Appartement accueillant situé au coeur d’Édimbourg avec une cheminée en marbre originale. Situé à seulement 5 minutes à pied du centre-ville (et des gares ferroviaire, routière et de tramway) et offrant une vue spectaculaire sur la magnifique colline de Calton Hill, il constitue un emplacement idéal pour explorer Édimbourg.

L'appartement est équipé de tout pour votre séjour (draps, serviettes, bûches pour le feu, WIFI illimité, jeux de société, télévision avec TNT, PLAYSTATION et jeux, grande collection de DVD et lecteur DVD, machine à laver et lave-vaisselle (produits fournis gratuitement) . Nous vous fournissons des thés spéciaux, du café, du lait, du fudge écossais et du printemps des hauts plateaux pour vous aider à démarrer. La cuisine est équipée de nombreux ustensiles de cuisine. Charming flat

Martin was a great host and very accommodating of our early check-in. Unit exceeded our expectations and has lovely views. Great central location for visiting the different parts of the city with lots of grocery stores and cafes nearby. Great wifi, a French press for coffee, a little building noise but earplugs eliminated that, friendly neighbors, lots of hot water & water pressure. There is no elevator but the stairs (3 floors up) were not a problem for us. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again without any hesitation.

Wonderful home away from home.

Appreciated books, local maps, extra adapters, sweet treats, teas, comfortable living room, cleanliness, security, decor. Did not anticipate there was no lift to bring our 3 large luggage bags up the 3 flights of 21 stairs each. Lack of accessibility should be more clearly stated.

Perfect in every way!

This property was way beyond our expectations! It was walking distance to so much that Edinburg has to offer, but in a quiet location. Martin has thought of everything to make the stay special and the decor of the flat is spot on. Beautifully worn wood floors, comfortable and useful space with real furniture, not rental property stuff. Bravo!

Quiet Location Close to City Center

We had a lovely stay at this flat. It was a 2 minute walk to the tram stop and had loads of restaurants, cafes, and conveniences close by. There were a lot of stairs but the cozy rooms and great view are worth it!

Edinburgh flat

Martin's place was perfect for me and my two adult children. My son and I flew over from the States to visit my daughter who is studying at St. Andrew's University. The flat was perfect - cute, clean, comfy, and was located within walking distance of everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

Holiday in Edinburgh to see the military tattoo.

Ideal location to explore the city, approximately 15 minute walk. Lovely bakery around the corner. Very good bus service. Many interesting museums and galleries to suit all interests.. Would thoroughly reccommend.

The property is gorgeous and very central. Unfortunately my stay was cut short as I fell and broke my arm but that had nothing to do with the property which we all really enjoyed and would love to visit again - great host too!

Perfect and so comfortable

The apartment was perfect for our group of three. It was spacious, beds and couches were very comfortable, it was warm and had everything we needed! Communication from the owner and access was excellent and easy. The apartment was also an easy walk to everything central. Thanks for contributing to a most enjoyable Edinburgh holiday!

First trip to Scotland

Went to Scotland with my husband and adult son. The flat was wonderful and Scotland is an amazing place to see. Only regret was that we didn’t get to see everything.

Great stay

We had a great stay. Wonderful bathroom with plenty of hot water. Well stocked, updated kitchen. Kitchen has been renovated since listing photos. Comfortable living room. Beds are only double, rather than Queen, which was a bit small for the over six foot males. One bedroom doesn’t have exterior window. Apartment is on third floor, so lots of stairs and no lift. Great view though because of that. We had a great time.

Nice property in good location

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is located near excellent restaurants (Vittoria), shops, etc. the bathroom has been updated since photos so that was a nice surprise. We appreciated the laundry drying line inside - that worked great! We also enjoyed the selection of movies, we found some old favorites! Property owner was responsive and accommodating. Overall we very much enjoyed this space (4th floor walk up) and would recommend.

Near the city center

The apartment was very nice. Clean and updated. There is no elevator so if stairs are a problem, this is not the property for you. I loved the location. Walking distance to everything you need. Martin is a great host.

Great Location

This apartment had a lovely view of monument hill & was conveniently located so walking to Holyrood Palace & Edinburgh Castle was doable. The layout was nice & the kitchen well equipped for cooking meals. The owner was in contact with us from the beginning &readily available if we had any questions. It is really a great place, just be aware there are 3 full flights of stairs to haul luggage up and down, but we only had to do that on arrival & departure. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place.

Very close to the centre of the city. We were able to walk to all of the activities of the Fringe festival. The flat was a welcome retreat after our busy days.and had everything that we needed.
