 4 chaises ainsi que de deux chaises longues. La terrasse est idéale pour griller de la viande tout en regardant le coucher du soleil, en dégustant un verre de vin frais ou tout simplement en regardant les étoiles.

La chambre double est dotée d'une grande armoire et d'un placard à six tiroirs. La chambre double comprend également la climatisation, un sÚche-cheveux et du matériel de repassage. La deuxiÚme chambre est composée de deux lits simples superposés (également adaptés pour les enfants) ainsi que d'un grand espace de rangement pour tout le matériel de voyage. Cette chambre est également climatisée. La troisiÚme chambre peut accueillir un lit simple. Le linge de lit est fourni sans frais supplémentaires et, en fonction de la durée du séjour, des draps frais seront fournis.

À cĂŽtĂ© de la petite chambre se trouve une petite douche Ă©quipĂ©e d'un lavabo et de toilettes. Le salon donne Ă©galement accĂšs Ă  une salle de bains spacieuse comprenant un grand bain, un lavabo et des articles de toilette. Les serviettes de bain sont fournies sans frais supplĂ©mentaires et selon la durĂ©e du sĂ©jour, des serviettes propres seront fournies.

Wij vonden het echt super, alleen zou er weer een beetje moeten worden geĂŻnvesteerd: spullen zijn niet meer allemaal in goede conditie. Enig echt minpunt vonden wij de bedden; echt slechte matrassen (je voelt de spiraal) en 2-persoonsbed is echt veel te klein...

Absolutely lovely place and a great host

about the location: 10 minutes walk to the promenade of Marsaskala. We can recommend the restaurant 47 summernights, the Indian location and the „stuffed olive“. small supermarkets are within walking distance. The accommodation: 2 terraces, one east and one west for beautiful sunrises and sunsets. In the apartment, nothing is missing. everything great. Synthia welcomed and said goodbye. All in all, a perfect holiday, thanks for everything

For us, the lift and basement parking was a Godsend. George De Bono and his wife were excellent hosts, made us very welcome. The view from the spacious balcony is amazing, especially the sunsets! We hired a car from him which was well maintained and clean. We will definitely be booking again with George. Thank you.

Lovely spacious apartment

Spent a lovely week over Easter in Marsascala. George met us at the airport and drove us to the apartment. It was clean and very spacious with a lovely roof terrace at the front and a balcony with harbour views to the rear. There were a couple of small issues that were quickly sorted out and George also got us bus travel passes for 7 days unlimited travel for 21 euros each. These are highly recommended as Malta has surely got the best public transport system in Europe. The only thing stopping me giving five stars is the access to the location of the apartment. There is a very steep hill from the town so if you don't hire a car be prepared for a tough climb home, especially if you have groceries etc. This wouldn't stop me staying there again though as the pros outweigh the cons. There are some very nice restaurants in Marsascala and if you like a cooked breakfast they are available for 5.50 euros. Check out the steaks in the evening, they are huge.

Great!

A great apartment for a family with great location. This was our first trip to Malta and it was a really nice one! Staying in this apartment in Marsascala was a perfect location. It was winter and a nice, quiet fishing villige. It was easy to just grab a local bus and do short trips to many of the excellent sites on the island that has a lot to offer. History and nature combined. The countryside was also perfect for long walks in the surroundings. George was also very nice and helpful ! Recommended! Stefan

Lovely apartment

The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday, situated on a quiet, residential road. It is beautifully decorated and furnished. The lovely terrace is large with two loungers, a barbecue and a large outdoor dining table and chairs. We particularly enjoyed watching the sunsets and the many firework displays from there. The full width sliding doors ensure the same view from inside and, when open, allow a lovely breeze through the apartment. I would point out that it is a steep walk uphill to get to the apartment which would be difficult if you had mobility problems. George could not have been more helpful. Before our stay he answered all my questions quickly and fully. He collected us at the airport on arrival and returned us to the airport for departure. He was always available by email or mobile during our stay. He arranged car hire for us , including sat nav which was invaluable. Marsaskala is a pretty town with many nice restaurants lining the harbour and a lovely promenade from where you can view the salt flats and swim from the rocks. There is a good bus service to Valletta and to Marsaxlokk which are both well worth visiting.

Lovely place

Enjoyed our holiday. George was extremely helpful, picked us up from the airport and dropped us off at the end of our stay. Provided a welcome pack which we appreciated as arrived after local shop had shut. The Apartment is up a very steep street so would not suit those with mobility problems. We walked to St Thomas bay- very pretty and an easy 20 minute stroll. Also went to Valletta using the bus service €2, so great value. We ate at restaurants just off the main area and these were very quiet but we got good service and value. It is a quiet fishing village so don't expect much re nightlife but that suited us. Nice apartment and definitely worth a visit here.

Peaceful location

Very Nice Appartement For A Malta Vacation

We enjoyed our stay in this pleasant appartement. For two people it has a very generous size with a well equipped kitchen where we mostly prepared our dinner without any problems. To sit outside, it was very nice to have a roof terrace on one side as well as a balcony to the other to choose from. There always seems to be some wind at Malta and so we ended up sitting on the balcony more than on the roof terrace because the latter was a bit windy at times. Marsaskala is a rather quiet place to be if you prefer not to stay in the busy tourist quarters. The harbour is just a ten minutes walk away, though with some steep way up when returning. George, our host, is a very nice guy. He picked us up at the airport when we arrived and took us to the appartement. And he again brought us back to the airport when we departed. That was a really appreciated service. The only point of critic I could mention is that a damaged deck chair wasn't replaced while we stayed there, but that is not enough to keep me away from giving the full five stars.

Awesome in every possible way!

When we arrived at the airport in Malta, we were picked up by a lovely man George. After a 15 min drive to Marsascala we arrived at the penthouse apartments. The place was as great looking as described in the advertisement and had an expensive even luxurious feel to it, the property was clean and tidy also. During our stay we found every amenity we could wish for. There was no need of calling George to ask about something, though he did offer his help when needed. And the view... :) it was such a pleasure to come back after a whole day of sightseeing and just relax on the terrace or the balcony with views of Marsascala or the countryside. If you like to eat out every once in a while, you can really find lots of different bars and restaurants near the bay which is just a 5 minute walk away. All in all you are in for a real treat if you choose this place to spend your time and money ;) I would definitely recommend these apartments to everyone who value quality in all things, because that's what these apartments are all about!

Rooms with a view

We chose this apartment specifically because of the outside areas; at the rear of the property there was a large private terrace with a view of the countryside, and there was also a small terrace at the other end of the flat, off the kitchen, with a view over the roofs to the harbour and the sea beyond. George, the owner was very helpful and accommodating in picking us up from the airport, (and taking us back at the end), and he organised rental of bicycles for us too. The property is accurately described, and in the heat of the day, there is a lovely breeze through the apartment. The kitchen is stocked sufficiently for you to cater at home, we ate in a couple of times, whilst admiring the fireworks going off in the distance. The bed was comfortable, linens clean and tidy, There is aircon in the bedrooms, which is a bonus. This is charged as an extra, but worked out incredibly reasonable, and we used it every night. Wifi is provided at a charge but again, very reasonable, and no issues at all with connectivity. The location is fine for able bodied people. The apartment is set quite high in the village, and there is quite a steep hill to get up to it. That's the price you pay for the views and the breezes. Not recommended for wheelchair users unless you have a car! For us, it was fine. Marsacala is a lovely vibrant town, there is a small supermarket at the bottom of our hill which was very well stocked. We also found a butchers (Michael's) situated on the street behind the main restaurant road, his meat was delicious and very reasonable. There are also the fresh fruit and veg trucks on the harbour road daily.

Unwinder

Just spent 10 days unwinding @ Ta' Rosi. George and Cynthia were so welcoming and we were so well looked after by them throughout our stay. The apartment is just as, if not better than, described, and ideally located. You are minutes away, by foot, from the beautiful Harbour Side with it's small shops and restaurants. From here you can catch a bus to various parts of the island or go rambling/ sightseeing and swimming as we did. At the end of the day there was nothing better than relaxing on the large balcony, a glass of wine, magnificent views, superb sunset and watching the fireworks displays. Following this with a good, undisturbed, night's sleep..it is such a quiet peaceful area, a real bonus. Thanks again George and Cynthia.

Malta Apartment

Lovely apartment clean and well maintained and spacious. it has two balconies one overlooking the harbour where we enjoyed nightly firework displays, the other watching the sun set whilst having our dinner. It was really a bonus for the owner George to collect and drop us back to the airport. Marsascala is a quiet area and has a small selection of shops a good quality butchers, fish from the quayside and fresh fruit and veg vans. With a good selection of restaurants. There is also a good lido within walking distance. The hill back to the apartment was a challenge some days but worth it for the views. We also made good use of the buses 12 euros for a weekly pass which were reliable and air conditioned. We would recommend this apartment if you enjoy a relaxing and quiet holiday.

My name is George and I live in the locality of Zurrieq in Malta together with my wife Cynthia and our two daughters, Michela and Julia. Azure Bay Holidays is a small family run business which we have established and run jointly for the last ten years. To note that it originally was set up as GCM Holiday Apartments.

How did we start?
The first property making up the portfolio of Azure Bay Holidays was Ta' Kurun property in the locality of Marsascala in October 2006. After 5 years renting Ta' Kurun apartment, we bought our second property adjacent to the first one......Ta' Rosi apartment which accommodates 5 persons.

We have very recently invested our energies in expanding our portfolio of apartments through the addition of the following properties:
- Sunspray apartment situated in Mellieha which is a quaint village in the northern part of the island surrounded by nice beaches and numerous tourist attractions;
-Ta` Juli and Ta` Marron apartments both located in Marsascala and offer a chance for a relaxing holiday in comfortable surroundings; and
- Bahbuha apartment located in Qala, Gozo which is Malta`s sister island. The apartment is within walking distance to one of Gozo`s most popular beaches, Hondoq ir-Rummien; and
- T`Annamari Townhouse which is a very small Townhouse ideal for a romantic getaway in the heart of the Three Cities.

What is our motto?
Our motto is to offer accommodations of good value so that this increases the entire holiday package which the lovely country of Malta has to offer to its tourists.

There is a direct bus service to these locations while other locations can be reached by changing buses at the airport or at Valletta. The public transport is quite efficient and relatively cheap.

This property offers an escape to guests who wish to relax and enjoy a tranquil holiday away from the hassle and bustle of everyday life, Sipping a glass of wine on one the terraces of the apartment watching the sun rising or setting is surely a dream come true for all those who are tied up in busy schedules and stuffy offices all day long.
